Forgiveness Is Our Holy Work

Forgiveness is our function on earth.
Forgiveness is the gift of Love freely given.
Forgiveness is a blessing of trust and gratitude.
Forgiveness is our way to peace.

There is no greater gift of Love than to forgive all things.
There is no greater healing tool than to forgive our regrets, guilt, blame, hurt and pain.
There is no faster way to bring happiness and inner peace than to forgive everyone.
There is no more powerful way to connect with source than to forgive our mistakes and mis-perceptions.

Forgive and you will forget.
Forgive and you will be free.
Forgive and you will love again.
Forgive and your life with flow with abundance, joy and love.

When we condemn, we block the flow of health, wealth and happiness.
Where we judge, we shut down and block the love connection.
When we attack others with our thoughts and words, we scare ourselves with perceived counter attack.
When we withhold, deny or neglect the love we have, we feel stuck, scared and separate.

To forgive is to bless and learn from others.
To forgive is to respond to the call for Love with Love.
To forgive is to release the toxins and receive the blessings.
To forgive is to open the door to so much more than we ever believed possible.

Where we run, avoid, condemn and hate, we actually make ourselves sick.
When we judge, criticize and resent, we live in our own poison thinking.
Where we believe that another is unworthy of our Love, we fear the same judgment on us.
To play God in judging another, is to fear God Judging us.

We can never see what really is the reason for another’s mistakes or misperception.’
We cannot really know what another might need in order to heal.
We can do our best to ingest the best and forgive the rest.
We can extend Love and peace to those in need and receive the gifts we give.

Perhaps today is the day, you step away from a life of hate.
Perhaps right now, in this moment you can suspend all fear.
Perhaps this instant, you are willing to forgive and release all regret.
Perhaps you are open to giving it all to God for Goodness sake.

I know letting go of fear is the opening to Love.
I know forgiving the past, all of it, begins our full enjoyment of NOW.
I know you can do all things when you believe in Love and Goodness within You.
I know you are a Gift of unlimited Love, Healing and Grace just as I AM.

Loving you always in every way I am guided,
Betty Lue

Forgiveness is the Key to Happiness and Inner Peace
Every morning and every night, say this prayer:
I forgive everything and everyone, every experience and every memory of the past and present that needs forgiveness.
I forgive positively everyone.

God is Love.
I am forgiven and governed by God’s Love alone.
God’s Love is now harmonizing my life and its problems.
Realizing this, I abide in peace.

I am now forgiven by everything and everyone of the past and present that needs to forgive me.
I know that forgiveness unblocks whatever stands between me and my good.

I am grateful for the power of God’s Word.
Amen

Do It Anyway
People are often unreasonable, illogical and self-centered.
Forgive them anyway.

If you are kind, people may accuse you of selfish ulterior motives.
Be kind anyway.

If you are successful, you will win some false friends and some true enemies.  Succeed anyway.

If you are honest and frank, people may cheat you.
Be honest and frank anyway.

What you spend years building, someone could destroy it all overnight.
Build anyway.

If you find serenity and happiness, they may be jealous.
Be happy anyway.

The good you do today, people will often forget tomorrow.
Do good anyway.

Give the world the best you have and it may never be enough.
Give the world the best you’ve got anyway.

You see, in the final analysis, it is between you and God.
It was never between you and them anyway.

What Will It Take?

What will it take for you to wake up?
What will it take for you to love you?
What will it take to create what you want?
What will it take for you to do what brings you Joy?
What will it take for you to be grateful and happy?
What will it take for you to undo all your condemnation?
What will it take for you to listen within to your own heart?
What will it take for you to be and do and give All You Are?
What will it take to realize You are the master of your own destiny?
What will it take?

Yes, Life seems challenging and sometimes like a struggle or sacrifice.
Maybe when we let go and trust, we can see that it is all in our own best interest.
Maybe when we let go and free ourselves, we will know it is about releasing our believed limitations.
Maybe when we forgive our judgments, complaints, fears and failures, we will recognize our own dams.

What if the world we perceive is of our own imagining based on judgments of our past experiences.
What if the victimization feelings are simply a product of our learned complaints and criticism.
What if all suffering and sadness is due to the regret we have in not creating the life we want.
What if our fear, guilt and judgments are keeping us stuck in continuing the same “yucky” stuff.

It is about time to wake up from the dreams we no longer want.
It is about time to get to work on clearing our own fear-based choices and projections.
It is about time to pay attention to our healthy and beautiful thoughts and erase “stinking” thinking.
It is about time to take full responsibility for the messes we have made and clean them up.

How does one go about the job of waking up, cleaning up the past, and working on being happy?
Start with being willing.
I am willing to wake up and be fully responsible for my life.
I am willing to learn, forgive and correct my errors.
I am willing to choose what is best for me.
I am willing today to be whole, happy and free to choose again!

You too can undo what isn’t true!
You too can forgive the past as you have misperceived its creator and its value to you.
You too can open your mind to listen to a deeper Truth that is loving and freeing YOU.
You too can be the channel for your own Good and extend that Good to all you encounter.

It is easy when you practice.
It is fun when you enjoy the work.
It is safe when you know what you give you will receive.
It is fun, safe and easy when you are following your heart and your Highest Desire and Purpose.

Loving us all in our awakening!

And What about Today?

The Voice of inspiration and Spirit. (Connected to pure Goodness and perfect Trust)
This is a day of stillness, a quiet mind.
This is a day of peace, a contented heart.
This is a day of joy, grateful for a forgiven world.
This is a day of love, celebrating the life you have chosen.

Are you listening?
Are you giving time to connect deep within?
Are you listening to the quiet a place where only Love dwells?
Are you giving your life to Love, to Peace, to the abundance of Joy?

Or are you listening to the outer world of judgment?
Do you believe what you have been taught?
Are you filled with the struggles of history and the knowledge of suffering?
Do you buy into defensiveness, doubt, despair and depression?

The voice of the ego. (Edging Goodness Out)
This is a day to work hard and suffer long.
This is a day to fear what might happen.
This is a time to protect, defend and depend on nothing.
Trust no one. Protect what you have.  Don’t be too happy.

When we believe in the world of judgment, fear and complexity, we get stuck in it.
When we think we are limited, lacking and victims, we feel frightened, needy and alone.
When we are fixated and demanding, unhappy and conflicted, we are lost.
And when we forgive, erase, undo our learned and limited mind, we can see the light.

When we relinquish the judgments and attacks of our self-made thinking, we hear the Truth within.
When we cease investing in the world of apparency and changing themes, we can listen for Love.
When we undo what isn’t true but only the mis-creations of our collective fear, we can hear.
When we are open and willing, we know and trust the Voice within, where we begin to see what is.

Take time to be happy and you will see the Light within.
Take time to be holy and you will feel your inner Holiness.
Take time to be loving and you will know the Love You Are.
Take time to be peaceful and you will realize the Piece of God in You.

Yes, life is a gift  of choice.
We can choose to use it to curse and condemn or bless and forgive.
Life is an opportunity to get what we want or give the gifts we have.
We can choose to believe in neediness and poverty or generosity and abundance.

Listen within.
Follow your heart.
Forgive the past.
Choose again right now.

Happy to be Me being free to Love You,
Betty Lue

Love Is Our Natural State

When you are Loving, you will be happy.
Love is our natural state.
When you forget to Love, you will not be happy.
Love is our natural state.
When you are extending Love, you will know Peace.
Love is our natural state.
When you forget to Love, you will experience fear.

Life is fun, safe and easy when you listen to the voice for Love.
Life is happy, secure and flowing, when you follow the path of Peace.
Life is joyous, abundant and fulfilling, when you are willing to forgive.
Life is a creative and inspiring experience when you appreciate All You have created.

What does it take to remember your worth?
What does it cost to give your life to Love?
What loss can there be if you receive all you give?
What more is there to do when you know it is all done for You?

We cannot enjoy that which we judge.
We cannot love those whom we hate.
We cannot offer peace to those we fear.
We cannot feel safe when we judge, fear and hate.

What will it take to let the past go?
What must we do to let our love flow?
How long must we wait to find the way home?
When will we remember we really are One?

Polish your light by removing the fear.
Clear away the sorrow by relinquishing all your tears.
Give up the battles which never need be fought.
Stop clinging to a path where troubles are often sought.

Life is a journey, an adventure in learning.
We are students here to remember to Love.
Every question can be answered with Love.
Every choice can be guided by joy.

Every opportunity is place to learn to grow in faith.
Believe in the quiet voice of Love within You.
It will never fail to bring you more enlightenment.
Follow the path of greatest simply ease and delght.

Life is for giving.
You are the Gift.
Give and you will receive.
 Love YourSelf for the Giving.

Loving You,
Betty Lue

Happiness Guides Us Home

Happiness provides guideposts to our true purpose.
Happiness gives us a light heart and open mind.
Happiness expands our consciousness and creativity.
Happiness is a state of wonder, gratitude and DeLight.

When we are not trying to be happy, we can feel what is real for us.
When we are expecting something or someone to “make” us happy, we can notice what blocks our joy.
When we are living out of integrity with our true values, we can feel our discontent and inner conflict.
When we hold onto our disappointments, fears and failures, we notice there is no room for happiness.

Different Personality types have different callings, different paths to experience and enjoy.
Different cultures and individual family systems create happiness in their own unique way.
Different genders and ages have their own ways for being happy and celebrating their joy.
Look for high points or happy moments in your life and you find your keys to happiness.

The Enneagram is one simple and obvious way of finding your unique path to happiness.
Ones often enjoy perfection, creating true reform, improvement and responding to causes.
Twos love to be helpful, to serve, to be care for and be involved in benefitting others.
Threes enjoy excellence, mastery, performance and being successful.  (Robert)
Fours respond to creating, being unique and different, individuality.
Fives value knowledge, wisdom, vision, and seeking for higher truths.
Sixes appreciate loyalty, family, togetherness and cooperation.
Sevens delight in novelty, diversity, and inspiring projects and ideas. (Me)
Eights enjoy leadership and fighting for the underdog.
Nines appreciate peaceful interaction, simple living and loving.
(This is a major simplification of a very extensive and broadly used and researched tool.
Which I highly recommend to those who want to better understand themselves and others.
Many interpretations, many tests and many descriptions of each personality type.)

When you look at your whole life and focus in on your most happy and ecstatic  of blissful moments, you may find the qualities or values or experiences that resonate with your authentic Self.
If you look at your most unhappy, discouraging, dark thoughts and experiences, you may find what most blocks your true inner contentment and happiness.
The key is to look, to be honest with yourself, to honor and accept what you see.
What we judge, hate, resist and avoid seeing and revealing, we cannot heal and forgive and release.

Choose the people with whom you associate.
Choose the experiences that you give yourself.
Choose the thoughts you think about yourself and others.
Choose the words you say and the work you do.

As you choose what awakens the natural joy in you, you will uncover your true path and purpose.
As you listen within and accept what you “know” inspires” and encourages you, there is happiness.
As you let go of the blocks, limitations, judgments, fears and hatred, there is room for enjoyment.
As you understand yourself and step away from others’ expectations, you will find your own Joy.

Loving you in Loving You,
Betty Lue

Responsibility and Freedom

Are you willing to be responsible for your own happiness?
Are you willing to free yourself from distraction, delusions, delays and disappointments?
Are you open to committing to your own life and fulfill your destiny and dreams?
Are you loving, trusting and respecting your own calling and unique life adventure?

“You cannot be totally committed sometimes”. ACIM
Commitment means keeping your agreements with youself and with others.
Commitment means not quitting because you are discouraged or have lost faith.
Commitment means loving yourself and living in integrity with your highest principles.
Commitment means responsibility…being willing and able to respond always with Love.

Freedom comes from setting yourself and others free from your expectations, fears and regrets.
Freedom comes from not allowing the restrictions of your past to limit your imagination.
Freedom comes from being willing to let go of all you think you know.
Freedom comes from fully enjoying the life you have created and changing what no longer serves.

Responsibility means having the ability to respond with Love, not react with fear.
Responsibility means keeping your agreements to Love.
Responsibility means always giving your best in each moment, in every relationship.
Responsibility means making no assumptions, judgments, criticisms, but willing to be truly helpful.

When we are trusting, we are able to respond.
When we are respectful, we are able to respond.
When we are forgiving, we are able to respond.
When we are free, we are able to respond.

When we have not loved ourselves well, we are not response able.
When we have not cared for ourselves, we are not free.
When we neglect, abuse or sacrifice ourselves, we are not responsible and free.
The key to responsibility and freedom is to love, trust, respect and appreciate ourselves.

For many, responsibility has been seen as burden, duty and obligation.
When we see responsibilities as hard, heavy, serious and difficult, we will experience them likewise.
When we see responsibilities as a gift of love, trust, freedom and choice, we experience them as blessings.
When we assume responsibilities as opportunity to loving service and creativity, we experience joy.

My choice is to be wholly responsible for the world I see.
My voice celebrates and appreciates opportunities to be responsible and truly helpful.
My life is about claiming my willingness to be able to respond with Love to all things.
I use my thoughts, my words and my activities to freely respond to all with open-mindedness and appreciation.

Loving you with what is whole, true, good and beautiful,
Betty Lue

¤      I love you      ¤
and I know you love me too.
LOVE IS FREEDOM
The freedom for you and I to be who we are.
The freedom to live life as we do.
The freedom to make mistakes and learn from them.
The freedom to express our own truth as we see it.

LOVE IS TRUST
The trust that there is a constant flow of love,
no matter what.
The trust that, in spite of life’s problems,
we believe in and support each other’s right
to live as we choose.
The trust that in adversity,
there is healing and learning and gifts of love.
The trust that under conflict and emotional expression,
there is love

I love you and I trust you.
I free you to be all you are.

Joy Is Your Natural State

When you are not joyous, you are judging someone or something.
When you are living in a forgiving state, Joy will be the outcome.
Forgiveness is the key to Happiness and Inner Peace.
Forgiving is the art of giving Love, Blessings, Respect, no matter what.

Lack of Joy is symptom that we have judged.
Lack of Joy is a sign we are listening to our EGO.
EGO=edging God out. Or Ego’s message to us=:”Everything’s Going OK.”
Lack of Joy is forsaking our authentic Self, our Whole Life Purpose.

When we are unhappy, we have stepped off path and off purpose.
When we are happy, we are listening to our heart, to the Voice of Love within.
When we are unhappy, we have sought and found a bumpy road full of potholes.
When we are happy, we are on the fun, safe and easy High Way and Free Way.

What would it take for you to be happy?
Forget all duties, obligations, expectation, fears and worries for a moment.
If you were free to follow your bliss, to do what you love, to live, do and be anything, what would it be?
Set yourself free in your mind and allow yourself to dream, to enliven your inner vision.

“When you find that place just right, it will be in the valley of Love and Delight.”
That’s it, the song “Tis a gift to be simple, tis a gift to be free.
Tis a gift to come round where we ought to be.”
When we forgive ourselves for living someone else’s possibilities and desires, we can choose again.
When we stop letting others notions, lead our choices, we can forgive the past and choose our future.

We are created to create a Good Life, our own happiness, a life of peace and inner joy.
When we let the world views make our choices, we cannot hear our own inner voice.
What will it be for you to set yourself free?
How will you live when you choose to give yourself true and lasting happiness?

I am willing to be true to my own Happiness.
I am willing to love the One I Am.
I am willing to share my Happiness and Love with everyone.
I am willing to listen to the Voice within Me.

Loving you, as I love myself, whole and happy and free,
Betty Lue
Symptoms of Inner Peace by Saskia Davis

Be on the lookout for symptoms of inner peace. The hearts of a great many have already been exposed to inner peace and it is possible that people everywhere could come down with it in epidemic proportions. This could pose a serious threat to what has, up to now, been a fairly stable condition of conflict in the world.

Some signs and symptoms of inner peace:

•     A tendency to think and act spontaneously rather than on fears based on past experiences.

•     An unmistakable ability to enjoy each moment.

•     A loss of interest in judging other people.

•     A loss of interest in judging self.

•     A loss of interest in interpreting the actions of others.

•     A loss of interest in conflict.

•     A loss of the ability to worry. (This is a very serious symptom.)

•     Frequent, overwhelming episodes of appreciation.

•     Contented feelings of connectedness with others and nature.

•     Frequent attacks of smiling.

•     An increasing tendency to let things happen rather than make them happen.

•     An increased susceptibility to the love extended by others as well as the uncontrollable urge to extend it.

•     WARNING:

•     If you have some or all of the above symptoms, please be advised that your condition of inner peace may be so far advanced as to not be curable. If you are exposed to anyone exhibiting any of these symptoms, remain exposed only at your own risk.

Give To Those Who Give

When we give to those who give, there is so much more for everyone.
When we serve that which serves, there is abundant service for All.
When we enjoy what brings us Joy, there is so much more laughter in our world.
When we seek and follow deLight, we find Enlightenment and Wisdom on our path.

I praise the Good and God in all I see and where I be.
I thank my body for its loyal service to my function here.
I offer peace to my mind that willingly listens to the Inner Voice for Love.
I extend Love to everyone I think of and who thinks of me with blessings of gratitude.

To open the flow of forgiveness and generosity:
If you are upset, express, forgive and release.
If you are stuck, do something meaningful for someone.
If you are lost, look for the Light on your way.
If you are confused, choose to be happy.
If you are afraid, relax with reassurance for your inner  child.
If you are lonely, befriend someone who is lonely, too.
If you are hurting, soothe your pain with tender care.
If you are resentful, forgive all our ignorance.

Give loving thoughts to yourself.
Clean up your self judgment and negative messages.
Release the hurt and confusion of the past.
Give energy only to what brings your joy and inner peace.

Give full appreciation to what is of value to you.
Be open-minded only for that which teaches lessons of Love.
Be responsible and able to respond to whatever comes your way.
Treat everyone with the respect and kindness you wish for yourself.

Appreciate your giving.
Remember the child in you that loves to give.
Look around for what you have that calls to be given.
Use everything you have for the Good of All.

Time, Money, Talents and Energy are our resources.
When we use them all for the Good of All, we feel Abundant.
When we share what we have, we are replenished with more to give.
When we say “Yes” to all requests which we can serve without sacrifice, we are blessed.
Choices we have made for most of the last 30 years: (we have learned through experience.)
  • We have a minimal budget for expenditures. (Because we personally have what we need.)
  • We tithe over 50% of our time and money…meaning we volunteer and share what we have.
  • Our income has stayed the same for the last 15-20 years.
  • We use everything we have or give it away.
  • We serve where we are called.
  • We moved many times to care for each of our parents in their last years and our grandchildren.
  • We eat simply organic whole grains, vegetables and fruits, prepared at home with no eating out.
  • We use all of our household furnishings in our centers, retreat homes and our town home.
  • We celebrate our lives daily with gratitude, respect for one another and all we have and give.

Life is fun, safe and easy, when you live in joy and gratitude.
Listen to your inner voice, your happy heart and open mind.
Follow the path of inner peace and happiness and you will prosper.
Give to what gives your inspiration, fulfillment and joy.

Loving you,
Betty Lue

Good Fortune

(Part 2 of a response to a reader.)
This reminder is a wakeup call for those who are struggling with finances, complaining about lack,
and depending on someone or something else to make their lives work.

Good Fortune Comes to Those Who Appreciate What They Have.

How little can you actually live with?
What income do you really need?
What will you do with your money?
What do you need to be able to continue doing what you love?

Are you willing to not be “needy”, to give and share abundantly?
Are you willing to love, care for and bless everything you have?
When we live in comparison with others or with the past, we may feel cheated, hurt and scared.
When we live trusting our basic needs will be met, we can eat well and sleep in peace.
You choose how you see, think of and believe about yourself.
I know you are Love Itself.
I know God provides for every Good work.
I know you can have everything you need to do the Good works you are guided to do.
I totally trust God and Good in you.

Addendum for those in service, entrepreneurs, those missing what they had and wanting more):
Care for you own basic needs FIRST (mentally, physically spiritually financially.
Find a place, a way, a budget to support yourself and family simply.
Live within your means.
Look at all your expenses to see what you can change., let go and minimize.
During changing times we need to live with acceptance for what is and practical response-ability.

We can live on Social Security, but we need to live differently.
We can live on the land, “off the grid”, but we need to choose differently.
Even here in CA, we can find a way, if we are willing to make changes.
We can move easily when we have less and live more consciously.

We can change our spending habits to habits of contribution and sharing.
We can build community by naturally being good neighbors.
We can live with and associate with those who are trusting and generous.
We can borrow and lend to support everyone having everything.

There are many places to live on less, if we are willing to move.
There are many ways to eat and clothe ourselves, on less, if we are willing to change.
There are many ways to handle utilities and educational needs, if we are willing to change our minds.
There are many ways to create beauty in our homes, if we are willing to use our imagination.

Most of us in our American culture are accustomed to affluence.
Most are used to being paid, whether or not we work.
Most want to have more and do less.
Most believe in a system of dependency on government, parents, religious beliefs, friends, etc.

Do you like who you are?
Do you appreciate those with whom you live/
Do you enjoy the work you do?
(And why are you not working everyday, as volunteer or support for family or yourself?)
Do you respect the life you live?

Are you pleased with yourself?
Are you happy with how you give?
Are you using all you have for Good?
Are you appreciative of your creations?

When you see what could be better, do better.
When you know what needs forgiveness, forgive.
When you are aware of things and people and habits to let go, let them go.
When you realize the creative potential in you, just GO FOR IT!

I am loving you,
Betty Lue

PS.  Homes can be purchased in Hidden Valley Lake, CA, safe, friendly beautiful gated community with many recreational resources 30 minutes north of Calistoga, for $$60, 000 and up and rented for $1000-$1200.  This is where we live half time, have our retreat house, and will be founding a new spiritual and holistic center.  The community of like-minded loving happy folks has begun with more to come!  Look for your right place to be to live and give joyfully.

Scarcity or Abundance Mentality?

( Part 1) Written  in response to a request of a reader!

Scarcity or Abundance Mentality?

What do you think about greed or need?
How do you respond to today’s economic situation?
Are you open to healing humanity’s feelings about money and material wealth?
What are your values, beliefs and behaviors about money, wealth, prosperity?

Recently I was asked how to expand abundance consciousness to encourage people to share more of their time, energy and money.
To give more love, money, help, support, caring and encouragement, people need to appreciate more.
When we fully appreciate and enjoy what we have, we will easily share more with others.
When we care more and share more, all needs are easily met and true prosperity flows for everyone.

What can you do to increase abundance consciousness?
How can you flow more energy to increase the flow for all?
What are you willing to do to make a difference in our world?
How can you support the balance of  power and prosperity in today’s economy?

Tithing
I invite you to consider tithing to the Source of your Good.
I encourage you to value what is valuable for you.
This means actively and consistently giving to what gives Good to You.  (Time, Energy and Money)
Contribute to wherever you receive inspiration and support.
Stewardship
I use everything I have (give, share it, contribute, exchange, etc.), because I use it all for Good.
Nothing is wasted and nothing goes unappreciated.
Spend your money, every penny, consciously and see it as all expanding what you value.
When we share all our talents joyfully, we receive the benefit of our talents.
When we use everything we have been given, appreciating and sharing with others, we are blessed.
Wherever we hold anything separate from others or from ourselves, it tends to stagnate, rather than flow.
When we lived in a more natural culture  with fewer resource and temptations, we knew the value of all.
When we have less, we use it with more conscious intention and invention.
When we have more, we tend to take it forgranted and squander it and spend it on meaningless stuff.

Cultural Withholds
Our society now believes in economic downfall, rather than a natural balancing of our excess.
We seem to have scared ourselves with thoughts of “not enough”.
Even those who formerly gave easily, now seem to withhold in fear.
People go to sleep as they become more fearful.
And others tend to become like those with whom they associate or those they judge.

There is little understanding of how flow works.
Use what resources you have for Good and more Good will grow.
Since there appears to be limited resources , choose to give more, appreciate more and share more to serve the abundance of all.

I tend to give to those who give.
I tend to receive with more obvious gratitude to encourage the giving.
I tend to teach giving without no thought or expression of neediness or reciprocity.
I realize that as folks are shutting down their natural generosity, they need to be encouraged to flow their time, energy and money into what keeps them happy, healthy and inspired.
Rather than focus on saving money to take care of emergencies, we can learn to use our money to benefit everyone’s wholeness and happiness, freedom and abundance.

Now is the time to use what we have with great gratitude.
Now is the moment in civilization when we can learn respect for what has been given us.
Now is the precious present of realizing how blessed we really are.
Now is the opportunity to see the sun and moon and stars , the earth and sky and sea as glorious reminders of amazing Love.

Loving you as you love you with full appreciation and gratitude for who you are and all you have..

Contentment is not the fulfillment of what you want, but the realization of how much you already have."
I continue to share all I have with all, knowing I always have what I need to continue giving all to all.
My financial policy is to provide services to those who benefit and do the work no matter what their financial contributions.
I also use whatever I am given to benefit and bless everyone as I am guided.
