Ready For Change?

If your life isn’t working, do anything new and different.

Change will always bring new perspectives and choices.

FREE YOU TO FULLY BE YOU.

LET GO AND CHOOSE YOUR AUTHENTIC SELF

Affirmations:

I love to make changes for the highest good.

Change inspires letting go.

Letting go is fun, safe and easy.

I am open and willing to allow good to flow to me and through me.

Ready For Change?

Take a chance and do something different!

Interrupt your old unconscious habit patterns.

Try something new and novel.

Be willing to change what is not working for you.

When you are in a rut, you cannot see what is outside the hole.

When you get comfortable, you may not want to risk a new choice.

When you are afraid of change, you may convince yourself what you have is good enough.

When you like what you have and where you are, be grateful and enjoy yourself.

Change is best with the ability to choose again.

Change is helpful, when you are clear about what you really want.

Change is inspiring, when it gives you a new perspective.

Change is a good choice, when you learn from what change brings.

From a practical perspective, look at all possibilities.

Look at what may be the outcome and decide what you want.

Be clear and conscious about your decision.

Take full responsibility for what you decide.

Where we resist there is always push back.

When we go with the flow, there is opening.

When we are indecisive, we sit waiting.

When we are in conflict, we get confused.

Consider what you want to change.

Look for the fun, safe and easy way.

Consider how to not get hurt.

Never hurt others with your changes.

Truth-telling often creates change.

Truth may hurt, but then it sets you free.

Truth may open your mind to what you really want.

Telling your truth for you to hear can get you clear.

Consider how it feels to be stuck.

Notice how unhappy you get, when you fret.

Be willing to try trusting yourself.

Open your Self to seeking the highest and best for you.

When you live your life with trust and freedom, you feel most alive.

When you are choosing for what makes you happy, others feel happier too.

When you release the blocks to the awareness of Love and Joy, you feel enlivened.

Heartfelt change always brings something better.

You deserve to have what you really want.

What is best for you is best for Others.

Be willing to be and live and give your best.

“Life is for learning.

Education leads out of ignorance.

The more we learn, the more we know.

The more we know, the better our resources.

The more  resources, the more choice we have.”

The more choices, the more enjoyable life can be.”

What Is Not Working?

Life is always renewable.

Stop criticizing and complaining about what isn’t working.

Start learning and creating possibilities and new choices.

YOU HAVE THE POWER.

MAKE BETTER CHOICES.

Affirmations:

I fix what is broken and make it new again.

I choose a life that works for me.

I believe joy and gratitude show the way to go.

I am willing to learn from everything and everyone.

What Is Not Working In Your Life?

Have you asked yourself, “What Isn’t Working  in my Life?”

Life is meant to be fun, safe and easy.

We are here to enjoy as we learn.

When we are grateful, we are fulfilled.

When life “sucks”, something is wrong.

When we are unhappy, we have neglected our happiness.

When we feel alone, we are disconnected.

When we see ourselves as failing, we have not learned.

Life gives us clues to wake us up.

Unhappiness shows us we have neglected ourselves.

When we have lost our way, we stepped off our path.

Challenges  are meant to inspire us to learn.

There is always a purpose, when we are willing to learn it.

There is no failure, when we stop judging ourselves and others.

We can stop judging, blaming and feeling guilty, when we forgive.

We must stay awake and stop sitting in apathy and laziness.

Sometimes our relationships bug us, and we want to blame the other.

Sometimes our health fails us, and we want to judge our body.

Sometimes our money stops flowing, and we want to get more.

Sometimes we just get sick and tired of living, and we want to quit.

Upsets show up for everyone to make the changes we need.

We are here not to settle for little or less.

We are here to give more, not get more, for ourselves.

We thrive, when we stop maintaining and not just surviving.

If something is broken, fix it or let it go and begin new.

If something is no longer of value to you, let it go and seek only what is valuable.

If someone is hurting you, stop and step away.

You are here to love you and trust you and give yourself what is good for you.

When you see that life is not highest and best for you, listen within to your heart.

When you feel you are not giving your best, stop and ask what will inspire you to do.

When you are complaining and blaming, watch your behavior and your words and focus on you.

When you feel useless, hopeless and stop caring, start giving to anyone whom you care for.

Giving is living with joy and appreciation.

Getting is needing and filled with self deprecation.

Fearing is avoiding what is yours to learn and do.

Loving is trusting you can do anything that is really good for you.

Work for your good life and what brings you energy and joy.

Always give your best, beginning with yourself.

When you need, take a rest, and ask how you can fulfill yourself.

You are here to create a happy working and productive life.

Loving you to make your highest dreams and vision come true.

Life is forgiving .

You are the gift.

It is in freeing and being the gift you are, that you recognize the gift.

Set yourself free with forgiveness.

You Come First!

What is best for you is best for others.

Demonstrate how important it is to care for oneself.

TEACH EVERYONE TO BE RESPONSIBLE.

EVEN CHILDREN CAN LEARN TO CARE FOR THEMSELVES.

Affirmations:

Love is letting go of fear.

Love is freedom and trust.

Trust in your own healing/learning process.

Allow others to have their own healing/learning process.

You Come First!

You cannot help another, unless you have helped yourself.

You cannot save anyone, unless you can save yourself..

You cannot fully love anyone, unless you are loving you.

You cannot be there for another ,until you have learned to be there for you.

Do you ever ask yourself what is true for you?

What have you learned from your life?

What do you want to experience in your life?

What are you willing to do to have what you want?

It is unhealthy to keep doing the same thing and expect a different result.

It is unhealthy to keep complaining about the same issues.

It is unhealthy to try to get someone else to change.

It is unhealthy to focus on another’s happiness before you change your own unhappiness.

The only life you have to save is yours!

The only complaints you need to address are yours.

The only way to see a change is within yourself.

What creates more happiness is focusing on your own happiness and well being.

So why do you stay?

Why do your complain?

Why do you care?

And what do you care about….if not yourself?

If you are in an unhealthy relationship, choose again.

Are you trying to fix someone else?

Are you there to change the other person?

Are you there because you love another more than yourself?

Women (or men) who love too much often blame themselves for their partner’s unhappiness.

Women (and Men) often sacrifice to make someone else happy.

They often do not see this as co dependent behavior, encouraging the other to be dependent.

They don’t notice they have conditioned their partner to complain to get attention.

What can you do to teach others to take responsibility for themselves?

What can you do to show others how to be responsible for their own happiness?

What is the best way to demonstrate happiness to someone else?

Be happy and responsible for yourself!

If you take on the others' hurt, pain, fear and anger, , it becomes yours.

If you empathize with another’s unhappiness, you will feel like it is yours to fix, heal and change.

If you take the blame and feel guilty, both you and they will believe it is your responsibility .

This becomes your own false belief, erroneous fear, and will tend to lead to resentment.

Your work is to step away, detach and stop allowing anyone to hurt you or make you unhappy.

It is about time to love yourself and be happy.

Loving you,

Betty Lue

Stop CoDependent Behavior & Heal Your Relationship with Yourself First!

You are responsible for your own happiness and inner peace.

Where we are upset (angry, hurt, afraid, judgmental), our past wounds (unhealed stuff) has been triggered.   This shows us where we have work to do.

The usual relationship habit is to try to “fix” the other person, to get them to change or stop saying or doing what has upset us. This makes the other feel “wrong” and guilty and hurt and angry and inadequate. This only exaggerates the problem.

It is ineffective over the long term.

The real work is to heal our own woundedness, to clear our own buttons and heal our history and forgive allowing anything or anyone to hurt us.  When we have done our work, we can be truly effective, helpful and teach by example.

     This is a big job.

It cannot be done overnight, but takes constant practice.

We must first take good care of ourselves mentally, physically, and spiritually.

Being conscious and taking impeccable care of ourselves is essential to quality relationships.

Begin now with learning to love, respect, trust and appreciate yourself.

The more you love, trust, respect and appreciate yourself,

the more others will love, trust, respect and appreciate you.

The more you love, respect, trust and appreciate yourself,

the more others will do the same for themselves and  for others.

You are the living example, the teacher, with everything you think, say and do.
