Happy Mother’s Day!

All of us have a birth mother and sometimes many who nurture and nourish us.
We learn how to nurture ourselves by how our mothers nurtures us and herself.
We learn how to nourish ourselves by the way our mother figure nourished us and herself.
Sometimes we chose to do the same and sometimes directly opposite or a variation.

When we feel loved by someone who loves themselves we are affirmed in loving ourselves.
When we feel judged by someone who judges themselves we tend to judge ourselves.
When we know we are loved unconditionally by one who loves consistently, we usually love ourselves.
We are imprinted or programmed by what we experience in our earliest years.

Moms learn to mother by how they are mothered.
Let’s stop and look at how we want to nurture and be nurtured.
Let’s consider how we nourish ourselves and others.
Let’s realize that we all everyone is able to love and be loved.

Nurturing our hopes and dreams requires unconditional love with no withholds to succeed.
Nourishing our ideas with the highest and best ingredients for success asks always that we be willing.
Giving our constant kind and respectful regard to what we prefer to grow in the garden of our soul.
Pulling the weeds of neglect and negativity, doubt and fear is what makes the way clear.

We each have a response ability and ability to respond to ourselves and others with acceptance.
We know the right thing to do when we listen to our heart and let love lead the way.
Setting aside our own selfish interests to give where help is needed places us in service for the Good.
Being willing to step forward in faith when others step back in fear creates a clear path to Blessings for all.

We know what we would like when someone has our back and looks us in the eye with loving kindness.
We realize how we can change lives by acknowledging our love and appreciation for one another.
We understand how feeding a hungry child and teaching the parents how to plant a garden is good.
We can honor the gift of mothering when we awaken the instinct to honestly nurture and nourish one another.

Life invites us to be gentle and kind.
Our relationships encourage us to be honest and true in our agreements with thoughts, words and deeds.
Our heart gives us the emotions to be expressed fully and freely with all Love present and shared.
Our  Essence came into this life to be willing to remember Love, sweet and abiding Love, no matter what.

And when we nurture and nourish this Love within, we can truly begin to give and live creating Love.
You are the mother, the Presence, the Gift, the Garden of Love Itself.
Remember this and your will continue to nourish and nurture the Garden of your Soul.

Loving you as I would Love myself with the very Best I know.
