Consistency

Affirmations:

I value my everyday lifestyle and healthy habits.

I benefit from my daily spiritual practice.

I am grounded in what creates healthy thoughts, words and actions.

I center myself with what is highest and best for me personally.

Consistency Creates Security!

Routine stabilizes emotions.

In a world of change, humans need some stability.

With so much unknown, we need to rely on what is known.

When everything seems chaotic, we need to create order.

When we are consistent, we feel secure.

When we have routine, we find our center.

When we are centered, we feel safe.

When we feel safe, we know Love.

Often the human mind is filled with complication and confusion.

When we fill ourselves with random information, it leads to random thoughts.

When we fill ourselves with focused information, we experience focused thinking.

Perhaps the bad dreams, anxious feelings and attention difficulties come from our chaotic lifestyles.

Consider, we are here to feed our bodies familiar and consistent healthy foods.

Consider, to be healthy, we need to eat healthy, live healthy, learn healthy and think healthy.

Consider, we are habituated to ingesting a variety of thoughts, foods, information and experiences.

Consider, random thoughts, foods, info and experiences lead to random or unfocused lives.

Where is our focus?

To what are we allegiant?

How do we choose?

How much variety do we need?

Some avoid familiarity.

Some want diversity.

Some fear being bored.

Some abhor routine.

Have we gone too far in changing times?

Have we lost our center and our peace?

Are you addicted to the adrenalin of fear?

Have we stepped away from basic goodness?

When traditions are good, let’s preserve them in our lives.

When certain habits are healthy, let us continue them.

When our lifestyle provides security, let’s maintain it.

When we feel safe, happy and whole, let us appreciate what we have.

Bodies digest better what is known.

Minds learn better what is familiar.

Relationship last better with tradition.

Life works better with routine.

There is no harm in having the basics in life continue.

There is no loss in having our relationships be preserved with respect.

There is no fear that comes from giving ourselves and our children structure.

There is nothing wrong with continuing basic good and healthy ways of life.

Loving us all as we learn what is highest and best for each one.

Falling In Love!

Affirmations:

I fill myself with Divine Love and freely share Love with all.

I forgive myself for rejecting or abandoning those needing love.

I release the fear of love and those who are needy or dependent.

I trust Love within me to guide me to love without creating dependency.

Falling in Love with Love!

We are attracted to something or someone where we can learn or be inspired

We are equally repelled by where we have something to learn or heal.

Relationships give us many opportunities to heal what is missing or wounded or incomplete.

Where we love, we long to see and be what we love in another or something outside ourselves.

Love holds opportunities to learn.

Love gives us chances to forgive.

Love shows us what is missing in ourselves.

Love is the way we can walk closer to God.

Divine Love or Agape Love is unconditional.

Eros Love is human and conditional, based on feelings and needs.

When we are conflicted by love, we know we are in fear.

Life teaches us to Love everyone all the time to be at peace.

Love-Hate relationships are full of conditions to get love we want.

Truly Loving relationship hold no grievances and Love no matter what.

Affairs or infatuations are simply seeking to reclaim a feeling or experience of being “in Love”.

Going from one relationship to another is usually a call to find the true and lasting Love we seek.

True and lasting, unconditional Love is found within ourselves.

This Love is patient and kind, giving and forgiving.

When we seek for Love, we often seek to fill ourselves with what is missing.

When we want to know Love, we find the love we give within ourselves.

Conditional Love seeks to find Love, get Love, feel Love and fill with another’s love.

Unconditional Love seeks only to give Love and share the Love we have with others.

There is only Love freely given, asking nothing and the lack of love, asking or needing love.

When we love, we joyfully share this love for all creations.

Those who seek for Love have lost their inner connection with the Divine Love within.

Those who are demanding Love have forgotten their innocence and self-worth.

Those who are longing for Love have been caught in the human need to have closeness and connection.

Those who are addicted to Love feel abandoned, betrayed, forsaken or bereft of Love.

We are born to Love and be Love, as our natural state.

In giving Love, we receive the Love we are.

When we remove all obstacles to the Presence of Love we are fulfilled, happy and at peace.

When we feel guilty, angry, hurt or afraid, we call for Love to remember the Love within.

Love is a gift of healing and grace.

Forgiveness is a gift to be given to heal.

Remember to forgive yourself for forgetting You Are Love.

Love is the way to live and give with Gratitude.

Loving you always,

Betty Lue

Loving Ways

Affirmations:

My Love is innocent, patient and kind.

The Love I Am seeks only to give itself to all.

Love holds no grievances and forgives all things.

Everything is either Love to be given or a call for Love to be received.

Loving Ways!

What is this “Love” and what is attraction?

What is the safe way to love other than our own partner?

What is the right way to love other children than our own?

What is the best way to share love with acquaintances, friends and strangers?

Love is our natural state.

Love is what we came here for.

Love is safety and innocence.

All Love is expressing our Love for God.

Love is remembering of our Original Love Source, Higher Power, Spirit or whatever you call it.

Attraction is the call to learn or remember something.

Repulsion is also the call to learn or forgive something.

When we connect love and attraction, we are translating feelings into action.

When we translate LOVE into human ideas of loving and sexuality, it ceases to be Divine Love.

The human ego has been conditioned to translate Love into physical intimacy and connection.

We become confused and conflicted.

We get lost in past and future fantasy.

Our beliefs about rules, boundaries, desire and loss confuse our relationships.

Our learning about love and marriage, human connection and affection cloud our experience.

What we want is to return to the original Love, a place of innocence, safety and trust.

What we long for is to find inner peace and union with Goodness and Divine Love.

So what do we do with these feelings of attraction?

How do we acknowledge our desires and needs?

Use a few simple questions:

1) What is the real reason, I feel this attraction and desire?

Write down pages of answers coming from the mental thoughts, beliefs and learning.

2) What am I to teach and learn, give and receive, in this connection or attraction?

3) How will my connecting with this person in friendship support me and my life purpose?

4) How do I respect and respond to the Love I am experiencing.?

5)  Does this Love come from neediness, separation from Self, wanting to remember my own Love?

All loving relationships are to inspire and return us to the Love We Are.

Love is innocent.

Love does no harm.

Love is the condition of remembering the Love We are.

Loving us all in remembering.

Guideposts

Affirmations:

I live with joy as my light.

I learn with love along the way.

I give with gratitude as my gift.

I rest in peace with the Good I have.

Guideposts Along The Way

Joy is our guiding Light.

Love is the Way.

Peace gives us reassurance.

Gratitude is our Gift everyday.

When we listen to Spirit to find our way, we live in love everyday.

When we follow guidance, we hear in our heart and know peace is our holy part.

When we live from the core of our being with joy, we release what is not true.

When we look for guideposts along the way, we find forgiveness and integrity as our path.

One step at a time with consciousness in mind …..this is the way.

Our daily commitment to give the good we know….this is our choice.

A spiritual practice with reminders of what’s true.….this is our work.

Always remembering to love me and love you…..we recognize the good we each do.

So many times we get lost along the way.

We get frightened and discouraged.

We get distracted and depressed.

We get hurt, angry and sad.

But all it takes is to make new choices at the beginning of each day.

We can always begin all over again.

Learn what we learn and make new choices with conscience as our guide.

Listen to your heart and follow the way that is true with no harm to anyone.

Life offers us blessings in everything.

Love leads the way to find inner peace.

Joy tells us we are on the right path.

Gratitude is our gift to complete each step.

Wake up calls come with upsets and interruptions.

These too give us pause to correct our ways.

With lack of love and joy and peace, we know we are off path.

When we experience what is not working, we know we are off purpose.

This is our most powerful opportunity to forgive and choose again.

Upsets are valuable to remind us to stop, listen and make amends.

To right our course, we must simply seek the way of peace.

To be on purpose, we must remember what our purpose is.

So what is it my friend?

Are you willing to see the guiding light of joy?

Are you willing to know the safety of living in love?

Are you willing to walk the path of peace?

Let us begin to listen, love, learn and let go together,

Loving us all as One,

Betty Lue

Who Pays?

Affirmations:

I forgive any choice I have made that hurts anyone.

I make amends for any place or person I have left unloved.

I commit to clean up every mistake or lack of love.

I choose to live my life with consciousness and integrity.

What Is the Cost?  Who Pays?

Do you ever ask yourself “What is the cost?”

Do you ever wonder “Who Pays?”

Are you responsible for what you do?

Are you responsible for what you say?

Do you consider what will be the final outcome?

Do you look are what is the price of your behavior?

Do you care what happens in your future?

Do you even look at what is your responsibility?

What is the cost of yelling and swearing?

What is the cost of watching violent TV, movies or games.?

What is the cost of feeding your family unhealthy foods?

What is the cost of meaningless spending?

What is the cost of divorce?

What is the cost of bankruptcy?

What is the cost of addiction?

What is the cost of discrimination?

What is the cost of not loving?

What is the cost of hate?

What is the cost of no respect?

What is the cost of foolish behavior?

Who pays for ignorant, hurtful and disrespectful choices?

The uneducated may never learn.

The children may have no role models.

The wounded may never heal.

The foolish may blame others.

The hated may choose to hate.

The addicted may be lost forever.

The families may stay broken.

The communities may lose trust.

The nation may be lost in conflict.

The world may never be the same again.

This wakeup call seems negative, for indeed we need to change our ways.

Each one of us must wake up and choose again.

You can stop the unhealthy patterns.

I can forgive and find a better way.

Now is our time.

We are the ones.

Do what you can.

Live what makes a difference.

Do what is conscious, healing and helpful.

Right where you are.

One person at a time.

Together there is nothing we cannot do.

Be the change you want to see.

Forgiving us all in every way every day,

Betty Lue

Time To Let Go!

Affirmations:

I quickly and easily release all that is complete for me.

I choose honorable closure and respectful completion to all relationships.

I release and let go of what no longer is best for all.

I happily free myself to be with those who want to be with me.

Time To Let Go!

There is a time to hang on.

There is a time to let go.

There is a way we are taught to try too hard.

There is a way we learn to stay too long.

In nature, animals learn to leave toxic situations.

Humans often try to change the unchangeable.

Animals take care of themselves first.

Humans often are too attached to attend to their own needs.

People learn that suffering is part of loving.

People believe that if it hurts it must be important.

People often stay too long in hurtful situations.

People often distort their perception by clinging to false hope.

There are romantic beliefs that when you love, you must cling and fight.

People may teach that to stay during the hard times means you really love.

People may encourage hanging on until it hurts.

People may worry and strangle the life out of a relationship.

To love is to fully and abundantly live.

When there is fear of losing, people may kill their spirit.

People learn to die trying and may glorify the sacrifice.

What if loving is letting go with gratitude and blessings.

Children often step away when there is danger.

Children learn to go home if they are not wanted.

Children naturally release what is hurting them.

Children allow the natural process of letting go.

Love is letting go of fear.

Love is trusting there is something better.

Love is forgiving the past resentments and regrets.

Love is freely allowing the process of change to be.

When we hang on to what is harmful, we get hurt.

When we continue doing what doesn’t work, we fail.

When we keep trying to get what we want, we weaken ourselves with efforting.

When we forget the goal is happiness and harmony, we may live in misery and discord.

We learn we cannot make others be and do what we want for ourselves.

We learn that each person has their own timing and life path.

We learn that life moves us in the highest direction of learning and success.

We learn that two travel best together when going in the same direction with similar intent.

Are you letting go when it is asked of you?

Are you leaving well enough alone?

Are you trusting in the highest outcome for all concerned?

Are you willing to take impeccable care of your first?

I AM open and willing to let go and trust “All Is Well.”

Betty Lue

Letting go can be fun, safe and easy.

Learn to let go with love and gratitude.
