Releasing Fear

Fear and anxiety seem to be what the ego teaches and experiences.
Trust and Peace are the experiences of Spirit within us.
The world offers many excuses, reasons and beliefs to create fear.
Forgiveness builds a bridge to trust and inner peace.

Fear blocks the awareness of love’s presence.
Fear is False Expectations Appearing Real.
Fear is the evidence of negative imaginings.
Fear is call for Love.

When we learn to breathe, we begin to clear the fearful thoughts.
When we forgive ourselves and the world we see, we clear our fears.
When we trust in our inner voice, we see we are always loved.
When we know that Love always prevails, we know no fear.

There are healers and healing Presence in the world who extend peace to us to clear the fear.
There are rituals of fasting, meditation, walking labyrinth, conscious breathing and hypnosis to undo fear.
There are dealing with what is in a practical way to clear the symptoms of fear.
There are ways to talk to ourselves with affirmation and visualization to clear fear.

Whatever works for each individual is valuable.
No two people are alike.
Honor what works for you.
And associate with those who assist by extending peace.

Create peaceful environments to live and work.
Ingest what brings peace in what you see and hear and do.
Take time to offer peace to others to experience peace within yourself.
Give yourself loving and kind thoughts to bless you daily.

We are here to clear the fear that comes to us.
We are here to remember Love and return to Wholeness.
We are here to Love ourselves in every way everyday.
We are here to forgive fear and choose again for Peace and Love.

Releasing fear and returning to Love for the One We Are,

Symptoms of Inner Peace
By Saskia Davis

Be on the lookout for symptoms of inner peace. The hearts of a great many have already been exposed to inner peace and it is possible that people everywhere could come down with it in epidemic proportions. This could pose a serious threat to what has, up to now, been a fairly stable condition of conflict in the world.
Some signs and symptoms of inner peace:
•   A tendency to think and act spontaneously rather than on fears based on past experiences.
•   An unmistakable ability to enjoy each moment.
•   A loss of interest in judging other people.
•   A loss of interest in judging self.
•   A loss of interest in interpreting the actions of others.
•   A loss of interest in conflict.
•   A loss of the ability to worry. (This is a very serious symptom.)
•   Frequent, overwhelming episodes of appreciation.
•   Contented feelings of connectedness with others and nature.
•   Frequent attacks of smiling.
•   An increasing tendency to let things happen rather than make them happen.
•   An increased susceptibility to the love extended by others as well as the uncontrollable urge to extend it.

WARNING:
If you have some or all of the above symptoms, please be advised that your condition of inner peace may be so far advanced as to not be curable. If you are exposed to anyone exhibiting any of these symptoms, remain exposed only at your own risk.
