Learn!

Affirmations:
I am learning from everyone and everything everyday.
As Life is changing, so I am changing.
All the information I need comes to me when I need it.
I am curious and interested in all that comes to me.
Everything is teaching me including what I am saying and doing

Open your mind and learn.
Open your perception and see.
Open your hearing and listen.
Open you heart and appreciate.

Life fully lived is always open for more.
More to receive.
More to give.
More to enjoy.

Turn any direction and see something different.
Listen to anyone and you will learn something new.
Watch any interaction and you find out how people relate.
Explore any new place or person or experience and you will learn.

Life is a museum, an Exploratorium, a laboratory and a university.
When you open to learn, you will see the past, present and future possibilities.
When you are curious and interested, you will discover more about you and others, too.
When you want to utilize all you have learned, you will find diverse ways to serve and teach.

There is no lack of learning.
There is no lack of possibilities.
There is no limitation on what you can achieve.
There is no limitation on how much you can be helpful.

When you feel bored, it is because you have gotten lazy.
When you feel tired, it is because you have judged and interfered.
When you feel old, it is because you have not let go.
When you feel unwilling, it is because you are afraid to learn.

To be alive is to learn.
To be filled up with ideas without application may come from unwillingness to share.
When we learn, we must share to retain what we are learning.
When we share, we expand our capacity to learn more to be taught.

Opinions and beliefs can block future learning.
To stay open for seeing things differently sets us free.
To be attached to knowing or being wise or right can shut out new perspectives.
To be willing to explore creates novel experiences and diverse perspectives.

Enjoy life with an expanding open-mindedness and willingness to learn.
Loving you,
Betty Lue

Life is for learning.
Education leads out of ignorance.
The more we learn, the more we know.
The more we know, the better our resources.
The more resources, the more choice we have.
The more choices, the more enjoyable life can be.

Remember Love

Affirmations:
I forgive my forgetting and remember to Love.
I easily open my heart and mind to Love one and all.
I trust and free the Power of Love within me.
I am happy and peaceful when I remember to Love.

Love the One You Are With!

If you are alone, Love YourSelf.
If you are with a friend, Love.
If you are with family, Love.
If you are with nature, Love.

The call we have chosen is to be Love and see Love.
There is no spot where Love is not.
There is no lasting call to remember but Love.
Love sweet healing and remembering Love.

What is this experience called Love?
How does Love work and heal and bless?
What can we do with this Love we are?
How do we show up in this world of Love?

Pay Attention to Love being given and the call to give Love.
Show Up with the openness and willingness to share all you are.
Tell the Truth about the Love and its value to be given and received.
Let Go of need to get a reciprocal response of Love where it is needed.

Your expression of love can be silent or open-hearted appreciation.
Your loving touch can be a simple smile or healing touch.
Your gift of love can be a good meal, a flower or act of kindness.
You are always expressing love and with awareness your love means much more.

Love needs no defense, because it protects you.
Love needs no explanation, for it is innocent in its nature.
Love has no barriers, because it is all in all and for all.
Love does not judge, for it sees beyond all differences.

Love is in all that is, when we do not distort our perception.
Love comes forth from Love, because we are created in Love, by Love and for Love.
Love is all present and inclusive, because it has no separation and is universal.
Love is all-powerful, because it prevails no matter what seems to be experienced.

Love with your voice, your hands, your look, your thoughts.
Love with every breath, every word and every action you take.
Love through all time, past, present and to come.
Love all peoples, all places, all generations and all history.

With love there is healing, understanding compassion and completion.
With remembrance of love, we return to our natural state of wholeness.
And so it is.
Loving you always,
Betty Lue

¤     I LOVE YOU      ¤
and I know you love me too.

LOVE IS FREEDOM

The freedom for you and I to be who we are.
The freedom to live life as we do.
The freedom to make mistakes and learn from them.
The freedom to express our own truth as we see it.

LOVE IS TRUST
The trust that there is a constant flow of love,
no matter what.
The trust that, in spite of life’s problems,
we believe in and support each other’s right
to live as we choose.
The trust that in adversity,
there is healing and learning and gifts of love.
The trust that under conflict and emotional expression,
there is love

I love you and I trust you.

I free you to be all you are.

Betty Lue 1978

I am loving us all.

It is love that prevails in all things, large and small.

Above all, let us simply remember to love.

Fitness in Every Way

Affirmations:
I am healthy happy and fulfilled in every way.
My whole life is working for me.
Being fit means I am capable of all I see to achieve.
I honor and appreciate all that I am.

Be Fit

Give yourself time to be fit mentally, physically, emotionally, financially and relationally.
You are sustained by the Love of Good.
You are your most important priority.
You are the One you are here to Love well.

“So what?”, you may say.
Are you listening to someone else who didn’t care?
Our childhood experience is often repeated until we learn a better way.
If someone didn’t care for you, they could not have been caring for themselves.

Caring comes from a place in us that remembers how to care.
When we learn to care for another person, a pet, or living thing, we can care for ourselves.
When we remember how it feels to care, we expand that caring with our own appreciation.
When we fully value the experience of caring, it becomes the best feeling in the world.

We are here to be fit and function in helpful and healthy ways with ourselves and others.
We are called to care for ourselves and care for one another easily and naturally.
We are to demonstrate how give and receive always the very best, one to another.
When we let go of dysfunctional, unhealthy habits, we choose what is helpful, effective and good for all.

Simple tips in case you forget:
Natural healthy sleep is usually 7-9 hours daily.
Water consumptions is usually a 6-8 glasses daily.
Movement means fresh air and sunshine, keeping our home, vehicle and workplace clean and orderly.
Healthy minds solve and resolve problems without worry or stress and create new ideas.
Relationships serve as reminders to hold no grievances and resolve issues immediately.
Bills paid, money saved and clear budget so there are no financial concerns is essential.
Create new adventures, volunteer time to be helpful to others, and plan for future possibilities.
Easily let go and choose again when there are mistakes or blocks to your self esteem and confidence.
Believe in your own life purpose and reason for being.
Have faith in something that feels safe and secure and beneficial to you.

Fitness is more than physical.
Being really fit means being resilient to all circumstances.
Being fit is a sense you can handle what are your responsibilities.
Being fit is trusting in your body, mind and spiritual connection to provide your needs.

Check out what is missing in your ideal fitness.
When you know what you need, begin with one focus.
When you are doing even one area better, all others will improve.
You whole life is worth the effort, when you are acknowledging your positive changes.

Caring for you will expand to others.
When you are actively focused on your whole life fitness, you see positive changes in others as well.
Loving you today in everyway as I love and care for all of me.

Relationships

Affirmations:
I respond with patience and peace to pain.
I take care of my own needs first to be able to respond to others.
I am aware my relationships show me my own needs for love.
I listen, learn, let go and love easily.

All Relationships Matter

Relationships are for healing.
Relationships reveal our needs.
Relationships show us where we are stuck.
Relationships invite us to forgive and love again.

When we are not happy with ourselves, it shows in our relationships.
When we are off purpose in our lives, we project it onto those around us.
When we neglect our own self care, we do not have good energy to share.
When we feel guilty, upset, angry, hurt or fearful, we must care for ourselves first.

Relationships are a mirror for our own mistakes.
We project onto others what is in need within ourselves.
When we give impeccable care to ourselves, we can give our best to others.
When we truly love, trust and respect ourselves, we easily love, trust and respect others.

When we put others first, we expct others to put us first.
When we give love to get love, we expect others to repay us.
When we bargain for what we want, we believe others will do the same with us.
The real work is to count on ourselves to fulfill our own needs and depend on our inner resources.

Relationships vary depending on where others are in the moment.
When others are upset, they need time and space to restore their own energy.
Whether  child or adult, emotional reactions are an indication of their need for love.
When anyone is lacking inner peace and self love, their reaction is calling for compassion.

Do not take emotional reactions personally.
Do not allow others to harm you.
Do not make assumptions that it is about you.
Learn to stay calm, rational and ask or observe.

Be patient and peaceful.
Be aware and allowing.
Be helpful and healing.
Be loving and let go.

Emotional reactions come from the need to heal.
Upsets are a wake up call to respond with love.
Blaming and shaming are a result of helplessness.
Stay quiet and calm until you know how to respond effectively.

Sometimes we must stay away until the emotional storm has passed.
Sometimes we ask how to be helpful.
Sometimes we listen with respect.
Sometimes we suggest, distract or move on.

Everyone wants to love and be loved.
Everyone wants to be welcomed and valued.

Everyone wants to be heard and respected.
Everyone simply wants to be secure and OK.

When I am OK, I can respond with “You are OK”.
Be present, patient and peaceful to show your love.
Loving you,
Betty Lue

Adaptable?

Affirmations:
I flow with what is helpful and good for all.
I change my mind quickly and easily as it benefits.
I adapt easily to change.
I let go and allow peace and love to flow through me.

How Adaptable Are You?

Do you flow with life?
Are you able to change easily?
Do you allow things to happen?
Are you willing to change your mind?

When it rains, put on your raincoat.
When it floods, wear your boots.
When the weather changes, adapt.
When emotions are getting hot, take time to cool down.

Life is ever changing.
With each change, we can adapt or resist.
Whatever doesn’t fit our expectations, we can let go and  make new plans
With unexpected events, our resistance causes extra distress.

How adaptable are you?
Do you try to go against the grain?
Are you stubborn and demanding?
Do you try to make things happen?

The most content people are those who adapt.
The most stress free experiences are those who respond easily to what is.
The easiest way to live is to do what you can and let go of the rest.
Our resiliency allows us to be open and willing each day to whatever will be.

Yes, make lemons out of lemonade.
Yes, take the pits out of your cherries.
Yes, bring an umbrella when it might rain.
Yes, step away from the heat, when things get too hot.

Somewhere people have gotten caught in getting their own way.
Somehow we have learned our life is about fighting to be right.
Some times we need to flow away from danger and seek a higher ground.
When we learn to adapt to nature, we listen to what is the safe and easy way.

Learn to let go and let Goodness happen.
Allow yourself time to show you the way thru and around obstacles.
Adapt to the ever changing circumstance of people and events.
Be the one who seeks to be happy instead of demanding to be right.

Clear your attachments to your way and seek a better way.
Undo what has always been and see what is right now.
Let go of your neediness and seek freedom to change.
Be as a child, open and curious, to the highest and best way.

All change works together for Good.
Love flows with what is,
Betty Lue

Remember Your Best!

Affirmations:
I give my best to myself and others everyday.
I quickly and easily let go of what is not best for me.
I stop retelling hurtful stories about the past.
I share what is hopeful, inspiring and encouraging.

Remember What Is The Best In You!

Do you remember your best?
We all have a tendency to remember the challenges or mistakes.
This is our downfall if we forget our best.
Have You Allowed your best to slip away?

When we remember our best, we can look at how it was.
We can feel the feelings and re experience what was good or great.
We can reclaim the ideas and thoughts and circumstances.
It is never too late to review and renew.

Look at how far you have come.
Understand the road you took to get you here.
Consider redefining the purpose for your life.
Ask if you have forgiven yourself and learned.

How do you see things differently now?
Are there those with whom you need to apologize?
Is there someone for whom you have held grievances?
Wherever you are incomplete, you will be held back.

Consider freeing yourself to fully be all that you are.
If you know there is more to do and say and experience, go for it.
Take no prisoners and no baggage.
Relinquish the pain and struggle, the resentment and fear.

You have come too far to let the past hold you back.
It is your time to step up to your own life with courage.
You can begin today to see yourself differently.
It is your task to step away from past shackles that bind you.

Stand up for yourself.
No more cover ups about what you did or didn’t do.
No more complaining about what could have been.
You can choose again to be the best you have ever been and so much more.

What we learn as we travel to and fro, is to keep discovering what you enjoy.
Keep on learning from all the places you have been.
Keep on observing all possible choices and people whom you know.
Use the guideposts of health, happiness and fulfillment to show the way.

Don’t let your best slip by.
Remember your best and choose again.
It is never too late to have and give your best.
We all can step up and into our goodness and greatness and enjoyment of life.

Seek the best in you.
And Live it Now.
Loving you as you really are!
Betty Lue
