Being Helpful?

Affirmations:
I choose to be helpful with positive and freeing thoughts.
I open my mind to create what is truly helpful to all.
I let go of limitation, lack and littleness with ease.
I naturally relinquish all complaints, criticism and commiseration.

Want To Be Helpful?

If you want to be helpful, focus on the solution.
If you want to be of service, make the desired outcome the goal.
If you want to show you care, be positive and creative.
If you want to find the answer, be trusting and be open-minded.

Life works when we know it is working.
Answers come when we believe they are there.
Solutions show up when we trust they will come.
Help arrives when we are absolutely certain it will.

How can it be that what we want to see can be?
How do we know that everything works together for good.
Trust and you will see what you believe will be.
Doubt, judgment and fear interferes.

Experiment with believing and doubt.
Try out believing all will be well and see how you feel.
Try out doubting nothing will work and see how you feel.
One has positive, even happy hopeful energy and the other not.

What do you believe?
40 years ago I believed “What goes up must come down.”
I saw it as simply a “learned belief” and turned it around.
“Everything just gets better and better.”

Consider you life is showing you exactly what you imagine and believe.
Notice what you must think and feel, say and do to have the experiences you have.
Notice what you share with others and what they share with you.
If you are agreeing with their negative or limiting beliefs, are you being truly helpful.

Life is a projector screen, showing us the movie in our minds.
When our ideas are limiting or even disastrous, the movie will be the same.
It is time to show the movie that we prefer, the movie we choose.
We can be most helpful to ourselves and others with the beliefs we really want.

Take time to change your mind.
Think positive helpful and creative thoughts.
Feel hopeful encouraging emotions.
Give yourself opportunities to be truly helpful.

Say “Thank You”

Affirmations:
Being grateful brings inner peace and joy.
I  expand my joy with appreciation.
Life works better and better when I focus on the good.
Life is better and better everyday in every way.

“Thank You” Is a Blessing!

Just say  “Thank You”
If you like what you have, say “Thank You”
If you like who you are, say “Thank You”
If you like what you do, say “Thank You.

Stop taking things for granted.
Stop withholding your gratitude.
Stop forgetting the value.
Stop denying your appreciation.

Thank You is a habit we all need to develop.
Thank You is a blessing we each need to give.
Thank You is a gift that deserves to be given.
Thank You is the way we freely receive all the Goodness.

We have many negative phrases we mutter to ourselves.
We hear plenty folks expressing their complaints.
Parents and teachers, employers and employees rarely remember.
Children are learning and confirming they copy the adults.

If we want the world to turn around from negative to positive, appreciate the good.
If we want more caring and sharing, we need to express gratitude
If we want life to get better and better, we must give thanks.
When we give energy to the good, we have more good in our lives.

Life shows up with our focused appreciation.
We want to do more, give more, enjoy more when we are valued.
We feel better when we are appreciated.
All creation is blessed and enhanced with our praise.

Yes, a smile changes our attitude.
A thank you shared for each “little thing” is worth more than a pot of gold.
Give thank you to store clerks, the phone caller, the helping professional.
Give thank you to your spouse and kids, your home and your job.
Say thank you for receiving money and for the bills you pay.

Learn to be grateful, openly and obviously.
Watch your attitude turn around with your gratitude.
See how others learn to say: “Thank You” too.
Watch the complaints disappear as you seek and find the Good in life.

Purposeful Living

Affirmations:
I do what I love and share what I have.
I always have plenty to give and to share.
I let go of false expectations and learn what I really want to have.
I find meaning and purpose in sharing the very best in me.

Living On Purpose

When we live with purpose daily, we feel happy, whole and free.
When we stop using our body lovelessly, we are healthy, energized and productive.
When we relinquish past regrets and grievances, our mind is open for creativity.
Life is a powerful instrument of creativity, enjoyment and service.

Learn to live each day with thoughtful creation.
Learn to give your energy to have more, do more, share more and enjoy more.
Learn to bring your most conscious and connected self to each moment.
Learn to be your best self in all circumstances and watch you life grow.

Life is meant to be lived with meaning and purpose.
Life is here to be blessed with clarity, choice and communication.
Life is enhances with our commitment to give all to have all.
And when we give our life purpose we experience the blessings of health, happiness and fulfillment.

We can squander our time, money and energy and receive no return.
We can let life slip away with no awareness of its true value.
We can sleep and dream, but never experience the full joy of experiencing.
We can eat, drink and be merry, but never really know the fullness of Gratitude.

We are here to learn what to value and how to enjoy our lives.
We have the opportunity to explore and experiment to see what is Good for us.
We can create and erase again and again.
Vision and manifestation come with our freedom of choice.

Often we live and share what is popular or valued by others.
We may live out our parents wishes for us.
We often choose what may create fame and riches.
We even oppose society and set limits on ourselves.

The real key to living on purpose is to begin again without prejudice.( pre-judging)
The opportunity is available to give up where we are stuck and tied to former choices.
We can claim what seems fun, safe and easily flows through our lives.
We can find inner peace and joy in what is right there ready for us to choose.

Learning to discern what seems natural and joyous may be a foreign concept.
Relinquishing the concept of a difficult life of hard work and struggling is our highest option.
As we learn to undo the obstacles in our way, we stop resisting, denying and blocking what is good.
Living with meaning and purpose comes naturally when we listen within to our joy.

Know you can and will be happy, when you live what is on purpose for you.
Know you will have confidence and enjoy what you are doing and how you are living.
Know you deserve to have a life that is fulfilling everyday in a very honest way.
Believe in yourself and live your dreams.

Show Up.
Pay attention.
Share the Highest Truths.

Let Go!

Affirmations:
I ingest the best and release the rest.
I easily and naturally undo what is not true for me.
Letting go is fun, safe and easy for me.

Let Go!

Let go and see what Good will come.
Let go of what is petty and small.
Let go of what is meaningless.
Let go of what doesn’t really matter.

Let go of old stories and grievances.
Let go of hurtful habits and addictions.
Let go of giving little and expecting much.
Let go of building fences and being offensive.

Let go of getting stuck in the muck.
Let go of looking behind while trying to move forward.
Let go of changing your mind on a selfish whim.
Let go of not asking for what you want.

Let go of distrust and self doubt.
Let go of not looking and listening deeper.
Let go of judging without seeing what needs forgiveness and love.
Let go of not allowing goodness and mercy to lead your life.

You can see what will set you free, if you Love.
You can find how to change your mind, when you dare.
You will understand what is in your way, if you care.
It is time to step away from what binds your to pain and misery.

Even a moment of imagining will be enough.
Even a quiet place will show you how.
Even a deep breath can give you the courage.
Even just living in the here and now will be so good for you.

Look around you and see what has bound you to what you do not want or need.
Look within you to recognize what memories you have kept that have kept you stuck.
Look at where you find your own prison walls keeping you trapped.
Simply take a look, forgive yourself and choose again.

Life is our invitation to be free and see what is right and good for us.
Let go and you will be amazed at how much you will see.
Let go and allow all Good and only Good to be given and receive.

Are You Enjoying Life?

Affirmations:
Life is good and getting better.
I live the good life everyday.
I fully and freely appreciate the life I have.                                                   
I celebrate all the Good I have and the Good I share.

Are You Really Living the ‘Good Life’?

If you have not known someone who is really living abundantly, you may not know how.
Are you smiling today?  A lot of smiles easily shared?
Are you laughing today?  Many times with great joy?
Are you singing today? Humming or listening to music?

Are you really enjoying life today?
Are you saying thanks to everyone, just for the joy of it?
Are you breathing fully and freely  and feeling the fresh air?
Are you helping someone in easy natural ways?

Have you cleaned up after yourself?
Kitchen clean and bed made?
Have you made you living space beautiful?
Order and harmony in your home?

Are you cleaning your own mind?
Forgiving and relinquishing grievances and complaints?
Are you undoing your fears and choosing to trust with love?
Walking and talking with confidence and certainty>

Are you contributing what you have to those around you?
Giving to appreciate and expand the Good everywhere?
Are you creating more aliveness with creativity and beauty?
Celebrating others Good works of service, healing and inspiration?

This is the Good life made real in everyday life.
You are the One bringing more Good into your world.
You are the purveyor of opportunities and inspiration.
When we each are living the Good Life our ownway, all will be benefitted.

We are here to create Goodness from the wellspring of Good within.
We only know Good when we appreciate Who We Are and What we have.
We realize the Good when we value all we have given and received.
We feel abundant in our Good when we share the wealth of Love and Gratitude we feel.

 To make the Good real, we must consciously value it all.
To live in the reality of Good, we need to express our appreciation.
To enjoy the Good Life, we can daily give “Thanks” and feel grateful.
To share the Good Life, we must live, model and inspire the Good Life for All.

Life is meant to be constant learning, growth and self actualization.
Life calls us to constantly  release doubt, denial and depreciation.
We are here to claim the gifts of vision, forgiveness, choice and awakening we are given.
Our birthright is the Natural Peace, Joy and Love which is ours.

This is Good, Very Good.
The more you say it, the more you will believe it.
The more you believe it the more you will see it.

Prosperity

Affirmations:
I am rich in what really matters.
There is always a great sufficiency.
I celebrate the true prosperity that is mine.
I contribute to the Good of all with all the Good I share.

True Prosperity Is A State of Mind.

Can you imagine what a prosperous life feels like?
Do you feel what an impoverished life feels like?
Can you feel the difference?
This difference in “feeling” reveals what you want.

I have had very little in money and things, but always rich in Love and Joy.
Fulfillment comes from knowing there is enough.
Some can have great wealth and all material things, but feel unloved and unhappy.
When we are filled with gratitude and generosity and the joy of sharing, we are fulfilled.

Consider what you would need to feel prosperous.
Consider what you could do to feel fulfilled.
Consider how you can change your mind.
Consider when you will know you are enough.

I recommend redefining your definition of true prosperity.
I suggest caring for what you have with gratitude.
I invite you to look again at what is “sufficient” for you to enjoy.
I encourage you to see what is depleting your attitude of gratitude.

Everyone has their own lessons to learn and false beliefs to undo.
Everyone must use what they have to open the way for what is needed.
Everyone as their path to true prosperity  to be willing to give to others.
Everyone needs to begin with abundance mentality and feeling fulfilled.

There is enough and continues to be enough.
Learning to trust is key to remedy the feelings of lack.
Undoing the fear of never having enough is essential.
Stop the game of focusing on what is missing.

Begin to fill your mind with how much you have.
Show yourself how much is given and received.
Clarify all you do for yourself and others.
Celebrate the great goodness and abundance in life.

Give more.
Appreciate more.
Share more.
Enjoy more.
Create more.
Love more.
Laugh more.

Great riches lie in the simplicity of all good things.
Life is a gift in which we can fill ourselves with true prosperity.
Relinquish all draining and depleting activities , words and imaginings.
Be filled with Gratitude for the Goodness in You.

Partnership

Affirmations:
We are partners in this school of life.
I honor and respect Who You Are.
I trust you know I will always be here for you and with you.
We are together in thought, word and deed, teaching and learning with one another.
  
Are You A Good Partner?

If you want a good relationship, give your best in all your relationships.
If you want a fair partnership, be the one who is fair.
If you want more quality time, positive words, helpful service or anything, be willing to give it.
If you are complaining, know you are draining your relationship.

The time is now to be what you want to be, to do and to have.
It takes very little extra to create a lot more.
Life requires us to contribute our fair share.
Remember relationships require both people giving their best.

Complaining and criticizing, threatening and demanding, arguing and withholding is not helpful.
People seem to stop doing their best when relationships are not working.
Parents seem to stop listening when children are not listening to them.
Partners seem to stop giving their fair share when their partners are not giving.

Taking away seems to be common when something goes wrong.
Taking away love eliminates real relating.
Taking away help empties the relationship.
Taking away appreciation will exhaust any relationship.

The most effective way of changing behavior is rewarding the positive and ignoring the negative.
The most helpful way to teach respect and cooperation is to be respectful and cooperative.
Improving the language and tone in a household comes from you eliminating your own loud crude words.
Teaching responsibility can only come from being ultimately and consistently responsible.

You can expect others to do better only if you they see you do better.
You can create partnerships with friends, children, parents, roommates, co workers, if you are willing.
You can lead others to better ways of relating, if you are honest with yourself and your leadership.
You can practice principles of respect, responsibility and cooperation and all will learn and benefit.

Soften your tone of voice.
Eliminate all anger and upset.
Speak with wisdom and kindness.
Be helpful when asked.

Stop telling or demanding.
Start asking with please and thanks.
Smile with your requests.
Take time to be helpful and generosity.

Children, partners and co workers want your validation.
People love to be treated with respect as though honored guests.
Taking the time to listen and acknowledge what is said is essential.
Learning to see through the unhappy behavior, you will always see the call for Love.

Everyone wants to be respected and valued. Begin by respecting and valuing yourself.

Miracles Happen!

Affirmations:
I Am a miracle of Love and Goodness.
I easily relinquish my learned fear and judgment.

Stop Doubting.   Miracles Happen!

Do you doubt?
Do you question?
Do you deny?
Do you fear?

Miracles happen when we trust.
Miracles show up when we believe.
Miracles are received when we accept.
Miracles are natural when we love.

Everything that comes from Love is a miracle. (ACIM)
When you know only Love, you will see only Love.
When you give only Love, you will receive only Love.
Love is our natural state and peace is our inheritance.

You are created by Love as the expression of Love for the purpose of Loving.
When you “know” this is your truth, you recognize your holy and healing purpose.
When you live in a state of Love, life is filled with joy and inner peace.
Yes, you will see the call for remembering love in every unloving word and deed.

Life is a constant reminder of your choice to respond to all things with Love.
When you realize that Love and Faith and Truth are natural, you will share them freely.
The miracle of loving is in receiving and giving the Love and Truth we seek to remember.
While many are taught to doubt and fear,  we all are called is to return to Love and Trust.

Arguments dissolve when we return to love.
Fear disappears when we remember to trust.
Pain is resolved when we trust in our wholeness.
Love is letting go of fear and doubt.

Imagine we all remember to Trust in Love.
Imagine we return to being innocent and without fear.
Imagine we no longer need to protect or defend, threaten or fight.
Imagine we come together happy with ourselves and one another.

We can begin today to think of these things.
We can start with ourselves by clearing our fear.
We can share our faith in one another.
We can choose to relinquish all attack and open to Love.

These are the miracles that come from love.
This is the life of peace that comes from trust.
This is the way we learn to relinquish all grievances.
This is our natural state when we remember to forgive.

I trust in the Love within all of us.
May we be gentle with ourselves and others.
May we give no reason for distrust or doubt.
May we live in Love and kindness for all.

Being Happy!

Affirmations:
I choose a life of happiness and love.
I am willing to be happy, because it feels good.
I feel healthy and abundant and confident when I am happy.
I use happiness as my guide to right action.

Do You Know How to Be Happy?

Happiness is natural.
Unhappiness is a wakeup call.
Happiness shows us how to Love.
Unhappiness tells us we are off purpose.

When we remember to Love, we are Happy!
Happiness heals.
Happiness opens our eyes to see things differently.
Happiness brings health to our bodies.
Happiness makes others happy too.
Happiness brings us love.
Happiness gives us prosperity.
Happiness begets more happiness.
Happiness creates vitality.
Happiness is fun, safe and easy.

How to be happy:
·      Eliminate unhappy habits of mind.
·      Release criticism and blame.
·      Stop feeling regret and guilt.
·      Give up negative thinking, words and behavior.
·      Undo what brings you unhappiness.
·      Choose what is right and good for you.
·      Forgive painful past memories.
·      Don’t tell unhappy stories.
·      Let go of denying yourself positive experiences.
·      Start having fun.
·      Be happy with everyone.
·      Give compliments everyday.
·      Appreciate yourself regularly.
·      Look for the good in everyone.
·      Find always something inspiring to share.
·      Demonstrate all the ways you care.
·      Dare to contribute to positive causes.
·      Be helpful and hopeful with others.
·      Show you are happy with smiles and laughter.
·      Look for good news to share.

Being happy is much more fun than being unhappy.
