Personal or Impersonal

Most people are taught to live their lives personally.
Most of us are taught to heal our past mistakes, to accomplish and achieve, to get what money and approval we can from life. We are taught our security lies in having, seeking and filling ourselves, our homes and bank accounts with more friends, more books, more investments, more toys, more knowledge and worldly stuff. We judge and compare ourselves trying to listen for what will make us happy. We talk about the stuff of the world and try to change what is wrong with ourselves and others. We look for special people, special moments and special awards and approval from others. There is nothing "wrong" with having a personal life. It almost always yields taking the problems, pain and disapproval personally.
To develop our ego's desires, hopes and dreams is the mastery of human life in a body and physical world.

Some are called to an impersonal life of service.
Some are called into this life to love unconditionally, serve from the heart and always remember God.
As volunteers, we give selflessly, to experience to heal, to create to remind and enjoy the Love of God.
An impersonal life often transcends the usual pain and problems by utilizing every experience as a gift for greater faith, expanded consciousness to help and the relinquishment of personal attachments.
There is a communion with all people and all life on a transpersonal level, to join with to love and serve.
There is a spiritual communication in prayer and song and touch that builds true community.
When we know one another at the soul level, we find ourselves waits there to be seen and loved.
When we hear another's longing to return to the Peace of God, we can sing out with tears and laughter.
When we feel the true place in each other's heart, we hold hands and smile, at home in Love forever.
What we do in the name of Love and for the sake of Love, is not a loss, but a gain.
What we do for another, is a gift of Love for ourselves and the greater Self.
What we forgive, simply clears the field for greater service to All That Is for the Greater Good.

Some come into life knowing their life is to serve All, to give All and to remember God and Good in All.
Some come here to remember the yearning to serve All equally and love all unconditionally.
Others awaken along life's path to relinquish the personal and commit to an impersonal life of service.

Take a look and see where you might be in your journey.
There is no need to jumpy from one place to another.
But rather simply embrace and appreciate where you are now.
Where there is a call to move, you can choose impersonal or personal or both.
All is well in this failsafe life of learning and letting go, loving and listening within.

Loving you, loving, personally and impersonally,
Betty Lue

Keep on Flowing!

Where there is doubt, we slow down.
Where there is fear, we stop to protect ourselves.
Where there is judgment, we waste energy on blame.
Where there is sadness, we look for comfort.
Where there is hurt, we spend time and energy on healing.
Where there are apparent mistakes, we try to avoid doing them again.

When we see life as on purpose.
When we know we are always guided.
When we believe everything can be used for the Highest Good.
When we allow the Good within to perceive the gifts and blessings……

We keep on moving toward the Light.
We keep flowing to greater peace.
We keep on loving All on our way.
We keep on knowing God is Good.
We keep on enjoying the process.
We keep on trusting in Divine Outcome.
We keep on letting go and letting God.
We keep on forgiving our judgments and fears.
We keep on smiling through emotions and tears.
We keep on giving the best that we have.
We keep on believing All come home to know Love at last.

This transition has been fun, safe and easy, because I choose to trust in God.
The changes in life are all Good, when I know everyone is doing the best they know.
The opportunities that come as we let go, are placed there for our consideration.
When happiness and inner peace appear, we know God gives all Good and only Good.

Listen within and trust what you hear.
Listen within for the voice speaks out clear.
Listen within and only Good you will find.
Listen within and feel the Light in your mind.

Loving you,
With clear Mind and true Heart,
Betty Lue

Change and Transition

Leaves fall from the trees, making them seem bare and dormant.
Nature cycles through seasons of spring, summer, fall and winter.
Animals change their coats of hair and feathers.
People have biorhythmic changes, aging and renewal every day.

There appears to be a life and death cycle here on earth.
There are people who come and go from our lives.
There are experiences, jobs, friendships, homes which change.
Change is the norm in physical form.
Attachments create suffering when we cling to what was.
Embracing the change without judgment seems to be the key
Flowing and appreciating what is gives us joy and gratitude

Trust all is well.
Know everything works together for Good.
Remember God's Will is always that we be happy.
Everything works more exquisitely than we plan.

When we remember these truths, they are our Truth.
When we forget or resist them, we experience the pain.
When we affirm what we want to be, it will be.
When we deny these truths, they are absent from our experience.

The key is to believe.
The key is to forgive our doubts.
The key is to choose consciously our goal.
The key is to deny our fear, judgments and lack of faith.

Many years ago, I began affirming:
Letting go is fun, safe and easy.
Everything is in our best interests.
In everything is a gift and a blessing.
I choose to trust God and Good in all things.

As we choose to enjoy change, we wait for the miracles with curiosity and wonder.
As we graciously let go of people who move out of our lives, we appreciate those coming into our lives.
As we release expectations of comfort and security, we enjoy the adventure and novelty.
As we heal our attachments with trust in the highest Good, we embrace our choice to Love All equally.

Life is a profound and magnificent teacher.
She offers us the opportunity to grow in faith and Love and gratitude.

Loving you,
Betty Lue

Do You Want To Know?

Do you know what you don't know?
Do you know what you don't want to know?
Do you need to know what you are denying you know?

What would keep us from knowing?

Those who know are responsible for what they know.
Those who know may be asked to share what they know.
Those who know may judge what they know.
Those who know may be expected to be know more.

Interesting piece I wrote 20+ years ago:

Those Who Know

To “know” is to “love”.
For when we fully know, we have an experience of acceptance, understanding, trust and love.

In working with this list of levels of consciousness, we can easily substitute “love” for “know”.
Perhaps, for some, this will simplify and clarify where you are in your own unfoldment process.

· Those who don’t know and don’t know they don’t know.
· Those who don’t know and don’t care.
· Those who don’t know and don’t want to know.
· Those who don’t know and wish they did.
· Those who don’t know and seek to know.
· Those who are coming to know.
· Those who know and are afraid of what they know.
· Those who know and are afraid they don’t.
· Those who know and hold back what they know.
· Those who know and share what they know in order to know.
· Those who know and know they know quietly.
· Those who are what they know.

Living what I know,
Betty Lue

All Good

Happy Full Moon (Intensifying where we are and how we feel!)

When we affirm all is Good, we participate in the co-creation of Goodness.
When we look for the Good, we find what we are looking for and deny the rest.
When we appreciate the Good we find, we increase and strengthen what we appreciate.
When we increase the Good and forgive and erase the "not good" with forgiveness, we realize All Good.

Life is what we make it.
What we seek, we find.
What we value, we increase.
What we enjoy, we give meaning.

Life serves as a mirror for our consciousness.
When we journey through life, we can look back and recreate our history.
We can look forward and miss the beautiful experiences along the way.
We can be present and in the observation and appreciation, enjoy each step.

Where I am, there I Am in my heart and mind as a human being, healing and growing.
What I am can be my learned, emotion-guided and less conscious self or my trusting, freeing and spirit-guided fully conscious Self, realizing my part in the Divine Plan, awakening all and returning to the One.
How I am is choice to live in fear, or forgive my fears, feelings and failures and return to faith, inspiration and Truth.
Life is a journey either moving toward awakening through challenges and spiritual adventure or seeking the comfort of control, sameness and security.

Playing here in form, time and space is an amazing opportunity to know what is difficult, daring and dangerous or fun, safe and easy.

Blessed be.

How Do You Know?

Is Now the Time?
Is This the Place?
Are You the One?
Is This Really the Truth?

I know when there is the Peace of God that comes with Trust and Freedom.
I know when I feel the Light within.
I know when life feels fun, safe and easy.
I know when I am not attached or withholding, but feel lifted up and inspired to fully express my Love.

How do I know what I know?
I listen within faithfully and often.
With every decision I listen for that still small voice, the clarion call, like a crystal bell.
With my choices to come or go, to speak or be still, to respond or be silent, I honor the Voice within.
I set aside time daily for the voice of God, conversations with God, daily loving reminders.
I have a Divine Appointment which I keep.
My being on every level is ready, willing and present.
I sit with paper and pen or computer keyboard and write everything I hear and feel and know.
I read it to myself with an open mind and happy heart.
I follow what I hear with faith and gratitude and respect.

When you turn on your faucet, after it being turned off for years or months or days,
what comes out may be a mixture of what you put in, egoic fears, frustration, the worldly limits and neediness.
But after letting the water run for some time (no turning it off), it runs clear.
Where there is no fear, no withhold, there is the freedom to express only God's Goodness.

Life shows us easily where to be, what to do and how to share the Love we are.
The flow of Love, like water, does not force itself where there appears to be resistance.
Love flows around all obstacles and enters through openings as they appear.
Love is willing to be wherever it is wanted, needed and allowed.

Bless us all for our willingness to be,
Betty Lue

Letting Go

Letting go is only done when we are done.
Being complete leaves us free and happy, hopeful and trusting.
Being done is fulfilling all of our commitments with thoughts, words and deeds.
Being complete feels peaceful and uplifting.

What does it take to really let go?
Acknowledge and forgive all mistakes.
I forgive myself and all others for all errors, both seen and unseen.
Be thorough in finishing what was promised.
I am available to complete any tasks, talks or other needs.
Seek only Divine Outcome for all.
I love you and release you to your Highest Good.
Remember only Love is Real and return to Holiness.
I see us all healed and whole and holy.
Honor all that has been learned and taught, given and received from the experience.
I am grateful for the opportunity to teach and learn, give and receive all Good.
Respect the challenges and know they offered opportunities to wakeup and strengthen all.
I appreciate the challenges in strengthening my commitment to totally trust Divine Guidance.
Extend helpfulness in prayer, affirmation, suggestions and encouragement when invited.
I am here for you if needed and send blessings for divine inspiration and guidance your way.

When there are fears and concerns, expressing ourselves fully one time is a gift of awareness and love.
The exit interview can be very helpful when given with the intention of benefit for all.
Let go with Love.
Let go with gratitude.
Let go with healing.
Let go with peace.
Let go with grace.
Let go with forgiveness.
Let go with trust in the Highest Outcome.

Loving us all as we learn, life abundantly lived is not accumulating or securing anyone or anything.
It is learning to let go of everything that is not essential and truly of value.
In the richness of this autumn and harvest time, it is necessary that we release with ease and grace.
Letting go is Loving.

Blessings to all,
Betty Lue

Here I am learning every moment and letting go of the last moment.
Learning to stand, crawl and pull myself up and sit down.

Autumn Equinox

Equal night and Day, darkness and light, is our current state.
When we seek the light of God, we can see Goodness clearly in contrast to the dark stuff.
When the light shines bright, shadows appear behind or under physical stuff.
Only when we are filled with light do we cast no shadows.
When fearing the boogeyman in the closet or under the bed, a flashlight will show us nothing is there.
When we shine our Love light brightly on what is feared, we see the darkness is merely a call for Light.
So Light, Light and more Light is our call.
Yom Kippur, Holy Day of Atonement was yesterday.
Time to make amends, to atone for our mistakes again God, ourselves and one another.
It is in forgiving that we experience our At-One-Ment. When we have forgiven, erased with love and gratitude all that separates us, we know we are One in Truth.

There are times when proximity seems to cause fear, judgment and comparison which divides us. Only with time and space do we fully realize the gifts of love and sacrifice ("make sacred") given to us by teachers, mentors, parents and friends.

During autumn, when leaves fall, we can lay negative and limiting beliefs ("be leafs") behind us.
Let them drop away.
Be still in the winter of our soul, to see what we are to plant in our springtime garden.

As we relinquish with Love and gratitude places, people and circumstances which were not for the Good of all, we see how staying where it causes fear, friction, judgment and pain, is an error. To move on with dignity and grace, knowing that all upsets are wakeup calls for one and all, is an opportunity to heal and learn and grow in faith and trust in freedom of choice.

Love is an action of detachment.
Love is loving everyone equally, including ourselves.
Love is letting go of fear.
Love is the release from duty and obligation.
Love is the freedom to choose again.
Love is forgiving our judgment of everything and everyone.
Love is living with open-mindedness and appreciation.
Love is seeing only healing and Holiness.
Love is the way of those who listen within to the voice for God for Good.

Loving you and me as One,
Betty Lue

Affirmations Exposé

On Tuesday, Sept. 11 during our Awaken Your Authentic Self class, I chose the affirmation:
"I now treat myself with sensitivity and respect." Recognizing that I have chosen impersonal life of service to all people, giving all to All as I am guided by God, I honored the little child inside me , B'Lue Joy, with the realization that I don't always treat her with the tender care she deserves. This affirmation was to remove any obstacles to giving her what I give to my grandchildren and many around me. What I didn't know was that everything unlike the affirmation will come up for healing, forgiveness and new choices. So some of you may have seen from my loving reminders a quality of tenderness and personal feeling which are usually not present.

I have had life experiences which have been difficult, painful and discouraging personally. However, in my choice to live according to God's will, I have chosen to move on, to get up and give the best I have each and everyday to love and support those around me.
This life of service has been and continues to be my source of strength, internal support and sustenance.
I am renewed when I am truly helpful. I am fulfilled when I give.
I am encouraged when I watch others heal and grow in faith.
I am reborn with each letting go of what no longer serves the highest good.
I celebrate those obstacles which have become opportunities to forgive and choose again.

Life can be difficult, dangerous and serious at times.
Yet, it is through listening within and knowing where I am led that sustains and encourages me.
The wellspring of inspiration that comes from within is eternal and empowering.
I am given all I need when I simply stop, find a quiet place and listen within.
New beginnings abound when I remember god is my Source, my Rock and my Foundation.
I am healed and at peace when I remember Who walks beside my, holding my hand, lighting my way.

Know that my impersonal Self and life of spirit-guided service is a gift to all and to Betty Lue.
Know my service is always about building a better world of safety, happiness and peace for all.
Know that my personal little innocent girl, B'Lue Joy is a gift to humanity because she is always wanting everyone to just be happy and live together loving one another.
Both personally and impersonally, we are together loving forever, no matter what the apparency.
Let Love prevail. It is the only lasting reality and our way home.
(More tomorrow.)

Loving you,
Betty Lue

This is where I go to remember the Truth in Loving!

Do Not Allow

Do Not Allow:
Thoughts to discourage you.
Ignorance to deny you.
Words to hurt you.
Fear to defeat you.
Anger to distract you.
Hurt to weaken you.
Bullying to belittle you.
Insanity to upset you.
Criticism to damage you.

Remember Love above all things.
Listen for Goodness in your inner guidance.
Honor the worth of everyone, including you.
Love all people equally, making no one special.
Give the best you have in every relationship.
Take impeccable care of your personal self.
Fully appreciate your impersonal life of service.
Respect your values and live in integrity.
Play the game assisting everyone to win.

Loving you and me as One,
Betty Lue

A dear friend sent this to me:

Do not undermine your worth by comparing yourself with others. It is because we are different that each of us is special.

Do not set your goals by what other people deem important. Only you know what is best for you.

Do not take for granted the things closest to your heart. Cling to them as you would your life, for without them, life is meaningless.

Do not let your life slip through your fingers by living in the past nor for the future. By living your life one day at a time, you live all of the days of your life.

Do not give up when you still have something to give. Nothing is really over until the moment you stop trying. It is a fragile thread that binds us to each other.

Do not be afraid to encounter risks. It is by taking chances that we learn how to be brave.

Do not shut love out of your life by saying it is impossible to find. The quickest way to receive love is to give love. The fastest way to lose love is too hold it too tightly. In addition, the best way to keep love is to give it wings

Do not dismiss your dreams. To be without dreams is to be without hope. To be without hope is to be without purpose.

Do not run through life so fast that you forget not only where you have been, but also where you are going. Life is not a race, but a journey to be savoured each step of the way.

The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy.

Life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you respond to it.

1. Love is when you take away the feeling, the passion, and the romance in a relationship and find out that you still care for that person.

2. When the door of happiness closes, another opens but often times we look so long at the closed door that we don't see the one which has been opened for us.

3. The best kind of friend is the kind you can sit on a porch and swing with never say a word, and then walk away feeling like it was the best conversation you've ever had.

4. It's true that we don't know what we've got until we lose it, but
it's also true that we don't know what we've been missing until it arrives.

5. There are things you'd love to hear that you would never hear from the person who you would like to hear from, but don't be so deaf as not to hear it from the one who says it from their heart.

6. Don't go for looks, they can deceive. Don't go for wealth, in the end it fades away. Go for someone who makes you smile because it takes only a smile to make a dark day seem bright.

7. Dream what you want to dream, go where you want to go, be what you want to be, because you have only one life and one chance to do all the things you want to do.

8. A careless word may kindle strife, a cruel word may wreck a life, a timely word may level stress, a loving word may heal and bless.

9. The happiest of people don't necessarily have the best of everything, they just make the most of everything that comes along their way.

10. The brightest future will always be based on a forgotten past, you can't go on well in life until you let go of your past failures and heartaches.

Options and Opportunities

In love there is no limit.
In fear, there is a limited view.
In joy there is only gratitude.
In pain, there is criticism.
In peace, there is harmony.
In conflict, there is criticism.

When we are giving All the best we have,
When we are generous with our love,
When we are patient with our understanding.
When we are forgiving and kind,
The opportunities open for infinite ways to love and serve.

We are needed here on planet Earth.
We are spiritual warriors, saviors, care-takers and friends.
We are the willing ones who are called to volunteer the best we know.
We are the open door through which God speaks, God loves, God heals and gives.
We are the reminders of the Way, the Truth and the Life of Love.

How we do this must be guided by spirit.
For whom we do this may not be known.
The paths we take make be solitary or communal.
The work we do may be consuming or fulfilling.

My reminder today is that I not deplete my joy light.
My reminder today is that I am never alone.
My reminder today is to give to those who will receive gratefully.
My reminder today is to receive all I give and to give all I have.

In this I am blessed and a blessing.
In this I am inspired and inspiring.
In this I am prospered and prosper.
In this I am loved and loving.

I choose a path that flows.
Where there are obstacles I flow around.
Like water I flow where there is ease.
Like love I give where love is needed.

Life provides limitless opportunities to love unconditionally.
Life shows us endless ways to serve from the heart.
Life offers infinite reminders of God's Loving Goodness.
We are to choose what brings us eternal happiness and peace.

Loving you in loving All,
Betty Lue

Let Go When You are Complete

To leave too early is to leave unfinished healing and growth.
To stay too long is to allow resentment, guilt or hurt to interfere with love and creativity.
Often we leave one relationship or situation only to recreate it again in a new form.
Rule of thumb may be to stay until you cannot create new options for healing and growth.

Remember every person and circumstance is unique, so we must trust in our inner guidance.
We are on purpose when the energy is open and flowing.
We are delayed, distracted, or stuck when we feel afraid, lethargic or empty.
We must move to get the energy flowing for Good again.

Take a look at your current state.
Where can you go to feel alive?
What can you do to remember Love.
Who can you talk with to trust and value yourself?

Forgive all and only Love and blessings will remain.
Choose the highest and Best and you step forward.
Appreciate your willingness to let go and learn and you will benefit.

Be one who is willing to step forward in faith.
Change what you can change. Your attitude, your beliefs, your behavior and your self respect.
Do what works and let go of what is ineffective.
Find and follow the path of least resistance.
Give All for the Good of All and know it is Gift for Every One.

Loving you,
Betty Lue

Management or Control

All of us are in the business of either managing or controlling others, whether friends, partners, employees, children, parents, teachers, helping professional and ourselves.

To manage others well is to identify their unique needs, attitude, emotions and motivations.
When we understand what inspires, encourages and supports the other's happiness, health and self worth, we can offer helpful tools and techniques which benefit them.
To do this we must step out of our comfort zone, put our own needs aside and listen to what works for them. This is loving. This is being truly helpful. This is being an effective change agent.

When we apply what works for us to others without considering their unique needs, we often find ourselves in a position of challenging, controlling or demanding from others and meeting resistance.
This comes from putting our comfort, our needs and ideas first without fully understanding or considering the other. Often when we are busy, we neglect to take the time or space to really care. We simply do the selfish or expedient thing and demand our way.

To determine whether we are managing or controlling, we need only look at the results.
If the child or adult is sullen, stubborn, unhappy, angry or scared, we are being ineffective.
If the the person is cooperative, respectful, happy, appreciative and content, we are effective.

The controlling person may get results but with effort and often residual resentment or fear.
The managing person will get results with minimal effort and often appreciation and respect.

When we are in a situation or relationship where help is not wanted or needed, we may experience the difference in viewpoint. This is a time to withdraw our efforts to change the situation or the behavior.
This is a time to step back and simply trust in the process. Let go and let God.

Loving us all,
Betty Lue

Letting Go

Where we are attached to anything of this world, we may experience pain.
Where we are trusting and freeing All, we will experience Joy.
Life is a process of letting go of everything that is not Love.
Life can be fun, safe and easy, when we trust in God and freely let go.

The world teaches specialness, attachment and acquisition.
Spirit offers equanimity, release, and freedom.
God is All.
All are Love. All is of God.
Everything we need is provided.
We need do nothing nor be anything to be loved by God.

Where we make anything or anyone special, we must defend our specialness.
Where we are attached to an outcome or condition, we must preserve our need.
Where we are collecting stuff, ideas or people's approval, we must work hard to get and keep.

Once again in the symbolism of autumn, we let go…..
Let go of beliefs, stuff, wishes and people.
The life cycle allows us to try on all the seasons in nature and within our human condition.

In the winter we conserve and envision.
In the spring we plant seeds of possibility and begin again.
In the summer we enjoy the nurturing of our vision, our garden of possibility.
In the fall we harvest our crop, give gratitude for what we receive and let go of the rest.
And begin the whole cycle again, year after year.

The challenges come with each new season of our spiritual growth and understanding.
We may build our spiritual home and family, establish our place and then find in the harvest time a call to let it all go only to begin again.

What can this mean, but to find our place of healing, comfort and spiritual support and inspiration within.
Is it not time to follow our inner calling to surrender to the highest ground.

When there is an earthquake, do we wait for things to fall down around us or do we move to safety?
Where there is a flood, do we wait for a boat or helicopter or do we move to higher ground?
When we are in need of a friend, do we seek from those who are troubled or do we listen within?
When lost and alone, do we wait for a passerby or do we get still, find peace and follow inner direction?

Now is such a time.
We each one must give ourselves those healing and holy moments to be still and listen.
We all must set the highest example by asking for the Highest Good and following the way of Love.
We as a spiritual family can be the ones who lead by how we respond to the needs of the time.

Fight against nothing and no one.
Surrender only to Love.
Give the Truth we know.
And be helpful to those who ask.

This is the way of the peacemakers, the spiritual warriors, the care-givers and true friends.
This is our way, as we remember to come home to the Truth and Love within.

Betty Lue, always Loving You!

Feeling Lighter and Brighter

Getting younger by the second as I revitalize my soul.
Feeling freer minute by minute as I renew my Spirit.
Extending peace every moment as I remember peace within.
Practicing joyful celebration as I realize the gift I AM.

"I love myself the way I am. There's nothing I need to change."
These are lyrics to a reminder song to get clear lack of love is wrong.
The only mistake we ever make is when we forget to love.

Recently, I have been reawakened to the stress of trying to follow two paths.
Dancing to two different beats or listening to two directive voices.
Pleasing the people or pleasing God?
Honoring spirit within or living by the requests of others, that is the dilemma.

In doing both, alternately has left me tired in distress and dis-ease.
I am called to listen to an follow spirit.
Only this is the fun, safe and easy way for me.
When I live from this place I am innocent, trusting, creative and free.
When I try to please the people, I please no one truly, for all is compromise.

Now I am awakened, and grateful and alive again.
I am choosing to forsake the worldly path, to choose the high way.
I am lifting my mind to inspiring messages of Love and Peace and Joy.
I am noticing how distracted and distorted is my perception when I listen to egos.
I am forgiving the ways I have tried to be a servant to ego, while maintaining spiritual insight.
I am amused by my ignorance in trying to make amends, compromise and turn the other cheek.
I am awed by the instant release when I reclaim my true calling, listen within and follow.
I am truly grateful for the expansive vision of Spirit within, rather than the narrow path of humanity.

This is my release.
This is my renewal.
This is the realization of the Light within, always and ever present.
"Be not conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind."

And so it is that I begin again with God at the helm.
And to this I say, Thanks
Betty Lue, AMEN!

Remember: Letting go is fun, safe and easy, when you know only Love is real!
This is one little peace of my B’Lue Heaven.

No More War!

No more divisiveness.
No more separation.
No more fighting.
Can't we just have peace?

In my life I have experienced few times of being confronted.
My position is to hold no position.
My life is my truth.
I follow my inner guidance rather than seeking the approval of others.
I give all I have as I am guided.
I trust in Spirit within me to direct my life.
I seek to be of loving service to those around me who are open and willing.
I see the light within all creation.
I know the Love of God is our united Truth.
I honor all ways to inner Peace.
My path calls me to walk away from fighting for my way or negating others.
If there were imminent danger I would be bold in expressing myself.

Spiritual paths are many.
The goal for all is the same.
The gift we give one another is to honor our uniqueness.
The gift we receive from one another is to forgive our judgment of differences.

There is a life that I share with God.
I know and trust I am surrounded by the Love of God.
All that I give is given to myself, the One we are together.
I can do no harm nor make any mistakes when I am forgiving us all.

Life is an opportunity to show up and speak up.
Our adventures demonstrate how we need to detach to avoid pain.
When we become invested in a vision, perception, judgment or cause, we get attached.
When we let go quickly and easily, the pain is negligible and we return to love and trust.

God is.
Goodness is.
All is well.
No matter how it looks or feels in the temporal world.

Loving you and me,
Betty Lue

After a night in prayer, the Barney song keeps coming to me.
"I love you.You love me.
We're a happy family.
With a great big hug and a kiss from me to you,
Won't you say, you love me, too!"

World Day of Prayer

Let us remember we are all peacemakers.
With every thought and prayer, we can think peace and pray peace.
With every word of forgiveness and respect, we can share peace/
With every peace-making activity, we can extend peace to everyone everywhere.

Remember that our thoughts create.
Kindness begets kindness.
Forgiveness teaches forgiveness.
Love awakens more Love.

Trust that our words make a difference.
When we speak in respectful ways, others learn respect.
When we offer apologies and make amends, others soften.
When we change our tone of voice, people become more receptive.

How we live is a role model for children and seniors, friends and family.
When we live with moderation and emotional balance, everyone benefits.
When we give the best we have and treat others equally, all learn the value.
When we practice spiritual values, inspiring and being inspired, people feel our peace and joy.

There is no time better than right now to affirm in conscious prayer:
"I am a peacemaker.
I offer peace to all creation.
I give my heart and mind and life to peace on Earth and Goodwill towards All."
May it be ever so and so it is."

My peace I give to you that together we may teach peace and union,
Bless us all, EveryOne.

Letting Go with Love

The boomerang effect is in play when we let go with anger, fear, resentment, hurt and judgment.
We will often amplify that which we are trying to avoid, release and get rid of.
"What you resist, persists."
Whatever we hate, fear and judge sticks in our consciousness, until we have forgiven.

To be free we must forgive, undo and clear our emotional reactivity to that which we are releasing.

Some affirmations and positive prayer.
I am grateful for the learning from all things and everyone.
I bless you and release you to your highest Good.
I trust all is well as I forgive my judgments anger and fear.
I clear myself of all need to defend and protect myself as I recognize that I now attract only Good.
Life works for me because I am willing to do the work.
Remembering Love I return to wholeness and holiness.
God is and all is well.
I am grateful for all that has been, all that will be and for what I am now choosing in my life.
Life is a fail-safe learning laboratory. I am happy and willing to learn to love all that is.
My values are reflected in what I attract to myself.
I relinquish both negative and positive values that no longer serve my highest Good and the good for All.
I no longer give attention to that which no longer holds value for me.
Awareness with peace and neutrality is healing.
Take this from me God; it no longer serves me well.
I forgive the past, appreciate the present and trust in the future.

Enjoy your clearing undoing and releasing with gratitude and blessing.
All is well.

Forgive Us All

Anger is never justified in any form.
All things work together for Good.
Forgiveness is the key to happiness.
In my defenselessness, my safety lies.
All forgiveness is a gift to yourself.
All the world is blessed with peace through me.
All from A Course in Miracles

Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies.
Do unto to others as you would have them do unto you.
Love your brothers as your Father in Heaven loves you.
Forgive us our debts as we have forgiven our debtors.
And leave us not in temptation but deliver us from error.
From the Bible and the Lord's Prayer. (With some spirit guided translation.)

I am here only to be truly helpful.
I am here to represent Him Who sent me
I do not have to worry about what to say or do
Because He Who sent me will direct me.
I am content to be where He wishes
Knowing He goes there with me.
I will be healed as I let Him teach me to heal.
Healer's Prayer from ACIM

We are here to help and heal one another.
We are here to share the Love that sent us.
We don't have to worry about what to do
Because Love will always direct us from within.
We are happy to be wherever Love wishes
Knowing that Love is always present and prevailing.
We are healed and remember our Holiness
As we let Love teach us to see only healing and Holiness.
Betty Lue's translation of the ACIM prayer above.

There is only Love and the call for Love.
There is only Abundance and the cry for experiencing Abundance.
Are we not responsible for teaching others how to be healthy, happy and loving.
Are we not able to give what we have to sustain others trust in our Goodness,
so they will be receptive to learn from what we have learned.

Is there a limit to what God can give?
Is there a need to kill our enemies?
Is there a need to avoid what Jesus, Martin Luther King and Ghandi and other great ones have asked?
Is there a time when we need to lay down our past, forgive ourselves and give our best?

Yes, we are afraid. We have been carefully and consistently taught.
Is this not an assault on against spiritual law?
Are we not doing exactly what our terrified brothers are doing?
Are they not scared of being killed and controlled, raped and plundered of their ways?
Are they not foolishly distorting their spiritual teachings for their own ends?

Islam "None of you is a believer until he desires for his brother what he desires for himself."
Christianity "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you."
Buddhism "Hurt not others in ways that you yourself would find harmful."
Baha'i "Blessed is he who preferreth his brother before himself."
Judaism "What is hateful to you, do not do to your fellowman."
That is the entire Law, all the rest is commentary."
Hinduism "Do not to another what is disagreeable to yourself."
North American Indian "In the beginning were the instructions.
They are to love and respect all living creatures and Mother Earth."

Choose what is loving and you will find great and lasting Peace within.

Forgive All in All Ways

Let yourself give.
Love is the way.
To brighten your day.

Life is a school.
Where only love can rule.
All else is folly.
Distraction and Distress.
One way to find safety.
In love alone we can rest.
The tactics of hate serve not one.
They separate us all from Source.
You know what Fear is like.
You know when Love is found.
You know your life is blessed.
When you put your fears to rest.
Send peace to the scary ones.
They are scared just like you.
Send peace to the wounded ones.
They seek to live in Trust again.
Send peace to the darkened minds.
In peace there is light to be found.
Send peace to the protectors ad defenders.
They too are scared and need our gratitude.

Give what God has given you.
You will remember what is True.
This world has forgotten what heals us all.
We are one, we and them.
We are One in God.

Betty Lue, remembering and reminding us to Love.

We are All One!

"We are here to awaken from the illusion of our separateness." Thich Nhat Hanh

This is an important time for each one of us to remember to "serve us", the Greater One.
Service is as natural as breathing for those who were born into a culture of service.
We saw, felt, experienced and learned how to serve and be served.
Serving the server was just as valuable as being served.

Every time we give a blessing to any one, all are blessed.
When anyone is healed, we all receive the healing.
When a child is loved and nurtured well, humanity benefits.
A small act of kindness ripples loving kindness reminders to all.

What can you do to reawaken from our fear-based selfishness?
How can we forgive the fear of being used?
Can we forgive withholding love because we were busy or tired?
Are we ready to open our hearts to giving more than money?

What are some natural and practical ways to serve?
Say a prayer for someone.
Remember to say thank you to everyone who serves.
Write notes of appreciation for every gift, every kindness.
Call up the person you are thinking about calling.
Give a hand to the person struggling with heavy packages.
Offer to do an errand for your neighbor who is ill.
Bring some home-baked cookies to the person who just moved in.
Greet little children with a smile and friendly voice.
Open the door for you elders.
Tip your waiters by handing them the tip with your sincere gratitude.
Begin and end phone calls with a friendly and respectful voice.
Volunteer at your local hospital, school, community center or church.
Give someone an unexpected gift of time, energy or creativity.
Bring together a group of people who will benefit by knowing one another.
Contribute to charities and organizations where the money goes for the cause.
Speak and dress and behave respectfully in all circumstances.
Move away from confrontation and conflict.
Take impeccable care of your own happiness and health to better serve all.
Expect nothing directly from you service, but know the world is blessed by giving.

Yes, we all are on this earth together.
We are here to love one another.
As we wash away our errors of separation, blame and guilt, we will see.
There is only One Son of God.
There is only One Song to be sung.
Only One Voice to be heard.
Only One hand to be held.
We are One together in Love,
Betty Lue

Appreciation and Open-Mindedness

We cannot know God nor Truth, until we experience full appreciation and open-mindedness.

When we lose our Selves in pettiness and problems, we forsake our inner peace.
When we are lost in self-indulgent tears and fears, we relinquish our spiritual inheritance.
When we find ourselves judging and complaining, we are attacking our limitlessness.
When we declare we are helpless and hopeless in our longings, we have closed our minds to God.

The fast track to goodness is full appreciation of All That Is Good.
The quick route to Wholeness is being willing to see only Holiness.
The fun way to reclaim the Truth of our Being is honoring the limitless within.

Let us begin today to look for the Good in all things.
Let us seek to be open to the beauty and kindness within.
Let us seek to see beyond the temporal illusions of body, space and time.
Let us full enjoy exactly where we are and what we are doing the for Gift that we give.

Every smile symbolizes the warmth of the sun.
Every word can offer the wisdom of masters.
Every song can reclaim the music of angels.
Every sunrise and sunset reminds us of eternity.

Let us give full appreciation to all that is and open our minds to the wisdom within.

We need to lift our Spirit's with the choice to begin right now.
Take a walk.
Sing a song.
Breathe a sigh.
Say a prayer.
Write a note.
Share a hug.
Take some time.
Give your cares and worries to God.

Blessed be,
Your ever-loving ME

Make the Most of Your Time

Why not live life to the fullest?
Why not use the resources you have well?
Why not experience abundant living by living abundantly?
Why not make the most of your time, talents and treasures?

Give to the Source of your Good.
Give to what fulfills and inspires you.
Give to what brings health, happiness and peace of mind.
Give to what reminds you of Who You Really Are.

What really matters to you?
What fills you with joy?
What lifts your spirits?
What gives you energy?

These are the ways to support yourself.
These are the things that make life worthwhile.'
This is the real reward in life.
This is how to nourish, nurture and support your whole Self.

When your life is filled with meaningful moments, relationships and activities, you are fulfilled.
When your path is enlightened with blessings, miracles and holy encounters, you are inspired.
When you mind is focused on gratitude and love for what is happening right now, you are encouraged.
When your memories are of the many gifts, both given and received, you are content.

Making the most of our time is choosing how we spend it.
Making the most of our life is choosing how we give it.
Making the most of our talents is choosing how to utilize them.
Making the most of our treasures is choosing with whom to share them.

Give to those who value what you give.
Create what is good and wholesome for all.
Offer what will be a blessing for those who have asked.
Listen within and follow the path that is guided by inspiration and Spirit.

Life is a joy and a gift worth living and giving.
Blessed be,
Betty Lue

It is so good to remember the first moments of discovery and mastery!

Without Forgiveness

"Without forgiveness, I will still be blind." ACIM Lesson 245

We cannot see what really is until we have forgiven.
We are judging what we do not really see.
All of us are disabled by lack of sight.
Everyone who is judging anything is blind to the Good that Is.

I am willing to forgive everything and everyone all the time.
I am willing to let go of my limited beliefs and faulty thinking.
I want to see things differently.
About all else I am determined to see the God, the Good.

Forgiveness is erasing the darkness, distortions and distractions in my mind.
Forgiveness is clearing the block of guilty and fear, hurt and resentment in my heart.
Forgiveness is undoing the contraction, tension, pain and dis-ease in my body.
Forgiveness is the spiritual eraser, the cosmic cleanser, the disease dispenser.

I forgive simply because I choose to be free.
I forgive because I want to be happy.
I forgive because I seek only Goodness and Love.
I forgive because when I am healed I am healing my world.

Let us together pray for the willingness to let go and be Present in Love.
Let us together give thanks for the gift of forgiveness which allows us to save ourselves.
Let us together remember that all are our brothers and sisters, created by the same Creator.
Let us together celebrate our freedom and trust in our Love, the Love of God.

Now it the time.
We are the Ones.

Bless us all everyone.
Betty Lue

So Thankful for You!

If you have chosen to be on this Loving Reminders email list, I trust you are on my support team.
And for this I am grateful.

Life has a way of showing us who we are, where we are and why we are together.
When we show up in the same place sharing the same information, it means something.

We are all in this together.
We are the same in some way.
We are all on the planet right now.
We are sharing and caring with one another here.

Where you think of me, I am benefited by your blessings.
Where I think of you, you are touched by my thoughts.
Where we are joined in love and respect for one another, All Good comes for all.
Where we remember the Love we are and extend it, we are awakening our World to Love.

I love you.
I trust your path and free you to choose your way without my interference.
You love me.
You trust me to choose my words and support my freedom to share my values and guidance.

This is Love, the way God is loving us with trust and freedom.
We receive the guidance we need to find the highest way of learning, healing and growing.
When we are listening and Love lead the Way, life is fun, safe and easy.
When we forget or follow our own way, we may meet obstacles of stress, struggle and strife.

I am so grateful to have the privilege to be with you everyday in this way.
You inspire me. You encourage me. You give me purpose and reason for being.

I am loving you,
True B'lue

Ignore, Respond, React, Avoid?

Do you really see how different we all are from one another?
Is there acceptance or even tolerance of our vast differences?
Can we exist in peace with those who think, act, speak unlike us?
Is there room on this planet for all the flavors, colors and ideas of God?

How do we deal with our misunderstandings and disagreements/
Do we ignore them?
Do we respond by seeking common ground?
Do we react with fear and anger?
Do we provoke conflict and upset?
Do we avoid those who are different?
Do we live and work only with those who are like-minded?

These are interesting questions to be reflected upon.
My usual response to myself and those who ask of me is:
Find the place in which you can continue to be respectful and kind.
If separation is needed to be respectful and kind, then maintain distance.
If conversation is needed to grow into understanding, then find a respectful way to converse;
Ie. in writing, phone, in person or with a mediator.
If we are emotional, reactive, angry or afraid, all perception and communication is distorted.
The Truth will not be perceived or received.

Make the choice that brings you Peace.
In Peace you will find the Love within.
In finding Love, you will know God.
In knowing God, you will love all.

Let there be Peace on Earth and let it begin in me.
Let there be Peace in my home and let it begin with me.
Let there be church in my workplace, and let it begin with me.
Let there be peace in my life and let me give it to me.

In peace, bless us All, everyone,
Betty Lue

Rest in Love

Tomorrow I am speaking on "Rest in God" at the Home of Truth Spiritual Center.
The Course in Miracles says, "Rest in God and protect your rest by loving."

We can work and rest.
We can play and rest.
We can create and rest.
We can relate and rest.

To rest in God means merely to remember everything is God and everything is Good.
To rest in God means to remember God is Love and Love is All.
To rest in God means we can know we are safe everywhere because God is always with us.
To rest in God means wherever we are, God Is and All Is Well.

To the ego, learned personality, human self, resting is sleeping, relaxing, doing little or nothing.
To Spirit, Higher Self, "Godlette" that we are, resting is remembering only Love prevails.

Attack thoughts beget fear of attack.
Angry words create fear of retaliation.
Judgments set us up for being anxious about being judged.
Efforting to do things right or seeking approval intiates the fear of disapproval.

Loving thoughts beget Love both given and received.
Kind words create more kindness and compassion in our world.
Forgiveness sets us up for being forgiven and at peace.
Trusting all is well as Good works through us creates more fun, safe and easy living.

We can rest assured in the Peace of God by being loving.
Love is the way we walk in gratitude.
Only love prevails, when the illusion is dissolved in the healing power of forgiving prayer.

When I We) make the mistake of being upset, frightened, judgmental, angry and hurt,
I (We) can quickly and easily give it all to God in faithful prayer that is will be used for the Good of All.
When humanity makes mistakes, which we do as we learn, we can ask for divine guidance,
forgive our errors and step away from guilt and fear and offer our gratitude that God will use all things for Good.

I rest my case in resting in and on the Love of God.

So be it..As I know All is well!
Betty Lue
