Life Purpose

Seek for what you value most.

Find what is your life purpose.

WHAT IS GOOD FOR YOU?

WHAT FILLS YOU WITH SATISFACTION?

Affirmation:

I am here to be a Loving Reminder.

I am responsible for listening within to my life path.

I choose the fun, safe and easy way to live.

I am free to forgive and choose again and again.

What Fulfills You?

Understand things and stuff do not fulfill you.

It is Joy that fills you up.

It is not how many toys and tools you acquire.

It is deep and profound Gratitude that brings you Joy.

Our ego may search endlessly for that inner Joy.

But when we find our heart’s desire, we are fulfilled.

Begin asking, “What brings me true and lasting Joy?

“What am I really seeking today and everyday?”

Is it helping someone that brings me joy?

Is it discovering something that brings me Joy?

Is it learning something new that inspires me?

Is it accomplishing or achieving?

Is it exploring?

Is it enjoying people?

Is it being in nature that lifts my spirits?

Is it nurturing and nourishing?

Is it teaching?

Is it providing?

Is it protecting?

Is it creating beauty?

Is it building?

Is it entertaining?

Is it loving and being Loved?

Begin to look over the quality of your Life.

Find the “high points” that seem to transcend the rest of life.

Seek the places and people and moments in which you feel your best.

Follow the path of happiness and peace and you will find what is yours to be and do.

When we discover that which is our true calling, we know it and show it!

When we understand what brings us a good nights’ sleep with inner peace, we know fulfillment.

When we smile at the realization we are living the life we really want, we are truly happy.

When we are grateful for each day, we are truly successful.

Bliss is that inner joy and contentment that transcends what we think.

Some experience peace of mind.

Some know profound gratitude.

Some find deep passion and enthusiasm.

Always seek for what brings you enthusiasm and aliveness.

You deserve fulfillment in your life.

Once you have found it, seek only to sustain what is right and real for you.

Your life can be totally fulfilling everyday.

Live your life the highest way and rejoice.

Living in Love and Peace and Joy,

Betty Lue

“I slept and I dreamed that life is all joy.

I woke and I saw that life is all service.

I served and I saw that service is joy.”

Are You Free?

Is love limiting and worrying?

Is love setting rules and boundaries?

FEAR LIMITS AND WORRIES.

LOVE IS FREEING AND TRUSTING.

Affirmations:

With Love in me, I have need only to except and extend it.

No one and nothing can limit me.

I am free in Spirit and in Love.

When I respond with Love, my life is fun, safe and easy.

Are You Free?

What restricts you?

Why do you limit those you love?

What prevents you from trusting?

Why would you want to teach others to restrict themselves?

Children naturally want to be free.

Do you believe you know what will keep you safe?

Do you misunderstand the resistance and rebellion of our youth?

Are you afraid of what others will do without limitation and containment?

Perhaps our society has learned that freedom is unsafe.

Perhaps you have been taught to be careful and afraid.

Perhaps you believe you are helping others by teaching them to be careful.

Perhaps you think that love is to be afraid for others and to keep them safe.

Being “responsible” is responding with Love (not fear).

Being able to respond with Love is really trusting and freeing ourselves and others.

Being a good parent and partner and friend is encouraging, inspiring and trusting others.

Yes, when you have fear, distrust and cautiousness, it is yours to heal.

In our inner listening, we are safe from harm.

In our innocence, we know what is good.

In our openness, we learn easily with simple awareness.

In our natural trust, we listen and know naturally.

In our protectiveness, we teach others to distrust.

In our desire to take care of another, we teach them our fears.

In our judgments, we distrust others from responding naturally.

In our fear of what others will choose, we often choose for them.

Natural learning allows us to experience what works and doesn’t work.

Every child learns through experience.

When we listen to our own voice, we know what is good for us.

When we teach others what our voice is telling us, we distract them from trusting themselves.

Some climb mountains and some fly planes.

Some use adventure and risk to learn what to trust.

Some seek a life of no limits and are free to enjoy.

Some are cautious and stay inside with only vicarious adventures.

Perhaps it is up to each individual to listen to their own choice.

Maybe it is our turn to allow others to experience the natural consequences of their life choices.

Do we know what others are to do and have and be?

Perhaps it is right for us to pay attention to our own life choices.

When we learn to trust ourselves, we are free to choose.

When we can freely choose, we become confident.

When we are self confident, we choose with self trust.

When we live with self trust, we learn to live life well.

Let us learn to free ourselves and others.

Let us learn to enjoy our creativity and choices.

Let us learn to value all our differences.

I love our freedom to live our own way.

Loving Us All with Trust and Freedom,

Betty Lue.

Letting go can be fun, safe and easy.

Learn to let go with love and gratitude.

Choose Your Beliefs Carefully

Everyone Has a Right to Choose their own Beliefs.

Remember to be Respectful and Responsible for yours.

RESPECT YOUR OWN BELIEFS.

BE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR CHOICES.

Affirmations:

I believe in what works.

I trust and free myself and others to choose.

I allow us all to learn and grow and change our minds.

I learn from everyone and everything & know my mind is mine to choose.

What Do You Believe?

It is your choice about what you believe.

It is your right to decide what is “right” for you.

It is your responsibility to discern what you trust.

And if you don’t believe in you, how can you know?

There are a myriad of voices, opinions, facts, all claiming to be true.

Each one believes in their own stories and perceptions.

Every scientist and researcher can attest to their chosen “factual truth”.

The convincing comes, when we want others to believe in us.

Facts can be altered, made up and distorted for the purpose of the listener.

Our mind is often made up by what we want to believe.

In reality, it is what we believe that we make “true” for us.

Many believe “It is all made up.”

“What you Conceive and Believe, you can Achieve.”

The metaphysics of this life experience is seen as being based on co-creation.

Our spiritual experience is often seen as based on our “faith”.

So do you believe what is good, inspiring and “true” for you?

I want happy endings.

I like healing and helpful relationships.

I prefer feeling good and positive and capable.

So I choose voices that inspire, and fill me with hope and trust.

We can turn off fear-based voices and noises.

We can choose for love-inspired creations and ideas.

We can join with what fills us with gratitude and happiness.

We can let go of following the crowd and choose to believe our way.

No need for arguing, violence or negativity.

No need for taking sides.

No need for making others wrong.

We can simply choose what is right and good for us to believe.

I believe in what brings health and healing, different for each individual.

I believe in the right to choose what we want for ourselves, without denying another.

I believe in what works for you and for me, what is effective and helpful.

I believe in what sets me free to be happy and trust in the Highest Good for all.

What do you believe in?

What do you choose to strengthen and grow?

What do you buy and spend your time, money and energy on having, doing and being.?

What do you want to have and to hold from this day forward, with all your heart and mind?

I respect your right and responsibility to choose.

I love the play of thoughts, opinions, ideas and beliefs.

I open my mind to learn from everyone and everything.

It all expands my mind and enriches my life.

Always enjoying the expansion and play of life,

Betty Lue
