Everything I See

Correction to yesterday: Robert and I were legally married in April, 1986. And  spiritually wed in 1985.
27 yrs of amazing loving service together!

Everything I see is a part of me.
When I am loving what I see, I am loving me.
When I am judging what I see, I am judging me.
When I am free, I am freeing me.

You see what you have within you.
You believe what you see is what really is.
When what seems to be is what you believe to be.
Look with in and find what is good and whole, and  you will know the Good in you.

When you forgive and forget what you judge and criticize, it is erased and undone .
You feel lighter and free because you have released it from you.
When you judge and criticize, your are stuck and with remembering and repeating it over and over.
You feel heavier and more limited.

So you see, you can set yourself free.
You can forgive and erase.
You can believe in all Good.
You can see only Good.

Forgive all the rest.
You surely will be blessed.
Take a spiritual shower.
Your whole garden then will flower.

And so it is, we each can see and be the very best we know.
It is true that the colors, scent and beauty of you will shine through.
In every way we reflect the beauty inside our own mind.
The light within projects on whatever thoughts we hold in mind.

You will find the more you forgive the more light you see in your world.
The more you undo all that is not true, we more you discover the real you.
The more we confess to ourselves the errors in our mind, they blow away like clouds.
And what we see will truly be the heavenly blue of what is real and true.

When I sit and write I always delight at whatever words I share without a care.
It is fun to just let truth come…the truth that sets us free and lets us be.

We are the ones who are here to clear the canvas and all projections.
We each are to do this in our own individual domains, the kingdom within.
We can all take response=ability for setting our world free with seeing beneath the apparency.
Let’s let go and let love flow, knowing all there is is really joy and love and peace…sweet release.

Loving you with all that is true and whole and good for you and me,
Betty Lue

What Are Loving Reminders?

A handful of people are new to receiving these daily or weekly loving reminders from me.
I send them directly to over one thousand people and many more from your referrals.
I have been writing and sending Loving Reminders for over 13 years everyday I am at home.
They are valuable for me to receive and share and valuable for others who receive them as reminders.

When something resonates with you, you feel its truth in your heart.
When you are reminded of what you know deep inside, you appreciate and find value.
When you are touched with inspiration, you feel grateful and can choose to practice.
This is my reason for listening within and sharing the inner guidance I receive each day.

After counseling and coaching thousands of individuals, couples and families, I know the need.
After teaching, mentoring and facilitating hundreds of people for the last 35 years, I hear the call.
After listening and letting Spirit within guide my life for most of my life, I feel the importance.
And this is my way of responding to all of us for the Highest Good and finding a better way.

These reminders are intended to be practical; they are meant to be used everyday.
These reminders are intended to be inspirational; they are meant to move you into action.
These reminders are intended to be spiritual; they are meant to call you to return to what is meaningful.
These reminders are intended to be healing; they give insight, freedom to choose/change and peace.

For many, there is limited time and money, so these reminders offer help when you have need.
For some, there is hesitation in asking for help, so these reminders are an anonymous way to learn.
For others, there is denial of needing anything, and the reminders simply reawaken what is known.
For me, these reminders are a powerful way to connect, to touch you with my love for us all.

Yes, I Love You.
I love you when you are happy or sad, right or wrong, awakening or sleeping on the job.
I love you when you don’t love yourself or forget you are loveable and capable just as you are.
I love you when you are willing to do the work and when you get lazy and quit on yourself.

I am your Loving Reminder.
We can call it a Calling or Holy Assignment or just what I am here to do.
My intention is to facilitate all of us in playing our Part and living our potential in being all we can be.
Said in a thousand ways or no way at all…your healing and success and joy are a blessing for me.

So why would I sit at my computer every morning as my spiritual practice and joy…….??
Because of all this above and so much more.
You and I are One..
More than you can know, we are connected in Love.
Ask me your questions.
Give me your comments.
Share with me your gratitude.
And always know I am with you in Love.

How You Grow

We all grow best in our own unique way.
Some prefer being in the spotlight.
Some enjoy being quiet and in the shade.
Some do best with a little of both.

Some need lots of fertilizer.
Some do best with refined circumstances.
Some like organic only.
Some prefer to be in a hothouse with a controlled environment.

Some need regular pruning.
Some need to be transplanted gently to better environment.
Some can handle wild and ever challenging situations.
Some grow stronger through adversity and some wilt and die.

You know what you need by experiencing life.
But you don’t know what anyone else needs.
How about just watching and observing how people grow best?
Maybe we all need to tend our own garden first!

Life offers many climates and conditions.
When we are serving our own growth, we will choose for us.
When we are minding others; gardens, we tend to neglect our own.
Consider letting your prize winning garden of your life speak for itself.

When you are living with the joy of beauty, goodness and gratitude, others will seek you out.
You will be their teacher, the model, the one who they seek when they need to know.
You need never interfere but let them come to you to learn how to individualize their lives.
We all learn best through our own life experience.

Let go of your need to know, advise and judge another’s garden, until you are content with yours.
Enjoy the beauty in everyone’s life, but remember yours is unique.
Appreciate the opportunity to choose again and again.
But first let go of your criticism and self judgment to free yourself of guilt and fear of mistakes.

Only when we are free to choose to create beauty on a plowed field can we begin anew.
The weeds of the past grow through where we have not totally forgiven.
To avoid or resist what was, holds the thoughts in our mind and then produce like kind.
So release and forgive with gratitude all you have learned and begin again with enthusiasm.

Life is your garden and you are the gardener.
Enjoy and appreciate the fun you have in learning what is true for YOU!
Loving you,
Betty Lue

Please take this personally, if it suits you!

You Are A Flower in the Garden of Life
If you would grow to be your best self
Be patient, not demanding
Accepting, not condemning
Nurturing, not withholding
Self-marveling, not belittling
Gently guiding, not pushing & punishing

For you are more sensitive than you know
Mankind is tough as war
Yet delicate as flowers
We can endure agonies
But we open fully only to warmth & light
And our need to grow is fragile as a fragrance
Dispersed by storms of will
To return only when those storms are still

So accept, respect,
Attend your sensitivity

A flower
Cannot be opened
With a hammer

Letting Go

Are you willing to let go of mistakes?
Are you willing to let go of addiction?
Are you willing to let go of attachments?
Are you willing to let go of limiting beliefs?

Are you willing to let go of neediness?
Are you willing to let go of dependency?
Are you willing to let go of fear?
Are you willing to let go of the past?

Are you willing to let go of resentment?
Are you willing to let go of anger?
Are you willing to let go of hurt?
Are you willing to let go of self pity?

Are you willing to let go of the need to be right?
Are you willing to let go of making others wrong?
Are you willing to let go of what is false?
Are you willing to let go of what no longer serves?

Are you willing to let people go who are called to leave?
Are you willing to let go of opinions and advice?
Are you willing to let go of expectations?
Are you willing to let go of judgments?

As you know we all experience all of these many times in life.
You well know we have learned to believe what we feel and make it real.
You may claim to know what is best for others even when our own life is a mess.
You and all of us need to learn to start with first things first.

First we need to clear our own plate.
We need to heed our own advice.
We need to live our very best.
We need to clean up our act.

Begin with your own peace of mind.
Begin with your own piece of land.
Begin with your own responsibilities.
Begin with fulfilling your own goals and integrity.

When you begin with yourself first, you will be respected.
When you begin with your own life choices, you will be heard.
When you begin by being all you want to be, others can see and believe.
When you begin by loving, learning and letting go with full appreciation of you, others will, too!

Loving you by taking impeccable care of me and my integrity,
Betty Lue

7.  See problems as opportunities to learn from rather than as obstacles to avoid.
8.  Tell the whole truth on a moment to moment basis in order to maintain impeccable and loving relationships.
9. Be conscious every moment to put positive thoughts into my mind rather than negative, knowing all thoughts are creative.
10.  Appreciate my feelings as a means of understanding myself, thus directing and creating my reality.
11. Continue to forgive myself and others as a means of creating a state of Grace.
12. Fill my life with joy and ecstasy by practicing daily the art and skill of verbally expressing my gratitude for all that I have.

Are You the Best You Can Be?

Do you live your best Self relentlessly?
Are you shining your light so all can see?
Do you remind others what they can be?
We can live in love when we are free!
What would it take to give without expectation?
Can you give freely of your time, money and resources without expecting a return?
Do you receive from giving with gratitude and joy?
Do you realize that generosity is a natural quality of being happy and fulfilled?

Those who are needy, give in order to get.
Getting appreciation, or money or approval is the reward for the ego’s giving.
Those who are inspired and content give for the joy of sharing what they have.
It is not those with few possessions, but those who want more, who are poor. Seneca

Where have our values gone?
Do we know what it means to tithe? ( to share 10% or more of what we have.)
Do we realize the value of volunteering at home and church and community?
Do we understand the benefit of giving more than is asked or expected?
My Dad said volunteering 20 + hrs. weekly was a selfish act because it gave him so much good.
My parents were philanthropists in so many ways.
They not only gave to family and friends, but to strangers they might meet along the way.
Our home was open for a bed or meals, but more importantly their hearts were open to listen and encourage everyone the met.

Do you know the value of giving everyday to everyone along your way?
When you are working, give extra attention to the job, to the people and to your bosses.
When you are off work, give your time, energy and money to people and places that will benefit from you.
When you are at home, take special care of everyone there, keeping the place clean, beautiful and in order.

Stop working for others and doing. because others want it or demand it.
Begin working for yourself, for the enjoyment, for the pride, for the accomplishment for pure Goodness sake.
Stop working for money and start working for love, for contentment, for fulfillment.
Begin working for how great you feel when you give your all to something and see your value.

Look around and you see the call for Love, Goodness and Completion everywhere.
Why not be the one to roll up your sleeves and get to work?
Why not be the example of the one who cares and wants to share?
Why not be the light that steps into the darkness to find your light is needed?

There is no harm in giving where it is needed.
There is no greater reward than to open the flow to give all to those you encounter.
There is no more fulfilling moment than to see how your life, wisdom and resources are a blessing to others.
To have all, give all to all. ACIM

You cannot understand what your giving means,
until to recognize you are a” volunteer” here on this earth,
in your home and community and at your place of work.
When you know this is all your choice, you will give your All to receive All you give!  Betty Lue
Happy to give my all to all to have the joy of living in Love,
Betty Lue

No Complaining!

Complaining, whining and playing “poor me” is disempowering, depleting, depressing and denial.
When we play the victim, we make ourselves weak.
When we act defeated, we are giving up and giving in.
When we make others to blame, we deny our own powerful choices with the thoughts and words we use.

I have purchased batches of “no complaint” purple bracelets, which I give away.
They are found at “www.acomplaintfreeworld.org” website.
They are to be used as reminders of how much we can do when we stop complaining.
Instead of being focused on what you cannot do, consider using your energy on what you can do.

Shift your consciousness.
Empower yourself.
Use your vision effectively.
Share words that inspire.

When we focus on the negative, we strengthen and create more negative.
When we speak and act positive, we strengthen and create more positive.
This is true personally and professional, in relationships and for yourself.
You can effect change immediately with your thoughts, words and actions.

Open your mind.
Support yourself.
Imagine what you really want.
Speak with focused inspiration.

When you grow up in a “nay-saying family, your habit may be to do the same.
When you live with negative media, you may be attracted to “how bad it is.”
When you are attracted to hopelessness and despair and commiserate with weakness, you may become weak.
What we focus our attention on (think and talk about), we tend to strengthen and even become.

Empowerment is an inside job.
Being positive and effective come from a change of mind and heart.
Being willing to take the high road inspires ourselves and others.
Eliminating all self defeating and depleting thoughts and words changes lives.

What can you do to think, speak and act differently?
What are you willing to undo to have a change of attitude?
What can you do to take full responsibility for the quality of your life?
How can you change your life by telling a different story and stop discouraging yourself?

The winners all have losses, but view them as valuable blessings, not as failures.
The rich and powerful may have lost their way, but they never lost their will.
Those who succeed after 2 or 3 bankruptcies simply kept going and never quit.
Those who found the greatest love later in life kept their heart open to what was the best for them.

Never quit on yourself.
Never quit on Love.
Never quit on the Good that lives in you.
Never drain your energy on what is not.
Give your appreciation to the Good that already is.

Loving us all as we find our way in appreciation every day.

Happy Mother’s Day!

All of us have a birth mother and sometimes many who nurture and nourish us.
We learn how to nurture ourselves by how our mothers nurtures us and herself.
We learn how to nourish ourselves by the way our mother figure nourished us and herself.
Sometimes we chose to do the same and sometimes directly opposite or a variation.

When we feel loved by someone who loves themselves we are affirmed in loving ourselves.
When we feel judged by someone who judges themselves we tend to judge ourselves.
When we know we are loved unconditionally by one who loves consistently, we usually love ourselves.
We are imprinted or programmed by what we experience in our earliest years.

Moms learn to mother by how they are mothered.
Let’s stop and look at how we want to nurture and be nurtured.
Let’s consider how we nourish ourselves and others.
Let’s realize that we all everyone is able to love and be loved.

Nurturing our hopes and dreams requires unconditional love with no withholds to succeed.
Nourishing our ideas with the highest and best ingredients for success asks always that we be willing.
Giving our constant kind and respectful regard to what we prefer to grow in the garden of our soul.
Pulling the weeds of neglect and negativity, doubt and fear is what makes the way clear.

We each have a response ability and ability to respond to ourselves and others with acceptance.
We know the right thing to do when we listen to our heart and let love lead the way.
Setting aside our own selfish interests to give where help is needed places us in service for the Good.
Being willing to step forward in faith when others step back in fear creates a clear path to Blessings for all.

We know what we would like when someone has our back and looks us in the eye with loving kindness.
We realize how we can change lives by acknowledging our love and appreciation for one another.
We understand how feeding a hungry child and teaching the parents how to plant a garden is good.
We can honor the gift of mothering when we awaken the instinct to honestly nurture and nourish one another.

Life invites us to be gentle and kind.
Our relationships encourage us to be honest and true in our agreements with thoughts, words and deeds.
Our heart gives us the emotions to be expressed fully and freely with all Love present and shared.
Our  Essence came into this life to be willing to remember Love, sweet and abiding Love, no matter what.

And when we nurture and nourish this Love within, we can truly begin to give and live creating Love.
You are the mother, the Presence, the Gift, the Garden of Love Itself.
Remember this and your will continue to nourish and nurture the Garden of your Soul.

Loving you as I would Love myself with the very Best I know.

Do You Use What You Have?

Are you happy with what you Have?
Do you use what you have for Good?
Do you waste your time and money?
Are you aware of Good it is?

Many folks complain about not having enough.
Some think that they need more to be happy.
Many keep buying things to make up for not being happy.
Some accumulate wealth to try to get happy and secure.

Do you appreciate what you have?
Do you worry and/or complain about what you have?
Worry and complaining diminish.
Appreciation increases.

Do you know what is enough for you?
Is it enough to be happy and content?
Is it enough to have a simple good life?
Is it enough to be living in a free society?
Is it enough to have a car to drive?
Is it enough to be healthy?
Is it enough to know who you are?
Is it enough to have work you can do?
Is it enough to have friends to talk with?
Is it enough to have inspiration and faith?
Is it enough to be able to read and write and speak freely?
Is it enough to enjoy the sunrise and sunset each day?

Do you know what you want?
Bills paid?, clean home?. Fun and laughter?, travel?, service and contribution?, creativity and beauty?, nature and gardening?, adventure and outdoors?, family and children?.
What is your favorite choice?
What makes your heart sing?
What fills you up and inspires you?
What gives your life meaning and purpose?
What opens your mind to vision and your heart to contribute?

When you appreciate what you have and use it all for good, you will have more than enough!
When you waste no time, energy and resources on worrying and complaining, you will be content.
When you live your life with purpose, giving attention to what fulfills you, you will be happy.
When you use all you have for the Good of All, you will be Abundant and fulfilled always.

You have enough.
You are enough.
Stop wasting, wanting and worrying.
When you fully realize this Truth, you will always be blessed with more than enough.
Respecting us all as we learn what we already have!

The Value of Relationship

Relationships are to serve the individuals within the relationship.
When we are serving the relationship to keep it together, something is going wrong.
Often we put institutions in place to serve the people.
When we find ourselves serving the institution, we are headed in the wrong direction.

Marriages are meant to support the two individuals in actualizing their potential.
Families are meant to nurture, nourish and inspire the children to grow and become independent.
Schools are meant to educate and encourage students.
Government is meant to provide all its people with the opportunities for life, liberty and happiness.

Guidelines, rules, and structure are to ensure safety, security and assurance of the fundamental purpose.
Each institution, whether marriage, government, school districts, healthy systems are for the people.
One nation under God for the Good of all.
Educational system under God for the Good of all.
Family System designated for the Good of All.
Business partnerships designed for the Good of All.

When there is imbalance, impropriety or degradation of the foundation of these institutions and dismissal of the implied agreements, there will be a rebellion or acting out by some of the people involved.
We should heed this as a warning or demonstration that something has changed and needs to be heard.
This is where the communication and realignment of the agreements needs to be addressed.
Often there is only blame, criticism, complaining, censure, correction and punishment dispensed.

To renegotiate the agreements in any relationship, there must be a return to individual purpose and relationship values.
Each person in the business, family or nation must relook (respect) there own agreements and ask whether they still work for them.  When agreements do not work. We must ask what is our over-riding purpose in life and do the prior agreements still work for us.  Often we are so attached to the status quo, we neglect to look again.  Or we get comfortable with what has been and want to keep it in place even after its function has been served.

Our blind side is to believe we are seeing clearly when we are holding the past and the persons hostage in our judgments, fear and criticism. It is only when we have completely forgiven what was and look clearly and openly at the present that we can see what is. Yes, it is true that some people are committed to continue their same behavior….However, we need to be open to dialogue to reveal what is real and what is our projection.

The best way to renegotiate the terms of any agreement is to return to the essential needs of each party.
Ie. Our Preamble says everyone has” certain inalienable rights, that among these are the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.”  Marriage vows usually include “ for better or worse, for richer or poorer, in sickness and in health, to love and to cherish til death “.  When our agreements are not true for either or both party, they need to be renegotiated.

Right now, people are waking up to what is not working.
They may rebel, leave, get angry and resentful, or act out.
It is our responsibility to listen to their fundamental needs.
We must hear them and respond with openness and willingness.
With freedom and trust, we can encourage new agreements for what is best for all involved.

Always open for your comments and beliefs,
Betty Lue

Here is someone’s relationship agreement.  Write your own!!!
Your job is to create your own for your home and family, business relationships friendships and perhaps most important with yourself.  When you are impeccable with your word and always give your best, you will have no regrets and no guilt and can listen to the others with an open mind and forgiving heart.

Relationship Agreements
A relationship is to serve YOU, not your relationship.
Agreement = Arrangement of a course of action.

1.     We agree to have the commitment to make our relationship work.
2.     We agree to do what we like to do and only what we like to do.
3.     We agree to clear our space with each other, verbalize ALL our feelings and to have no withholds from each other.
a.    We agree never to use the ”silent treatment”.
b.     We agree to always tell the truth.
4.      We agree to share our resentments and/or upsets daily with each other—at least every night before we go to sleep so that nothing will be carried over to the next day.
5.     We agree to handle upsets in the following manner:
a.    Before attacking the other, we agree to always go apart for a little while and see what is going on with ourselves first.
b.    We agree not to interrupt each other during any exchanges.
c.     We agree to continue communicating until something has been resolved that is agreeable to both of us.
6.     We agree to use our relationship for the purpose of enlightenment, pleasure, joy and nourishment. This includes:
a.    Emotionally supporting each other in every way.
b.    Accepting each other as Divine Beings.
c.    Encouraging each other’s prosperity and success.
d.    Acknowledging each other frequently.
e.    Avoiding setting each other up and manipulating.
f.      Handling each other’s case as long as we are willing, and when not, agreeing to consult with someone else.
7.     We agree to handle money responsibly and each be financially independent of the other. This applies to all expenses.
8.     We agree to each take responsibility for our own living space and the part that we share, we agree to clean together.
9.     Agreements on sex:
a.    We agree to do only what we want to do during sex.
b.    We agree that we each have the right to say no without guilt.
c.    We agree to have the right to stop when we get tired.
d.    We agree to clear our space before sex.
e.    We agree not to worry about time during sex.
f.     We agree to ask for what we want.
g.    We agree not to use sex for manipulation nor withhold it to get even.
h.    We agree to use responsible birth control always.
i.     We agree to stay in present time during sex and each make it as pleasurable as possible.
j.      We agree to frequently negotiate and determine the type of sexual relationship we want to be in.
10.  We agree to keep all agreements responsibly and use the amendment system for any exception.

Amendment system: An agreement as to the course of action to be taken when the agreement is broken. This is carried out and then the agreement is to be recreated, or not, with no leftover charge.

What Heals?

What can you do to be helpful?
What can you do to heal relationships?
What can you do to be healthy?
What can you do to provide healing help for others?

It seems books, conferences, lectures and research are focused on what cures and corrects.
People search for pills, programs, people to help them heal their ills, diseases and disasters.
Humanity spends most money on fixing what is broken, conflicted, violent and sick.
We the people need to learn what we can do to be healthy and whole.

What fractures bones is what breaks relationships.
What hurts families is what damages nations.
What causes heartache is what creates environmental disaster.
What creates violence in individuals is what causes wars.

Perhaps we need to look inside our own heart to find where we are mistaken.
Perhaps we need to be willing to be wrong and learn to apologize.
Perhaps we need to affirm and confirm a better way to believe and perceive.
Perhaps we need to open to undoing what hurts and live with what heals.

Is it possible the answers are far more simple than we are willing to reveal?
Is it possible that we already know what we need to heal in ourselves?
Is it possible that our urgency and lack of inner peace  is the cause of our problems?
Is it possible we need to slow down and surround ourselves with serenity and harmony?

To blame anyone for our pain (physical, emotional, relational, financial and environmental) is mistaken.
To feel guilty about our mistaken choices in words, ideas and activities is futile and disempowering.
To create more excuses and justifications about “Why?” it is the way it is, is endless and foolish.
Perhaps it is simply time to make it simple and keep it simple to simply own full responsibility.

“ I am responsible for everything I see and all that seems to happen to me, because I create with my thoughts and feeling, my words, and my interactions.”

“I can choose to change my thoughts and my feelings.
I can easily change my words and my relationships.
I can be the change in my life and in my world.
I am willing……Are you?”

This a hard pill to swallow for those who want to be right.
This is a huge admission for those who have spent their life blaming.
This is an end to the excuses we use for all the money, time and energy we spend on trying to fix ourselves and others.
This is confusing and scary for those who have assumed no responsibility for the life they have.

I believe we are ready.
I believe we are facing our own existential crisis as a species.
I believe we already know and are afraid of the mess we have made.
I believe we have the power to heal, clean it up and reveal our creative potential.

We are the Ones.
Now is the time.
Loving us all as One,
Betty Lue

Healing Our Projections => Seeing Only Wholeness
1.         We perceive what we believe.
2.         We believe what we think we are.
3.         If I believe I am my past, then I believe you are your past.
4.         Believing in my past is to see it and live it over and over again in all I see and do and am.
5.         Believing in your past is to remember it and lay blame with my judgments of you.
6.         The more I feel guilty about my past, the more I place blame on you.
7.         All anger is but guilt projected onto others.
8.         To forgive my past is to release it.
9.         To release is to see it no more.
10.     As I release (forgive) my past, I release all others from my projected guilt and self-judgment. As I see myself whole, I see wholeness.
11.     As I heal my guilt about past mistakes, I heal my fear of the future.
12.     To be in the present is to heal (erase) the past.
13.     As I live in the present and love myself as I am now, I like you in the present and see you as you are now.
14.     In the presence of this present moment, there is only Love for ourselves, each other and all that is.

Where You Give Attention, You Empower

The old behavior modification research demonstrated that what you give attention to increases.
Positive or negative attention feed the behavior.
Ignoring the behavior extinguishes or diminishes it.
When you feed an illness, person or situation with your focused attention, you encourage its continuance.

What do you worry about and talk about?
This is attention that keeps the experience in your mind, if not in your reality.
Where do you spend time, money and energy?
We feed with our resources.

When we value something, we keep it in place.
Whether it is fighting or helping, blaming or regretting, we will invite the same to continue.
When we value having peace and purpose in our lives, we focus on living with peace and purpose.
When we try to get rid of what gets in the way, we probably will still have stuff in the way.

You may notice when children have questions which we answer, they keep having questions.
When we harp or nag or scold or demand someone, they often continue to create opportunities for the same.
When we focus on appreciating what we want more , we feel better and they do better.
When we forgive (erase with Love) what is calling for undoing, we simply let go and release.

When you want to undo a pattern, stop telling the story, discontinue trying to fix it.
When you have to let go of a habit or addiction, put a positive activity in its place.
When you are conflicted about what to do and where to go, simply choose and move along.
Clarity and commitment will follow as long as you focus on what you want to experience.

This power tool requires that we discontinue figuring out “why”.
Why?” invites endless research and focus on the issue.
When we step into how can I handle this experience differently, we move forward.
When we choose to focus on what we want, to visualize, to plan and prepare, we authenticate our choice.

To heal a relationship, situation, conflict, disease, we must first begin to see it whole.
Where we cannot see it whole, we can choose to see the first step is to let go of focus on brokenness.
When  we forgive and release, we can choose again to rewrite the script as we prefer it to be.
Take time to forgive and feel grateful for the ability to make a difference in your own life and wellbeing.

Take time to explore and experiment.
See what works for you to feel better, to choose more wisely.
Always listen to your own heartsong, rather than take these words as your truth.
Give yourself time to find a better way for yourself to claim your inner authority.

Trusting you know the way that will work better for you,
Betty Lue

It is not attention to lack of wellness that makes you sick. It is attention to the lack of many things… Chronic attention to unwanted things holds you in a place of disallowing your physical well-being, as well as disallowing the solutions to other things you are focused upon. If you would focus your attention upon the experience of physical well-being as much as you focus upon the absence of it, not only would your recovery come quickly, but maintaining your physical well-being and balance would also be easy.

You Are A Flower in the Garden of Life
If you would grow to be your best self
Be patient, not demanding
Accepting, not condemning
Nurturing, not withholding
Self-marveling, not belittling
Gently guiding, not pushing & punishing

For you are more sensitive than you know
Mankind is tough as war
Yet delicate as flowers
We can endure agonies
But we open fully only to warmth & light
And our need to grow is fragile as a fragrance
Dispersed by storms of will
To return only when those storms are still

So accept, respect,
Attend your sensitivity

A flower
Cannot be opened
With a hammer

The Power of Gratitude

See Upcoming Retreats with Robert and I , plus Dances of Universal Peace With Sierra Lynne below.
You can also come on an individual retreat, both facilitated and solitary time or with your family.

The greatest tools for change we each have are forgiveness and gratitude.
When we forgive, we erase what we know longer want to be or do or have in our lives.
When we appreciate, we increase and highlight and fully receive what we value.
These are the greatest secrets of those who are creative, successful, productive and happy.

There is a call for us to awaken our own consciousness to use what we have for Good.
There is a cry for help in changing the way we live and love and think and serve.
There is a need to be empowered to make a difference in our homes and our work places.
There is  a desire to do what we can do to benefit everyone and our planet.

We already have the most powerful tools to make a positive impact right where we are.
With gratitude, we are increasing what we think and say and do.
With giving thanks we reward and encourage more of the same.
With appreciation, we are feeding the thoughts and actions of those we appreciate.

When we are grateful, we demonstrate with a smile what we value.
When we are grateful, everyone receives the praise with no resistance.
When we are grateful, we fully receive that which we appreciate.
When we are grateful, we fully share our enjoyment and appreciation with others.

Some say grateful heals our bodies and minds.
When I practice gratitude, I am seeking to notice that which is good for me.
When I remember to give thanks, I am fully enjoying my meal, my relationships, my life.
When I freely express appreciation, I am in a naturally giving state and positive in attitude.

If you want to do an experiment for yourself.
Try 10 minutes or an hour or day of complaining.
Notice the aches and pains, the thought patterns, your ability to listen and learn.
Then in another 10 minutes or hour or day, try thinking, feeling and expressing appreciation.
And notice the physiological response, the thought patterns and your ability to listen and learn.

If you care to share….let me know your experience.
Nothing teaches like the experience itself.
Know that what I share in these reminders is always a gift for me and for you.
Everything we think and say and do has value, is a teaching and makes difference in our world.

I appreciate you, each one, for being willing to practice living your life always in the best way you know.
We are each one a gift to one another.
Give and receive the gift of relationship with full appreciation and the joy of giving yourself.
Loving you,
Betty Lue
