Are you a victim of your habits?
Do you realize anger, depression, worry, and even ill health may be a habit of mind and body?
Would you be willing to change the direction of your life by changing your habits?
Are you willing to be aware, forgiving and able to choose again?
When in confusion, conflict, stress, we may unconsciously opt for the comfort of a bad habit.
We allow our habits to take over, when we don’t want to make conscious and responsible choices.
We let the familiar lead us into whatever we were used to as children or where we find comfort.
We tend to get lazy in life and let our mind trick us into habitual feelings, activities or words that often hurt more than help.
Familiar habits….?
When upset, get angry.
When afraid, focus on worry.
When insecure, act depressed.
When reluctant, get sick or have a problem.
What we saw in our family of origin, we tend to repeat.
What worked as children, we use as our fallback position.
What seems to get us out of confusion, we develop as our habit of mind, emotion and body.
When we take responsibility, we can step away from the familiar and comfortable and choose better.
Rise up out of the lethargy.
Lift yourself out of what is comfortable.
Stop doing what is familiar and choose a new way.
Give yourself the energy and inspiration to find a better way.
Habits of eating, drinking, popping a pill or going to bed are easy and always available.
However they lead nowhere and disempower us.
Overtime, we believe we are powerless over our lives, our habits and our choices.
We can be and make a difference in our own lives.
The minute we feel ourselves falling in an old way, do something novel.
When we are lost in fear, focus on what you can love and appreciate right now.
When feeling frustrated, impatient or angry, take a time out (bathroom) and ask “What do I need now?”
Wherever you are, whatever you are doing ‘rise up’ and choose again for something better.
Interrupt the familiar and toxic patterns in your life.
Stop hurting yourself and those you love.
Get back on purpose living your values and ethics.
Forgive immediately any unconsciousness or spiritual laziness.
Undo the mental tapes of the past negativity, worry and disrespect.
Stay away from thoughts, feelings, behaviors and people that deplete and defeat you.
Fill your life with good and inspiring role models.
Listen to works of appreciation and loving wisdom.
Create opportunities to give your very best to everyone you encounter.
Stay conscious and consistent and committed to give yourself the very best each moment.
Honor the one you are and take care of your True and authentic Self first.
Be unafraid to be different, and recognize that your uniqueness is your gift to the world.
Constantly seek better ways to love you and support you and live being happy and fulfilled.
You can change your habits of mind, body and create your own inspiring life,
Loving you,
Betty Lue

Celebrating Holidays!
How do you celebrate?
Holidays are Holy Days.
Do you make each day holy?
What would that look like?
From ancient times we have images of peoples eating too much and getting drunk on holy days.
Many of us have memories of our parents and relatives eating and drinking too much on holidays.
What is your history of celebration and remembrance of special days? Birthdays, graduation, etc.?
How do you think of celebrating? A sacred time to give thanks or a day off to get drunk or be careless?
When nations or civilizations fall, they do so with an attitude of hedonism or self indulgence.
When people allow themselves to fall into complacency and lack of self respect, relationships deteriorate.
When our culture forgets decency, respectfulness and being conscientious role models, we all lose.
When we are helpful, kind, hard-working, generous and honest with ourselves and others, we all benefit.
A day off from working for money can be a day offered to Spirit in celebration and gratitude.
A special day of celebration can be truly given to those for whom the day is celebrated.
A holiday can be a time of physical, mental and spiritual renewal and remembrance.
A holy day can be useful to remember our wholeness and holiness and the blessings of today.
What can we do to celebrate that does not involve over-indulging in eating and drinking?
We can simply rest, relax and enjoy the beauty and goodness around us.
We can plant some flowers or vegetables or work in our yard.
We can give our time to clean up and beautify our neighborhoods or our own homes.
We can sanctify and bless others’ lives by being loving and kind to those around us.
We can share our thankfulness with those who may be alone or in need.
We can gather people to gather to enjoy each others company with games or family activities.
We can enjoy nature and the out of doors with biking, swimming, hiking or flying kites.
We can read a good book or finish incomplete projects.
We can learn something new and share with others our accomplishments.
We can take a look at ourselves and make new choices that benefit us.
We can watch a good movie. (We saw “Babies” yesterday and loved it!)
Whatever you do when you are celebrating a holiday, do something you can feel good about!
The best way to tell what is highest and best for you is to feel really good about yourself and at peace.
When we finish our day, we want to feel pleased, happy and at peace with how we have spent our day.
When life is done, we want to see ourselves as having done our best and lived with wisdom and love.
Enjoy each day and make it holy, happy, healthy and helpful.
Blessing us all and our wise choices,
Betty Lue

Let Us Remember!
We had a wonderful two day Spiritual Leadership Retreat here at the Reunion Lake House this weekend.
I hope you can join us here sometime for love and laughter, enlightenment and inspiration, renewal and play.
Let us remember the Goodness and the Blessings!
Let us remember the Kindness and the Service.
Let us remember the Light and the Love.
Let us remember to remember we are joined as One.
Life is forgiving.
Each one is a Gift.
Life is fulfilling to those who give.
Life is a success for those who serve.
Let us thank those who have given their heart and mind to help us find a better way.
Let us be grateful to those who have sacrificed their lives that we might live.
Let us appreciate those who daily serve by teaching, healing, helping and ministering.
Let us remember that each one of us has something significant to give to help others live.
Remember to help your neighbors.
Remember to give reverence to those you revere.
Remember to acknowledge the ones who serve you.
Remember to greet those you encounter with your blessing.
Remember to treat your family members as welcomed guests.
Remember to honor your elders and those who serve everyday.
Remember to give to what enhances your life and the life of others.
Remember to respect those who are disabled, homeless or challenged.
Remember to be the best you can be and offer life-giving freedom and trust to all.
Remember to sustain your own enlightenment with inspiration and joyful creativity.
Remember to give Mother Earth your consideration for her life-sustaining resources.
Remember to enjoy the riches of this Earth and of spirit and share freely with others.
Remember to be a wise steward and manger of the time, energy and money you are given.
Remember to appreciate your mind for its value in remembering Goodness and forgetting the rest.
Remember to remember those who inspire us, enlighten our minds and light our way home with love.
It is in remembering the Good, the Beautiful and the Holy that we bless ourselves and one another.
Remembering always and only Who You Really Are.

Intention
Do you know your purpose in being here?
Do you intend to fulfill your purpose in this world?
Do you commit daily to give yourself to Goodness?
Do you love yourself, your Source and your fellowman?
I have been wondering:
Why people don’t love unconditionally?
Why don’t people serve others from their heart?
Why don’t people remember Goodness and the Source of all Good?
It makes no sense to give less than our best all the time.
It limits our joy and fulfillment to withhold our love.
It leads to depression and failure to forget all the Good there is in our lives.
It produces feelings of limitation, lack and littleness to forget our intention and live off purpose.
The best I can make up is that people have a habit of neglect and unconsciousness.
Maybe humanity has learned to be afraid of contribution, power, health, abundance and success?
Maybe people have competed and lost, sacrifices and been crucified, given and been used?
Maybe folks are lazy in comfort and complacency, complaining about not having been given more?
Change your intention and you change your life.
Forgive all your mistakes and bad habits and wakeup to contribute.
Undo the limiting beliefs that have held you prisoner in your imprisoned mind.
Empower yourself with giving always and only the Best you have to everyone everywhere.
You deserve the best both given and received.
You will have what you need when your intention is to give from your unlimited Love Center.
You will know great wealth when you invest in loving all unconditionally.
You will be successful, happy and fulfilled with you realize the Abundance of Goodness in You.
Give by praying and envisioning Good for yourself and your brothers and sisters on the planet.
Love by speaking words of appreciation, inspiration and kindness to all you encounter.
Remember the blessings, the gifts, the joys of life and your will remember God’s Goodness.
When you love, serve and remember, you will know your Source within your Self.
Live your healing, helpful and Holy Purpose by loving and giving the One You Are.
Loving you,
Betty Lue

Do You Live What You Believe?
At our Lake House Retreat for our Spiritual Leadership Facilitation Weekend Program
Life is an experimental playground where we can explore what we believe and how we live.
Life in a body gives us an opportunity to observe the interplay of thoughts, feelings and actions.
Life on the earth allows us to join for creation and fulfillment or destruction and oppression.
Living with fear as our guidance system creates contraction and Love as Guide is Unlimited.
What we believe determines much of what we think and say and do and relate and create.
Our unconscious habits of mind and body, head and heart, often determine our experiences.
If we were fully aware at all times, we could learn quickly to eliminate pain and suffering.
If we were willing to be fully responsible, we would choose what works and let go of what doesn’t.
Some say only a mere 5% of our brain is used for conscious choice and the rest goes unnoticed.
To be more conscious, we must become aware of what is limiting, unforgiven and harmful.
To release what has been believed and taught and demonstrated throughout written history is daunting.
Now it is the most obvious necessity for the peace, prosperity and perhaps survival of the planet.
Take some time to reflect on what it is that you believe wholeheartedly.
Look for how you think and speak and act toward yourself and all that is.
Ask yourself where you might be out of integrity in what you eat, how you work and relate.
Easily forgive your unconsciousness and choose again and yet again.
The undoing of unconscious habits of mind requires practice in letting go with ease and gratitude.
The undoing of everything that is not True for you is a gift to you and to all of us.
The grand undoing of hatred and fear, regret and guilt, resentment and blame releases Love.
Love is the Source and ReSource from which come healing and creativity, Goodness and Grace.
If what you have believed and lived is unfair, unkind, unwise and unloving, it is time for a change.
If what you have lived is hurtful and destructive, limiting and belittling, it is time for release.
If what you have taught and experienced separates and generates fear, it is time for forgiveness.
If what you model and demonstrate is inability and laziness, greed and neediness, it is time for healing.
Yes, only you know what is true for you.
Only you can identify where you are living off purpose and out of integrity.
Only you can generate a different reality by choosing again for what you want to believe and live.
It is we ourselves that create a life of inspiration and Power, creativity and Peace, Love and Joy.
Let us live a life of faith and freedom from fear.
Let us give with a heart that is generous and true.
Let us love with forgiveness of all mistakes and choose again for trust.
Let us be the ones who make the difference everyday with everyone.
Never quit on Love!
“The only mistake we ever make is when we forget to Love.”

Do It Anyway
People are often unreasonable, illogical and self-centered.
Forgive them anyway.
If you are kind, people may accuse you of selfish ulterior motives.
Be kind anyway.
If you are successful, you will win some false friends and some true enemies. Succeed anyway.
If you are honest and frank, people may cheat you.
Be honest and frank anyway.
What you spend years building, someone could destroy it all overnight.
Build anyway.
If you find serenity and happiness, they may be jealous.
Be happy anyway.
The good you do today, people will often forget tomorrow.
Do good anyway.
Give the world the best you have and it may never be enough.
Give the world the best you’ve got anyway.
You see, in the final analysis, it is between you and God.
It was never between you and them anyway.

Are You Looking at Your Self?
This One is for YOU! And Me and all of us.
When your life is not working easily and well, you have forgotten your purpose!
Criticism is first about the critic, defining the critic’s relationship with themselves.
When we take another’s criticism personally, we distract them from seeing themselves.
When we are neutral (“Thank you for sharing.”), the other has an opportunity to listen to themselves.
Silence is always the best policy when being criticized or judged.
Projection is defined as seeing ones own flaws, issues and stuff in another...often the one closest to us.
When we are blaming (a form of attack), we are trying to cast guilt and responsibility onto the other.
When we blame, nag, criticize, resent, reject, withhold love from another, we are hurting ourselves.
When we hurt ourselves, we may feel depleted, guilty, sad, hostile, unloved and rejected.
What we give to others, we will receive.
When we give love and appreciation, we love and appreciate ourselves.
When we project and negativity, criticism, complaints, anger, etc, we feel guilty, separate and unloved.
When we have forsaken our natural state of Love, appreciation, joy and peace, we feel weak and afraid.
Behave in the ways you can feel pleased with yourself.
Speak with words that you would feel good about sharing with your world.
Think of yourself and others with the vision you prefer to experience.
The way you think, speak and act is what you are teaching others to be!
The behaviors I see within many family systems towards partners and children are harmful.
When we devalue another, we defeat our purpose of creating more peace, harmony and respect.
When we appreciate and love others, we empower and inspire them to be their best.
When we give our best with thoughts, words and actions, we feel Good about ourselves.
When you are feeling overwhelmed, distracted, confused, blameful and upset, be silent.
Take time out to listen within.
Ask yourself what you need to find your inner peace, creativity and ability to respond with Love.
Give yourself exactly what you need…food, rest, play, enjoyment, change of focus, etc.
If your life is not together, do something to get it together.
Clean your closet, eat healthy foods, take a walk, turn off the TV, say a prayer, laugh a little.
If your finances, relationships, health, work situation are in trouble, focus on yourself.
When we try to change the externals, the problem will simply shift to another venue.
How to have your life work! (Relationships, health, finances, family life, job, etc)
Begin and end each day with gratitude for the simple things. (food, shelter, running water, sunshine, etc)
Genuinely express love to those who love you.
Say please and thank you often. (many times a day)
Take good care of your appearance and the appearance of your home and car, especially your bedroom!
Open your important mail and email and throw the rest away without reading it.
Pay all your bills on time and say thank you for every kindness from another.
Give only what you have (time, energy and money), but never give from lack, martyrdom or sacrifice.
Waste no time on TV, internet or video games, magazines or meaningless stuff until your work is done.
Make sure you can see meaning and value in everything you think, do and say.
See first to understand the other by listening with your heart, until you fully understand their viewpoint.
Live with respect for yourself and all others.
Life can be fun safe and easy, when you live in integrity, supporting the Best in You!

Full Moon Energies
Show Up and Wake Up!
Pay Attention to what is happening in your body, mind, emotions, finances and relationships and world.
Tell Your Truth to yourself with journaling, contemplation, prayer and meditation.
Detach from the Outcome by Letting Go and Trusting Good will happen.
Whether there is upset, curiosity, excitement, there is energy flowing in that direction.
Let it all be a wakeup call.
To show up in life means to be fully present, not drifting into wishful or defensive thinking.
Be present with what is now!
Allow life to keep you awake at the helm without needing drama (accident, illness or tragedy)
Pay attention and stay awake.
When we numb the pain with addiction or cover our heads in depression, we are unable to respond.
Paying attention requires observation, sensitivity, really “getting” what is being called forth.
Reactivity is caused by the fear of making a mistake or making the situation worse.
Responding invites us to stop and find the place of peace and inner listening within.
Telling the truth often is coming from a place of history and reacting with judgment and fear.
Telling ourselves the high truth requires listening to the loving voice within and finding peace.
Telling the Truth is reassuring, comforting, healing and gives effective responses to upset and hurt.
Telling the Truth invites us to bring wisdom, creative solutions and desire for success for all.
Detach from the Outcome requires that we stop trying to control the outcome.
Do the best we can from where we are and what we observe and then let go with trust.
We need to always give our best, keep our agreements, make no assumptions and learn to let go.
Detaching is the willingness to free ourselves and trust in the intrinsic Goodness within all.
Taking time today to let Go and let Good be what it is.
Loving you and me in the release with Love.

What Do You Believe?
It is important to believe in something.
When we are conflicted in our beliefs, we will lose the power of our belief.
When we are aligned in our beliefs, we will be empowered by what we believe.
Believing is faith and faith is the certainty that comes from using the energy of belief.
Whether you believe in western medicine, holistic healing, faith healing or the power of prayer, you faith will work for you to the degree to which you believe.
Whether you believe in an external God, your ancestors, ascended masters, or your own inner strength, your faith will work for you.
When you doubt and question what you believe, you may feel betrayed, uncertain, anxious and confused.
When you forgive your doubts with faith, you will feel strengthened, confident, clear and at peace.
The world teaches us by its many religions, positions and cultural mores and customs that there are an infinite number of options in which to believe.
Our family systems, societal values and current cultural fads encourage us to conform to the norm.
Our head may tell us to go along to get along, while our heart guides us to align with what feels “right”.
Choosing and confirming our chosen beliefs may change what, how much and why we believe.
I believe in Love.
Love is Who I Am.
I believe in Goodness.
I know unlimited Goodness within me.
When I am in Love, I feel safe, happy and at peace.
When I am living from my Goodness, I am creative, trusting and free.
What do you believe in wholeheartedly?
Who and what do you know You Are?
How do you choose to live and give?
How much do you align with what is TRUE for You?
My belief is that what I believe I will see.
My belief is that what I believe in 100%, I will make true in my reality.
My belief is that my life supports what I believe and live 100%.
My belief is that I am creating a world of Love and Goodness, because I believe!!!!
Loving You and Believing in You.
You are the Source and resource of Love and Goodness in my life,

Prayer for Goodness
Dear One,
I hold you in the light and love of God.
I pray that as you open yourself to divine blessings, you receive greater peace, health and prosperity.
I envision you healthy and whole, pursuing your goals and fulfilling your dreams.
I pray that at the start of your day, you are filled with confidence and energy, ready to experience a day of meaning and fulfillment.
I pray that tonight as you lay your head on your pillow, ready for sleep, you have peace about the day that is ending and expectation of Good for the new day to come.
And so it is. Amen

All Good and Only Good
(Full Moon on Thursday at 4:07 PM)
Increase the Good with Gratitude
Erase the unwanted with forgiveness and blessing.
When we find ourselves wanting more, we simply need to appreciate what we have.
When we find we want to let go or undo, we simply must forgive, erase and release with our blessing.
The more we focus our energy on something, the more it increases with our attention.
The more we ignore or stop giving attention, the more it decreases and dissolves with lack of energy.
Life is meant to be natural, growing with sunlight, water and warmth and dying with denial.
During full moon time, we may experience an increase in what we are needing to give our attention.
Where there is toxicity or negativity, bless yourself by stepping away.
Stay no longer than you can maintain good health and inner peace.
When you step away, take time to listen within for how best to respond.
Taking a time out often gives a chance for emotions to settle and more respectful communication.
When there is negativity, criticism or hurtful words or behaviors, it is important to not take it personally.
When your buttons are being pushed, it indicates an area of needed healing.
When you are the negative, critical or toxic person, it indicates your are grossly off purpose.
When you find yourself in negative or disrespectful situations, it is time to stop and center yourself.
To find Good, you must be Good.
To receive Good, you must be giving Good.
To react with the negativity that you are receiving is ineffective and intensifies the situation.
To respond with peace, forgiveness, silence and healing energy is effective and brings healin.
When you are unable to quiet your mind, stop hurtful words and behavior, take a time out.
Stay away from the person or situation until you can bring peace, kindness and helpfulness.
When the other cannot accept the good you are offering, they cannot trust themselves or trust you.
When the other rejects the Goodness given, they may feel unworthy or unable to receive Good.
Give people space when they are emitting toxic energy.
Do not take on another’s pain or poison.
Do not allow the other to hurt you or another, physically or emotionally.
Create a safe space in which they can recover and return to their natural state of Love and respect.
Remember, when people do not respect themselves or feel guilty for having hurt the one they love,
They usually need to withdraw or they seek ways to blame the other for having caused the upset.
It is essential that we learn as a loving and healing presence not to allow others to hurt or upset us.
It is helpful to be free of guilt, fear or blame when we are healing ourselves and our relationships.
I now choose to give and receive All Good and Only Good.
The rest is forgive and released immediately with blessing of Peace.

Kids and their significant other helping to plant veggies and flower in some newly made beds.

This is the beginning of breaking a Pinata full of goodies and the cake and ice cream celebration!
These are only two of 50 pictures of the children giving their self made pictures and presents to Grandpa.
This was an art project for everyone to decorate crowns to wear!

Peace
Do you really want peace?
Peace in your world?
Peace in your home?
Peace within yourself?
When we wait for others to be peaceful, we are at effect.
When we allow other’s emotions to upset us, we are victimizing ourselves.
When we let the craziness, violence and conflicts in the world disturb our inner peace, we are victims.
When we choose peace no matter what, we lead by example and trust peace begins within.
Life is choice.
Emotions follow after thoughts and judgments.
When our thoughts are healing, our emotions are kind and peaceful.
When our thoughts are condemning, our emotions are upset, angry, hurt or fearful.
When our mind is filled with forgiveness and extending peaceful prayer to others, we feel peace.
Practice…Practice…Practice…..
When you see something you are judging….”I choose to see peace instead of this”
When we are confused or conflicted, step back and wait until you feel peace.
When you feel angry, hurt, upset or demanding, forgive yourself and give Peace.
When you are praying for world peace, choose to be Peace and bring Peace to your world.
For some, peace is perceived as passive, boring and ineffective.
Peace is essential to health, happiness and abundant living.
Peace is healing.
Peace opens the mind to Light.
Peace is the space of freedom and creativity.
Peace yields visioning and action.
Peace is the quiet that allows the reception of Divine Guidance.
Peace is the foundation of our Reunion with Self, Source and others.
May we all choose to be Peace, bring Peace, extend Peace to everyone everywhere.
Peace be with us now and always.

Respect Your Self
Respect and Appreciate All You Are, All you have, All you do and All You Give!
It seems that we are so much planning for the future or remembering our past, we forget to be here Now.
In the Now there is the full experience of what is with right perception and true appreciation.
When we truly loving ourselves and our lives just as they are, we can see the Goodness in what is.
Some practical reminders:
Appreciate the food you prepare, making your salad and veggies with love.
Select the most colorful and wash them with appreciation of their gifts to you.
Cut and cook them with respect for the miracles of life from seed to your table.
Enjoy the textures, flavors and aromas of what you eat and bless it all.
Enjoy the weather.
Really watch and delight in the changing patterns of wind, warmth and light.
Enjoy the seasons and the color changes in different lights.
Smell the air and taste the water; Appreciate nature’s filter system of air and water.
Respect your mind and its amazing resources in remembering and forgetting.
The mind is our own inbuilt computer with files that can be erased.
It can solve our problems and lift us into alternate states during waking and sleeping dreams.
The mind can be easily washed clean with forgiveness and renewed with meditation.
Take care of your body and its ability to function for doing Good.
As your vehicle, you need to maintain it with the best fuel and conscientious care.
Make sure you are not abusing, confusing or misusing its resources and purpose.
Love your body with activities that keep it happy and on purpose.
Relationships that support, encourage and empower you are ways of Loving You.
Be respectful of those with whom you relate, never taking them for granted.
See each person as equally valuable and treat each one with kindness and gratitude.
Know you are making a difference with everyone you encounter by the example you set.
Use your finances, education and talents wisely, using them to benefit and bless all.
See what you have as a gift, appreciating their value and being a good manager of it all.
Appreciatate the value of sharing what you have with others in a way that does the most Good.
Squander nothing by letting it be hidden or giving where it is not wanted or valued.
Remember this is Your Life.
It is a Good life when you use it all for Good.
This is your opportunity to increase your blessings and expand your territory.
Respect what you have and Who You Are and Use it All wisely and well.
Loving you,
Betty Lue

Value Your Inheritance
Do you know what you have been given?
Are you aware of what is abundance you have?
Have you realized the Goodness in your life?
Do you see what is available to you right now?
Humanity seems so caught in the form, we fail to see the formless.
People make up substance as sustenance and fail to realize their prosperity.
We cultivate a culture of need and greed and fail to appreciate our birthright.
Our society seems to be looking for handouts, luck and what we can get from life.
Could it be that we already have everything we need to have a good life?
Could it be that we are overlooking what is already ours to enjoy?
Could it be that we are so focused on “more” that we demean the blessings?
Could it be that in our need to own that we have forgotten the value of sharing?
We are entitled by the Preamble of our Constitution to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
We inherit from our Life source and Creator peace, infinite possibility and unlimited resources.
Peace lies within us, but we deny it with conflict and fear.
Happiness is the gift that comes from full appreciation, but we turn it away by focusing on fear of lack.
Freedom to be, to create, to choose, to enjoy, all are given to us, but we restrict, limit, doubt and destroy.
Trust in an infinite and unlimited supply encourages us to receive and believe in our inheritance.
Choose Peace and Understanding follows.
Be Happy simply because you are free to choose.
Be Free in your thoughts, your beliefs, your choices, your creations and enjoy the experience.
Trust that all things can be undone and redone, forgiven and chosen again.
Celebrate each day.
Appreciate the choices you make.
Forgive and undo what no longer works for you.
Give your Love to all you create.
Value Who You Are and What You Already Have.
Life is your Gift.
Give Life and receive what Life gives to you.
Know great freedom and enjoyment of all you create.
Loving All the Good we already have,
Betty Lue
PS I love the beauty of the Earth.
I appreciate the wonder of the skies.
I know the Love that from our birth,
Over and around us lies. (Hymn lyrucs)
I appreciate every relationship.
I learn from everything and everyone.
I see my life as a gift to me.
I feel blessed and share the blessings.
Life is Good.
I am grateful.

Respect What You Have
The more you respect what you have, the more you will feel respectful and respected.
The more you are willing to live and speak and think respectfully, the more peace you have.
The more you relinquish attitudes, conditions and beliefs that are disrespectful, stress decreases/
The more you think, speak and behave with respect, the more self esteem, health, happiness and prosperity increases.
Disrespect engenders a myriad of problems, struggles, conflicts, hardship and pain.
Disrespect is an attitude of ingratitude.
Disrespect is an attack that begets counter attack.
Disrespect is an assault on oneself.
When individuals feel inadequate, incapable and helpless, they treat themselves with disrespect.
When individuals feel better than, judgmental, arrogant and entitled, they treat others with disrespect.
The way we treat others teaches them what they deserve.
The way we talk to others is what we teach them to be.
Speak with respect.
No more negative, critical demeaning language toward anyone including yourself.
Give positive regard to everyone and everything.
Release critical, hateful and judgmental words in private once and for all.
Undo negative habits which lead to more of the same experiences.
Think with respect.
Be willing to look again beneath the surface. (re-spect=look again)
Look for what is needed to encourage and draw forth the best.
Seek only to see what is Good, what is gift, what is blessing.
Acknowledge what you have is what you have attracted to yourself.
Behave with respect.
Engage in behavior and activities that make you feel proud.
Even in private, imagine the world is watching and choose activities you respect.
Dress and live with respect for yourself, your home, your vehicle and all you have.
Interact with your children, your elders, your spouse and coworkers with dignity and respect.
We are each and all building a world with our thoughts, words and deeds.
We are teachers of all those in our circle of influence.
What we give, we receive.
How we treat others is a reflection on ourselves and not on them.
Be responsible for changing your attitude, your words and your behavior.
Use language, facial expressions and tone of voice to convey positive regard and respect.
Be willing and wise in improving the qualities of your life by respecting all you have.
Loving you with respect for the gift you are,

Interact with your children, your elders, your spouse and coworkers with dignity and respect.
We are each and all building a world with our thoughts, words and deeds.
We are teachers of all those in our circle of influence.
What we give, we receive.
How we treat others is a reflection on ourselves and not on them.
Be responsible for changing your attitude, your words and your behavior.
Use language, facial expressions and tone of voice to convey positive regard and respect.
Be willing and wise in improving the qualities of your life by respecting all you have.
Loving you with respect for the gift you are,
Betty Lue

Every Relationship is For Healing!
Robert Waldon’s Birthday
Robert is my God-sent life partner and husband for 25+ years.
He is a respectful, steadfast, devoted and Good Man. He lives his life in loving service with good humor, hard work, contribution, creativity and excellence in all he does. As Spirit inspires and guides him, he has worked as 6th grade teacher, business salesperson, financial consultant, holistic health consultant and educator, naturopath, and minister of Reunion and now Unity. He is an educator, healer and spiritual leader who inspires others with his genuine love and wisdom for all.And perhaps best of all, he is an awesome Grandpa and friend to our grandchildren. His dedication to our Spirit-guided lives continues to provide inspirational support, commitment, responsibility and endless learning, healing and growth. Together with God, we can only succeed in life’s endeavors. I am sooo appreciative of all the Good works created and given through Robert. Thank you God. Betty Lue
Every Relationship is For Healing!
Relationships with everyone and everything can be healing.
Those to whom we are attracted or avoid offer the most opportunity for healing.
Those with whom we live and interact regularly are the ones with whom we practice healing most.
Those whom we judge and criticize, as well as appreciate and serve, offer the most opportunities to heal.
When we love, respect and appreciate ourselves, we easily love, appreciate and respect others.
When we easily forgive our mistakes and learn, we easily forgive others mistakes and trust their learning.
When we support, encourage and enjoy ourselves, we naturally support, encourage and enjoy others.
Life give us clues along the way about how to heal our relationships with ourselves and others.
Healing is natural to those who Love.
Healing is freedom…the freedom to make mistakes and learn.
Healing is trust…the trust that with forgiveness and love, all things are made new again.
Healing is our purpose in being here as human beings with so many others….
To heal is to reveal what needs to be undone, forgiven, erased and perceived differently.
Healing comes from laughter and good humor which dissolves fear and separation.
Healing comes from snuggling, touching, holding and intimate sharing.
Healing comes with shared activities, goals and achievements.
To heal is to make happy.
To heal is to offer peace.
To heal is to see the wholeness in another.
To heal is to appreciate.
To heal is to enjoy.
To heal is to say “Yes”.
To heal is to undo what isn’t true.
To heal is to forget the past.
To heal is to see with the Love in your heart.
To heal is to fill your mind with Light.
To heal is to love everyone as you are unconditionally loved by God, Creator and Source of All That Is.
I am blessed to live always healing and revealing the Goodness in All of us as One,
Betty Lue
EveryOne Is A Flower in the Garden of Life
If you would grow to be your best self
Be patient, not demanding
Accepting, not condemning
Nurturing, not withholding
Self-marveling, not belittling
Gently guiding, not pushing & punishing
For you are more sensitive than you know
Mankind is tough as war
Yet delicate as flowers
We can endure agonies
But we open fully only to warmth & light
And our need to grow is fragile as a fragrance
Dispersed by storms of will
To return only when those storms are still
So accept, respect,
Attend your sensitivity
A flower
Cannot be opened
With a hammer

Differences Accepted and Respected
Where there are differences, there often is judgment and criticism and trying to change others.
We learn to conform or seek compliance by others to concur with our preferred ways.
We tend to avoid or blame others for being different in how they think, behave, relate and communicate.
We may have learned that love is being the same and agreeing rather than accepting existing differences.
Men and women usually think and communicate, work and relax, very differently from one another.
Men are easily confused with emotional communication.
Men prefer to handle one issue at a time with singular focus.
Men are 100% on, working hard with linear focus and no interruptions. Then they need to 100% turn off.
Women use emotion to energize their communication.
Women talk about many topics in one conversation, often in a circular manner.
Women tend to be on and aware of the complexity of tasks and life needs 24/7.
They forget to take a break until they get sick or have a problem.
Women need to find better ways to care for themselves so they don’t badger or bitch at their men.
People come from very different family systems, lifestyles, standards of self, family and home care.
Where there are values differences, greater acceptance, understanding and respect is required.
When people of different backgrounds live together, there needs to be clarity, negotiation and respect for differing needs and expectations.
When these areas are non-negotiable there tends to be battles for power and control.
When demands, threats, blame and guilt, are used, couples tend to create distance and resentment.
The quality of communication, habits of relationship, standards of home and self care, child-rearing and marital compatibility all refer back to what was usual and customary in our family of origin.
When there were dysfunctional or unhealthy patterns, they tend to recur until there is a wakeup call.
When we become conscious of a problem and are willing to make new choices and change our mind,
we can begin to build new patterns of behavior, attitude and communication skills.
It is essential that we stop blaming others and take total responsibility for making changes within ourselves.
It only takes one to stop fighting.
It only takes one to bring acceptance and respect to a relationship.
It only takes one to undo unhealthy habits and beginning choosing again for a better way.
It only takes one and that One is YOU!
If you prefer a better way to live and love, to give and receive, to relate and communicate, commit today.
No more talking back, resentment, threats or demands.
Begin today to think, talk and treat the other with respect and understanding.
Healing the wounds of hurtful behavior may not happen overnight, so stay the course.
Blessing us all for our willingness to find and live a better way,
Betty Lue

What Are You Fishing For?
Yesterday we took the 5 yr. old twins and 3 ½ yr. old brother Beckett to the Youth fishing Day at our Lake House in Hidden Valley Lake.
Some fish to feed their family.
Some fish for the joy of it.
Some fish as an excuse to be in nature.
Some fish as a way to be still and be alone.
My birth Surname is “Fisher”.
“I will make you fishers of men, if you follow me.” always inspired me.
My first married name is Lieber. German “to Love”. Love is my primary focus.
My husband’s last name is Waldon. English for “Well done.” Never-ending improvement is essential.
This is my calling: To facilitate clarifying where you find meaning and purpose and value in your life.
I encourage everyone to find what is the highest and best way for them.
I inspire people to live life in the way that suits their inner nature and their calling.
When we live following our heart and mind, our inner joy and peace are focused on what works for us.
To clarify your direction, your focus, your unmet need….ask yourself what you are fishing for!
Are you fishing for fun?
Do you want more play, more novelty, more laughter and delight?
Are you fishing for knowledge?
Are you curious and asking questions, searching for information and higher truth?
Are your fishing for approval?
Do you want more acknowledgment for your accomplishments and your efforts?
Are you fishing for complements?
Do you want more attention, more accolades, more glory and praise?
Are you fishing for money?
Do you want more financial security, more investments, retirement, and more material success?
Are you fishing for love?
Do you want more relationship intimacy, companionship and assurance of your value?
Are you fishing for solitude and peace?
Do you want more time for relaxation and renewal, introspection and contemplation, meditation time?
Are you fishing for inspiration?
Do you want more faith, more guidance, more connection with inner and outer forms of spirituality?
Are you fishing for numbing the pain?
Do you want more meds, more addictions, more ways to deny, avoid or block our what hurts?
Are you fishing for self improvement?
Do you want to become better at life, work, communication, achievement and more?
Are you fishing for ways to be helpful?
Do you seek people and ways to care for others and make the world a better place?
Every fishing expedition has a healing and holy purpose which is YOURS.
Be clear about what you are seeking, and what has meaning for you.
Direct your energies without reservation toward what is Best for you and you will benefit.
Be certain that your wholehearted commitment will yield a whole-hearted result.
Loving you with a heart that is True.

What Are these Loving Reminders?
A handful of people are new to receiving these daily or weekly loving reminders from me.
I send them directly to over one thousand people and many more from your referrals.
I have been writing and sending Loving Reminders for over 11 years everyday I am at home.
They are valuable for me to receive and share and valuable for others who receive them as reminders.
When something resonates with you, you feel its truth in your heart.
When you are reminded of what you know deep inside, you appreciate and find value.
When you are touched with inspiration, you feel grateful and can choose to practice.
This is my reason for listening within and sharing the inner guidance I receive each day.
After counseling and coaching thousands of individuals, couples and families, I know the need.
After teaching, mentoring and facilitating hundreds of people for the last 35 years, I hear the call.
After listening and letting Spirit within guide my life for most of my life, I feel the importance.
And this is my way of responding to all of us for the Highest Good and finding a better way.
These reminders are intended to be practical; they are meant to be used everyday.
These reminders are intended to be inspirational; they are meant to move you into action.
These reminders are intended to be spiritual; they are meant to call you to return to what is meaningful.
These reminders are intended to be healing; they give insight, freedom to choose/change and peace.
For many, there is limited time and money, so these reminders offer help when you have need.
For some, there is hesitation in asking for help, so these reminders are an anonymous way to learn.
For others, there is denial of needing anything, and the reminders simply reawaken what is known.
For me, these reminders are a powerful way to connect, to touch you with my love for us all.
Yes, I Love You.
I love you when you are happy or sad, right or wrong, awakening or sleeping on the job.
I love you when you don’t love yourself or forget you are loveable and capable just as you are.
I love you when you are willing to do the work and when you get lazy and quit on yourself.
I am your Loving Reminder.
We can call it a Calling or Holy Assignment or just what I am here to do.
My intention is to facilitate all of us in playing our Part and living our potential in being all we can be.
Said in a thousand ways or no way at all…your healing and success and joy are a blessing for me.
So why would I sit at my computer every morning as my spiritual practice and joy…….??
Because of all this above and so much more.
You and I are One..
More than you can know, we are connected in Love.
Ask me your questions.
Give me your comments.
Share with me your gratitude.
And always know I am with you in Love.
Betty Lue
Origin of Inner Listening
In 1976 it was suggested I sit and do nothing for just five minutes daily by a spiritual mentor/teacher. I chose 5AM in the morning and immediately saw/felt and heard a vision of a Home of Infinite Love available to all people. Over the years, I have co-created many such Centers and Homes with the guidance of Spirit within. The next morning I brought a pad of paper and a pen to sit, and as I was simply breathing, I knew words were coming into my mind and I wrote them down. When I later read them, I saw they had great spiritual meaning. As an innocent, trusting and ‘True Believer’, I then quieted myself every morning and began to follow what I heard within. My life became fun, safe, easy and miraculous in so many ways. I learned, forgave and grew spiritually daily from every relationships. This is was the origin of what I call “inner listening” and have taught to hundreds of willing learners over the last 30 years.
The Origin of emailed Loving Reminders
In the winter of 1998, having just moved back to the Bay Area in California, I asked Spirit within what was my purpose and calling. I was invited to sit at the computer and write down my daily inner listening and send it to those who requested it of me. Since Dec, 1998 I have sat at my keyboard, everyday to write exactly what Spirit within guides. I do not edit, correct spelling and embellish what I hear. I simply send what is given to me to share with the now thousands around the world.
This is my inner listening given to all who choose to receive them. Often it gives people what they need, practical spiritual and inspiring reminders, so they need not spend money on hours of therapy or endless seeking for spiritual answers. They seem to awaken and remind individuals who are willing and ready to change their lives for the Good of All. I also have put many of the reminders into three little books, Loving Reminders, Peaceful Reminders and Relationship Reminders. There are two other books waiting to be published, Healing and Healthy Reminders. It is my joy to contribute to the healing and awakening of my spiritual family, all humanity.
May be all be benefited and blessed by every good and kind intention of everyone everywhere.
Blessed be. Betty Lue “True B’Lue”

Healing Responses
Healing responses are healthy and helpful.
Healing responses are loving and kind.
Healing responses are positive and affirming.
Healing responses are encouraging and trusting.
When we are confronted with fear, anger, jealousy, sorrow, pain and conflict, we tend to react in like manner.
When we give meet fear with fear and anger with anger, etc, we are confirming that reality.
When we stop and offer what is highest and best for the other, we begin to heal what seems to be the problem.
When we take the time to offer healing rather than fixing, advising or sympathy, we are truly helpful.
How healing responds depends on the person, the emotions, the circumstance and the time.
Healing responses offer what is needed rather than what is wanted many times.
Healing responses listen deeper than the surface story to the real call for love and assurance.
Healing responses invite the most conscious person to give what they hear and know within.
I have noticed that the world seems to have trained human personalities to all react to fear with fear.
It seems we almost unconsciously think the same victimization thoughts as the apparent “victim”.
We tend to believe that the world of good and bad is real and we are here to stamp out the bad.
We seem to fall into the historical patterns of punishment and defensiveness to prevent “bad” experiences.
When you have a negative thought or dramatic encounter or scary experience, how you respond is key.
Take a moment to breathe and get centered in your own truth and value system.
Respect the event by taking time to look deeper than the story, your interpretation and see what is real.
Ask yourself how you can respond in the most “healing” way.
If you are confused, ask for more information.
If you are in doubt, ask the other how they could respond in the most helpful way.
If you are stuck in fear, be reassuring to yourself first in the way that works for you.
Rather than add to the difficulty, give yourself a “time out” to find the peace within.
Remember, there is no “right” way to respond.
There are ways that heal and help and are empowering.
There are ways that hurt and distract and are weakening.
The work of the conscious healing presence is to seek and find what is most helpful to all concerned.
I love being willing to ask myself..what can I do to bring more peace and love to this situation?
How can I be the One who is willing to respond in a new or novel way that brings more consciousness?
How can I say or do something that will offer new insight, a fresh perspective and a peaceful outcome?
Everything is an opportunity to heal and reveal the blessing or defend and cover up positive learning?
Loving us all as we learn together…how to be truly helpful!
Betty Lue
A Time Of Transformation
The Piscean Age
The Piscean Age was a time filled with victimization consciousness, a time of being at the effect of outer authority, learning to accept the way it was, expressing no preferences, being docile, submissive and humbly suffering in silence, self-martyrdom, giving all for the sake of others, believing that to have less was holy, and allowing the concept of God to be one in which we suffer, pay for our sinfulness and serve others to make penance.
The age past: Have less, suffer more, ask for nothing, wait for heaven. The age of atonement for sins, crucifixion, suffering and sacrifice in order to reap the rewards of the Kingdom of Heaven after death.
The Aquarian Age
The coming Aquarian Age is a time where all will know they are “at cause” in their domain, co-creators with Divine Will, manifesting only that which is good, beautiful and holy. All mankind will awaken to their Inner Authority, the Voice of Divine Consciousness and will follow only that which is for the greatest Good. Happiness, harmony and health will reign as each individual recognizes and expresses their full potential and reaps the abundance of their natural heritage. It will be a time of no guilt, no fear, of choosing what is valuable, expressing the Truth, giving with joy, having everything we want, and of praising God for the perfection of His creation where all live in Love and Peace and Joy: Heaven on Earth NOW.
Transition Period
This in-between time is a period of testing and sorting through. Man is awakening to his divinity, to his inherited right and capacity for choice. As man awakens, great surges of guilt and fear of punishment will flow through humankind calling for forgiveness and light-filled blessing. As man chooses to see his mis-creations without guilt, he will acknowledge the learning value, the needed undoing, and open to the opportunity to choose again for his Highest Vision. Praise God. We are learning to judge nothing, to wholly love and honor ourselves, to give ourselves the highest we know.

Off to the Grandkids
On my way to grandchildren in Petaluma for the day, so brief one…..
Love is the answer…..no matter what Love yourself, Love the others, Love non matter what.
Trust will settle every problem now…because Trust brings a state of peace. Peace opens the heart to Love and the Mind to seeing things differently and Trust will encourage a healing response rather than a fearful reaction.
Forgivenesss offers everything I want because…….Returning to a state of giving rather than withholding invites opening the flow of life energy which heals and replenishes, fulfills and inspires. Forgiviness is the ability to continue fully living and giving our very best in all circumstances. When we give our very best, our lives work better and the world is blesses.
There is nothing to do……..The world seems to be about fixing and maintaining…rather than letting it undo what is not for the Highest Good and allowing the natural creation to unfold. There is a state of Being that comes from realizing who We Are and How Love creates.
Give yourself to Love and Love will give to you.
Loving you, Betty Lue
Important piece for relationships:
You are responsible for your own happiness and inner peace.
Where we are upset (angry, hurt, afraid, judgmental.), our past wounds (unhealed stuff) has been triggered.
This shows us where we have work to do.
The usual relationship habit is to try to “fix” the other person, to get them to change or stop saying or doing what has upset us. This makes the other feel “wrong” and guilty and hurt and angry and inadequate. This only exaggerates the problem. It is ineffective over the long term.
The real work is to heal our own woundedness, to clear our own buttons and heal our history and forgive allowing anything or anyone to hurt us. When this is done, we can be effective, helpful and kind in our relationships.
This is a big job. Cannot be done overnight and must be done after we have taken good care of ourselves mentally, physically, and spiritually. Taking impeccable care of ourselves is essential to good relationships.

Equality
Take responsibility for what is yours.
Take responsibility for how you respond.
Take responsibility for how you treat yourself and others.
Take responsibility for your place as leader, teacher, healer, role model.
Give your best and let the rest go.
Honor yourself in all circumstances.
You need not feel guilty or blame others.
You need merely teach with your thoughts and words and activities.
Treat yourself and others with respect.
See everyone as your brother or sister.
Talk to others as you wish to be spoken to .
Honor yourself by not casting judgment on yourself or others.
Often we withhold and become passive because we are afraid or feeling guilt.
Or we may be overly aggressive because we see the other with disrespect.
Sometimes we flip flop back and forth passive-aggressive in our interactions.
The inconsistency is due to misperception of the situation.
We want to give our best, because we feel better about ourselves.
Others may give their best or they may fall short.
When anyone gives less than their best, they feel guilt.
With guilt comes withdrawal and avoidance or blame and attacking the other.
When I am not peaceful, it is because I have stepped off purpose, out of integrity with myself.
When I am upset, it is because I have forgotten my True and Authentic Self…being my Best.
Taking some time to center and ground myself in remembering is the key to coming back to Peace.
Being willing to immediately forgive myself for the ways in which I have lost my way.
The primary gift I give the world is giving my very best in every relationship and activity.
It is in giving my best that I receive the inner peace and fulfillment that I deserve.
It is in living my highest values that I sustain the joy of being alive and of service.
It is in following my calling and honoring what is highest and best for all that I am truly happy.
When we are comparing with others, we may be looking to be better than…..
When we are evaluating our performance, we may be seeking to find our mistakes.
When we are criticizing our self and others, we are distracted from our own highest calling.
When we setting ourselves as greater than or less than others, we have forgotten our worth.
Life is a continuum of opportunities to see and feel, to be and heal, to find our place just right for us.
Life gives us experiences in which to notice when we are on or we are off.
Life places choices before us everyday…to be happy or sad, to be forgiving or angry, to be limited or free.
When we see life a universal laboratory of discovery and realizing what works, we can appreciate it all.
Loving you and me as we set ourselves free to be happy!

¤ I love you ¤
and I know you love me too.
LOVE IS FREEDOM
The freedom for you and I to be who we are.
The freedom to live life as we do.
The freedom to make mistakes and learn from them.
The freedom to express our own truth as we see it.
LOVE IS TRUST
The trust that there is a constant flow of love,
no matter what.
The trust that, in spite of life’s problems,
we believe in and support each other’s right
to live as we choose.
The trust that in adversity,
there is healing and learning and gifts of love.
The trust that under conflict and emotional expression,
there is love
I love you and I trust you.
I free you to be all you are.
