Enough Love

Is there enough love in your world?
Do you have enough love to love you?
Are you willing to share some love when it seems there is a lack?
Are you afraid the love you share will never come back?

If you are withholding the love in you, you probably feel a lack.
If you are only sharing the Love you have with the special ones, you may feel dependent.
If you are denying yourself, but giving to others, you may experience neediness.
If you are saving your love for the Ones who love you, you may feel interrupted flow.

When we give Love, we receive the Love we give.
When we share Love, we experience the joy of giving.
When we include all, we always feel included.
When we love everyone equally, we know we are loved equally by God.

Spiritual Love is energy flowing and creating more Love.
Human love is selective and only for special deserving ones.
Spiritual Love is extended to everyone equally to experience a more loving world.
Human Love is withheld from some and given to others.
When we deny anyone, a part of us feels denied or afraid of not being special.

As we give all to all, we recognize our unlimited supply.
When we give our blessing  and gratitude to all, we feel blessed and happy.
When we deny our brothers anything, we feel lacking, limited and guilty.
When we judge, condemn, justify and explain our choice, but fear being judged and denied.

What we give, we receive.
What goes around, comes around.
What we share with gratitude and joy always returns to us.
What we believe, we receive and achieve.

One of the conditions of peace is generosity.
When we give ourselves innocently with a natural flow, we feel happy.
When we withhold ourselves and limit our giving, we feel our judgment and fear.
When we recognize that love grows as it flows, we know generosity comes from abundance.

There is enough love from the limitless wellspring of Love within.
Enough Love begins with our willingness to care and share.
Enough Love comes from and peaceful mind and loving heart.
Enough Love is shared from the abundance of Love within.

Love is for giving
We are the gift of Love.
It is only in giving the Love we have that we recognize the endless bounty within.

When we are feeling lacking in Love, forgive yourself for withholding.
Give Love and experience the abundant flow opening once again.
Loving you,
Betty Lue

 LOVE
There is no difficulty that enough love will not conquer;
No disease that enough love will not heal;
No door that enough love will not open;
No gulf that enough love will not bridge;
No wall that enough love will not throw down;
No sin that enough love will not redeem.

 It makes no difference
how deeply seated may be the trouble,
How hopeless the outlook,
How muddled the tangle,
How great the mistake.
A sufficient realization of love will dissolve it all.

If only you could love enough, you would be the happiest
and most powerful being in the world.

How Are You Reminded?

When we hang on to the old mind, trying to remember what used to be, we are stuck.
When we are attached to the memories of suffering and loss, we feel depressed.
When we are giving our allegiance to the world we see, we believe we are our bodies.
When we need to defend ourselves against disease, error and evil, we will fear.

To be renewed in mind is to let go of what the world thinks and open to a new way of seeing.
To remember is to realize we are all interconnected, parts of the same whole and at One.
To realize the Truth is to realign with a Higher Truth, the Truth of Oneness and Love.
To realign with Higher Power, God and all Good, we must forgive (erase) with Love and blessing.

And so it is that this world is here as our healing and holy reminder.
I am not a body. I am free.  I am as God (Love, Perfection) created me….whole and happy and free.
When I forget this, I feel imperfect, unhappy, limited, separate and afraid.
When I remember, I experience perfection, joy, limitlessness, connected and in Love.

Yes, every relationship is a healing encounter.
I can choose to judge the body, the personality, the problems or I can see the beauty and perfection.
Every body experience can be a wakeup call for me to realize I have a body to communicate Love.
Every issue, problem and conflict can remind me to connect with Source and trust the Truth within.

We are not our body.
We have a body to give Love, Peace, Compassion. Gratitude and Joy.
We are not our emotions.
We have emotions to show us when we have forgotten to love and are called to forgive.
We are not our thoughts.
We have thoughts, both conscious and unconscious, to be cleared with forgiveness.
We are not the part we play in our movie, our own worldly illusion.
We have this world experience to remind us to return to love by forgiving all that is not Love.

I am reminded by everyone to Love.
I am reminded by all that I fear to return to Love.
I am reminded by everything I judge to forgive.
I am reminded by all disturbances and upset to return to inner Peace.
I am reminded by the parts I play to remember I am here to Love.
I am reminded to spend time practicing remembering everyday.
I am reminded to step away from the world I see to claim my real identity.
I am reminded to let the illusion be and bring myself home by Loving Me.
I am reminded everything I see is really a part of me and so I remember to Love.

Loving you and loving me as I Love the True Reality,
Betty Lue

Releasing Fear

Fear and anxiety seem to be what the ego teaches and experiences.
Trust and Peace are the experiences of Spirit within us.
The world offers many excuses, reasons and beliefs to create fear.
Forgiveness builds a bridge to trust and inner peace.

Fear blocks the awareness of love’s presence.
Fear is False Expectations Appearing Real.
Fear is the evidence of negative imaginings.
Fear is call for Love.

When we learn to breathe, we begin to clear the fearful thoughts.
When we forgive ourselves and the world we see, we clear our fears.
When we trust in our inner voice, we see we are always loved.
When we know that Love always prevails, we know no fear.

There are healers and healing Presence in the world who extend peace to us to clear the fear.
There are rituals of fasting, meditation, walking labyrinth, conscious breathing and hypnosis to undo fear.
There are dealing with what is in a practical way to clear the symptoms of fear.
There are ways to talk to ourselves with affirmation and visualization to clear fear.

Whatever works for each individual is valuable.
No two people are alike.
Honor what works for you.
And associate with those who assist by extending peace.

Create peaceful environments to live and work.
Ingest what brings peace in what you see and hear and do.
Take time to offer peace to others to experience peace within yourself.
Give yourself loving and kind thoughts to bless you daily.

We are here to clear the fear that comes to us.
We are here to remember Love and return to Wholeness.
We are here to Love ourselves in every way everyday.
We are here to forgive fear and choose again for Peace and Love.

Releasing fear and returning to Love for the One We Are,
Betty Lue

Symptoms of Inner Peace
By Saskia Davis

Be on the lookout for symptoms of inner peace. The hearts of a great many have already been exposed to inner peace and it is possible that people everywhere could come down with it in epidemic proportions. This could pose a serious threat to what has, up to now, been a fairly stable condition of conflict in the world.
Some signs and symptoms of inner peace:
•   A tendency to think and act spontaneously rather than on fears based on past experiences.
•   An unmistakable ability to enjoy each moment.
•   A loss of interest in judging other people.
•   A loss of interest in judging self.
•   A loss of interest in interpreting the actions of others.
•   A loss of interest in conflict.
•   A loss of the ability to worry. (This is a very serious symptom.)
•   Frequent, overwhelming episodes of appreciation.
•   Contented feelings of connectedness with others and nature.
•   Frequent attacks of smiling.
•   An increasing tendency to let things happen rather than make them happen.
•   An increased susceptibility to the love extended by others as well as the uncontrollable urge to extend it.

WARNING:
If you have some or all of the above symptoms, please be advised that your condition of inner peace may be so far advanced as to not be curable. If you are exposed to anyone exhibiting any of these symptoms, remain exposed only at your own risk.

We Are The Healers

Yes, we are the first generation to clear the fears, errors and suffering of all past generations.
We are the awakening ones who are doing the work to free all future generations.
We are the willing ones who have volunteered to clear what was and be present with what is.
We are the ones who remember and commit to live our Holy Healing Purpose.

When we are caught in our dilemmas and problems, we often forget it is not personal.
When we realize and carry dis-eases, anxieties, resentments and guilt, it is not ours alone.
When we get stuck in the worldly complexities based on defenses and compensations, we forget.
When we are confused by the focus on the body, we forget the causal factors in our thinking.

We are here to reveal and heal the errors in our minds.
We are here to clear the fear and return to wholeness and Love.
We are here to forgive the past and live in the here and now.
We are here to undo whatever is not wholly true and good and loving.

It all begins within.
“Each step I take is holy ground.
Every word I speak is true.
Every song I sing of Holiness
           Is giving praise to You.”

Every day in every way we can begin within to do what comes for us to heal.
When we have thoughts of fear, we can forgive and release them for all.
When we have thoughts of suffering, we can have compassion and heal them for all.
When we have thoughts of anger, we can forgive them and use our energy for healing.

When we encounter others in need, we can set aside our own learned beliefs and join with them in love.
When we seek to help another, we can respond with Loving kindness to all calls for help.
When we hear of needs in our world, we can breathe a breath of compassion to all in need.
When we realize how many are sleeping in the past, we can awaken ourselves and renew our minds.

Rather than take myself and my issues so personally, perhaps it is wise to see how I am helping others.
Rather than get stuck in avoiding with fear,  I can choose to step forward in faith with courage and trust.
Rather than waiting for others to do the transformative work, perhaps we together can heal ourselves.
Rather than getting caught in the worldly process, I can relinquish the fear and choose the way of peace.

Letting go of the worldly ways is a giant step from conforming to what seems to be.
Letting go of worldly fears, defenses and beliefs in struggle and strife, we can choose sweet release.
Letting go of the old practices and teachings, we can simplify our choices and learn to listen within.
Letting go of letting the body and emotions lead, we can opt for inspiration and higher understanding.

We each are healing our own mind, body, relationships, finances, and past history.
We each are choosing for a higher way of relating to the world we see.
We each are inviting ourselves to think with a holy healing mind.
We each are choosing for Joy and Peace and Love.

Bless us all, everyone,
Betty Lue
The 12 Principles of Attitudinal Healing

1.       The essence of our being is love.

2.       Health is inner peace, healing is letting go of fear.

3.       Giving and receiving are the same.

4.       We can let go of the past and of the future.

5.       Now is the only time there is, and each instant is for giving.

6.       We can learn to love ourselves and others by forgiving rather than by judging.

7.       We can become love finders rather than fault finders.

8.       We can choose and direct ourselves to be peaceful inside, regardless of what is happening outside.

9.       We are students and teachers to each other.

10.    We can focus on the whole of life, rather than the fragments.

11.    Since love is eternal, change need not be viewed as fearful.

12.    We can always perceive others as either extending love or giving a call for help.

Attitudinal Healing affirms that we are responsible for our thoughts and whatever feelings we experience.
Attitudinal Healing encourages us to re-examine our relationships, bringing them into the present by releasing past judgments and grievances.
Attitudinal Healing reminds us that perception is a mirror of what is in our mind.

Healing

To heal is to make happy.
To heal is to find inner peace.
To heal is to reveal what is concealed.
To heal is to let go of the blocks to Love.

We may seek a cure or a quick fix for the body or mind.
We may go for temporary burst of anger or tears for relief.
We may choose to ignore the bills or choose bankruptcy.
We may blame someone or something or try to get another to fix our ills.

To heal is to make whole.
To heal is to reveal the block to our holiness, our perfection.
To heal is to clear the fear that limits us.
To heal is to remember our freedom and trust for Self, for others, for life.

To heal is returning to our natural state.
To heal is realizing what is real beneath the apparency.
To heal is to deny that error can hurt us.
To heal is to take care of the worldly stuff to live our inspired life.

What does it take to heal ourselves?
Releasing fear.
Having compassion for our suffering.
Listening within.
Remembering the Truth.
Letting go of old stories.
Taking good care of our body, mind, Spirit, finances, relationships and all we have.
Allowing the flow of All Good and only Good.
Living consciously with integrity.
Being open and willing to go with the flow.
Trusting in the Highest Outcome.
Forgiving all blocks, limitations, negativity and judgments.
And following our inner guidance, a built in GPS system that guides us to wholeness.

I love myself the way I am.
I am sorry for any suffering I have caused myself or others.
I Have compassion for myself and all others.
I release and affirm, love and bless, the Wholeness and Holiness in me and All.

May we all today and everyday be kind, trusting and compassionate with ourselves.
May we remember to Good within and give thanks.
May we reveal and heal what is calling for Love.
May we align with God, choose thoughts that heal and live Life fully and freely.

Loving us all,
Betty Lue

Healing Vs. Cure
(Used in the Wellness community)
1.  Cure may occur without healing.
   Healing may occur without cure.
Healing and Cure may occur simultaneously.
2.  Cure considers the body separately from soul.
   Healing embraces the whole
   (physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, relationships).
3.  Cure is acting upon and is based on fear.
Healing is being with in love and faith.
4.  Cure isolates.
   Healing incorporates.
5.  Cure combats illness.
   Healing fosters wellness.
6.  Cure fixes the body.
   Healing corrects perception.
7.  Cure is the application of external authority.
   Healing is an inner process.
8.  Cure is a closed system.
   Healing is an open system.
9. Cure focuses on the future.
   Healing focuses on the present.
10. Cure is performed upon another.
Healing shares with a sister, brother.
11.  Cure manages.
   Healing touches.
12. Cure often issues from fear.
   Healing usually issues from faith.
13. Cure seeks to conquer pain.
   Healing seeks to transcend pain.
14. Cure seeks to hold grief at a distance.
   Healing incorporates grief.
15.  Cure has a beginning and an end.
   Healing is on ongoing process.
16. Cure encounters mystery as a challenge for knowledge and understanding.
Healing encounters mystery as a challenge to find meaning.
17.  Cure focuses on what is happening to you.
Healing focuses on how you respond to what is happening to you.
18. Cure rejects death and views it as a defeat.
Healing includes death among the possible blessed outcomes.

Learning, Letting Go and Trusting

What are you learning?
Life is a learning laboratory.
If you are not learning, you may feel a sense of meaninglessness in your life.
When you are actively learning, you will feel curiosity, wonder, enthusiasm and gratitude.

When we have an attitude of excitement and delight about life each moment, we feel awakened.
Everyone and everything is our teacher.
Every moment is rich with wonder and the miracles of relating to all that is.
We are inspired by the transformative changes, the exquisite beauty and the desire to Love it All.
I am alive, alert and enthusiastic everyday.

What are you letting go?
Discovery is a constant process of releasing everything we have believed, judged and made up.
Only when we release and undo what is not true, can we behold the integral Truth in all things.
Only when we forgive, erase and set free people and things, memories and judgments, can we be free.

When we are free of stuck and stubborn defenses against the Higher Truth, we can see the Infinite.
There is a greater Truth beyond our petty truths we have made up and agreed upon.
What we thought was our defense against harm actually recreates what we fear.
As we release what we created, we can choose again for what we seek to see and be and live.
Letting go is fun, safe and easy.
Letting go is natural and healthy.

What are you trusting?
What we wholeheartedly trust is our sanctuary, our comfort and our refuge.
Trusting is the prerequisite to clear all fear.
Trusting is the opportunity to let go of outer authority and seek trust within.

When we can be a safe place for others, we begin to experience safety everywhere.
When we know we are gently guided by One Whose only purpose is our Good, we trust.
When we forgive all lack of love and safety and gentleness, we create love within and around us.
When we respond to ourselves with reassurance, respect and kindness, we can feel the sweet release.

I trust in the love (God and Good) within me and All.
I know there is Peace when I extend only Peace.
I know there is Love, when I remember I Am Love.
I know only Joy, when I choose Joy.

I am here to be truly helpful to myself.
The healing of all follows naturally with no effort .
May I remember to begin with me.
May I be the Love, the Peace, the Joy, the Trust I seek.

Loving me and from this I Love You!

Choose Consciously

Every day we can choose again.
Every moment we can choose to begin anew.
Every relationship can have healing relief.
Every thought expresses our belief.

It takes letting go of what was to begin again.
It takes forgiving our judgments to think creatively.
It takes being open and willing to have what we want.
It takes trusting the power of words to live our heart’s desire.

So what we have is what we have chosen.
Sometimes by default and being a victim of others beliefs.
Sometimes because we don’t know and are still exploring.
Sometimes we are afraid to choose and be disappointed.

What will it take to let the past go, mistakes and all?
What will it take to undo our fear of what we are avoiding?
What will it take to be free of pain, hurt, anxiety and disappointment?
What will it take to get unstuck and simply choose again for a new beginning?

Everyday we can make new and renewing.
Everyday can be a vacation of the old routines/
Everyday can be an opportunity to choose again with freedom.
Everyday we can sing a new song and share a new attitude with joy and gratitude.

To think of the past is to repeat it.
To share stories of the past is to remember it.
To try to understand the past is to review it again and again.
Each time to relook, we create a stronger attachment, picture and likelihood we will attract the same.

Wow!
So why listen to bad stories?
Why read our old journals and diaries?
Why keep complaining about the same old stuff?

That is a good question.  Why?
Is there a healthy reason?
Is there a healing purpose?
It there a positive outcome?

The more people that believe, the more likely it will grow again.
The more minds joined in agreement, the more sure it will repeat itself.
(If not with you, then with them.)
The more you feel the feeling and think the thoughts, the more the result lives on in you.

Do you remember the good parts of your life or the bad ones?
Do you tell stories of miracles and magic, or stories of tragedy and pain?
Do you work hard to create beauty and goodness or try hard to avoid the awful  and ugly?
Do you choose to forgive easily and quickly or hang on to resentment and regret?

Yes, it is a choice.
Get stuck in fear of what was???
Or Celebrate what is here right now!
Life is a continuous opportunity to know compassion and joy or to resist hatred and pain.

I am choosing the compassion and joy right now

Where Do You Live?

Do you love where you live?
Does your home, your community, your lifestyle love You?
Often we stay where we are planted, even when it no longer fits our needs.
We get comfortable with the familiar and never ask if it is best for us.

Do you want to have more natural beauty around you?
Do you want to live where the air is cleaner and water fresher?
Do you want to be safer and simpler in your way of living?
Do you want less hassle and expense and more recreation and relaxation?

When we get stuck, it is usually because we cannot imagine making changes.
When we feel lost, it may be the road changed direction and we kept going.
When we feel down, it may be we are not happy with where we are.
When we feel scared, it may be that we simply didn’t make new choices, when the situation changed.

Sometimes we stay in a home that needs too much time, money and energy.
Sometimes we stay in a relationship because we are dependent or attached.
Sometimes we stay in a job, because we are too afraid to seek other work.
Sometimes we stay in a community because we are afraid of seeking another.

We usually know when it is time to make a change.
We usually have excuses for not doing what it takes.
We usually make up it is impossible or difficult.
We usually fear making a mistake and not being able to undo it.

What are your excuses for not moving on when it is time?
What are your reasons for denying yourself?
What are your fears for deceiving yourself with distractions?
What are your compensations for living in the past and neglecting your future?

When we begin to support the original choice that was chosen to support us, we are mistaken.
When we use distractions, temporary fixes, excuses and blames to pacify ourselves, we are in denial.
When we neglect to take a good look at what is, and fail to listen within, we are forsaking ourselves.
When we are complaining, critical and cranky about our lives, we are stuck in self pity and victimization.

What does it take to get up and move?
What can you do to change what currently is?
What are you open and willing to consider to make your life better?
How are you going to motivate your self to choose and commit to what you really want and know is best?

You deserve the best.
What is best for you is best for others.
You can only give you best, when you live where and what and how is best for YOU!
So let’s just do it.

Loving in doing whatever it takes to get you life back!!

Learning Continues!

School is out!
Or is school ever really over?
Learning continues whether in a classroom or in the world.
How, where and when do you learn best?

Do you learn best with others or alone?
Do you learn best with listening, observing, or experiencing?
Do you learn best when being instructed or on your own?
Do you learn best from a teacher or from your Self?

Are you knowledgeable in some areas and ignorant in others?
Are you skillful in some ways and challenged in others?
Are you better in a quiet or noisy environment?
Do you learn better with a clear desk or with stuff all around?

Do you learn from watching, from reading, from doing?
Can you learn about things that have no function or purpose for you?
Do you need rewards and bribes for learning well?
Are you motivated by fear, demand or threatened punishment?

Do you learn better when you mind was more open and less cluttered?
Are you archiving everything you have learned or only the beneficial info?
Do you have onto useless information, history and stories?
Are you attached to what you have learned, even the outdated stuff?

Is school ever really over?
When we are learning, we are growing.
We are choosing what we learn, when and where and from whom.
We can free ourselves from negative learning when we are willing.

We can discern what is valuable and what is valueless.
We can determine what topics interest us and how we use them.
We can teach others to learn ourselves.
We can learn from others, learning.

I love to learn differently than others.
My most inspired learning comes from observing what works and doesn’t work.
I look for what is best for me uniquely and encourage others to do the same.
I respect my learning needs and trust my choices.

I am learning everyday to play the games in life that are best for me.
I am learning in everyway life works when I choose what is fun, safe and easy.
I am learning that choosing the Loving way is always best for me holistically.
I am learning that all my relationships benefit from respect for our differences.

Thanks for honoring your own uniqueness.
Thanks for respecting what our children need to learn best.
Thanks for trusting that every individual benefits from what is best for them.
Thanks for letting go of pushing, punishing, threatening and  guilting others into learning your way.

Life is for learning and remembering LOVE.
Love is for trusting and freeing ourselves to learn our own way.
Trust is for respecting each individual’s timing, process and experiences.
Freedom is for letting go of our own need to get others to conform.

Letting go of wanting anyone to do what I want, unless they really want to.
Betty Lue

How we all learn best!

If Children (and Adults) Live With……….

If children live with criticism, they learn to condemn.
If children live with hostility, they learn to fight.
If children live with fear, they learn to be apprehensive.
If children live with pity, they learn to feel sorry for themselves.
If children live with ridicule, they learn to feel shy.
If children live with jealousy, they learn to feel envy.
If children live with: criticism, hostility, fear, pity, ridicule or jealousy,
They will learn to: condemn, fight, be apprehensive, feel sorry for themselves,
feel shy and feel envy.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
If children live with encouragement, they learn confidence.
If children live with tolerance, they learn patience.
If children live with praise, they learn appreciation.
If children live with acceptance, they learn to love.
If children live with approval, they learn to like themselves.
If children live with recognition, they learn it is good to have a goal.
If children live with sharing, they learn generosity.
If children live with honesty, they learn truthfulness.
If children live with fairness, they learn justice.
If children live with kindness and consideration, they learn respect.
If children live with security, they learn to have faith in themselves and others.
If children live with friendliness, they learn the world is a nice place in which to live.

You Are A Flower in the Garden of Life
If you would grow to be your best self
Be patient, not demanding
Accepting, not condemning
Nurturing, not withholding
Self-marveling, not belittling
Gently guiding, not pushing & punishing

For you are more sensitive than you know
Mankind is tough as war
Yet delicate as flowers
We can endure agonies
But we open fully only to warmth & light
And our need to grow is fragile as a fragrance
Dispersed by storms of will
To return only when those storms are still

So accept, respect,
Attend your sensitivity

A flower
Cannot be opened
With a hammer

When we are joined with support, encouragement and trust in one another, we are strengthened.
Thank you and everyone for always remembering to walk and talk and live in faith.

Loving us all as One,… the unified field of unlimited possibility and infinite Love.

You are  my spiritual partners as we conspire to co-create a better world.
My heart smiles and my spirit rejoices.
Your gifts of love, healing and appreciation inspire me and feed my soul.
Celebrate the gifts we share and grow in abundance and beauty.
Offering all I am given in Love,  supports, strengthens and affirms this Love.

I love you, as you live the life you consciously desire.
I am supported and sustained by your kindness,  generosity and prayer.
May you  honor your Holy Self as you walk in Goodness, Beauty and Love.
Loving You,
Betty Lue
