Circles of Influence

Affirmations:
I choose peace instead of this.
I trust I am enough.
I see all things with forgiving eyes.
Light reveals and Love heals.

Circles of Influence

You are the center of your circle of influence.
In you there is energy radiating from you to influence those around you.
Consider the influence you choose to extend to others
It is by your thoughts, your words and your interactions that you teach others.

Consider from what you see and feel, hear and know, that you extend your influence.
When you influence yourself in the ways of your choosing, you will observe what is radiating from you.
We each must tend to our own inner life to come to a place of sincere integrity and live our best Self.
When we are showing up as one who is authentic and consistent, others will be moved and inspired.

Always begin within.
Be at one, united with your whole self.
Live in peace and tend to your own thoughts, words and deeds.
Be aware of how you are influencing yourself and with how you live everyday.

Imagine there are no secret thoughts or activities.
Imagine that everyone is receiving your imaginings, your judgments and hidden activities.
Imagine that you are projecting and teaching your world with what you think, say and do.
Imagine that you are leading us all to see and believe what you are emanating.

Imagine your world is being influenced by you and what you want us to believe.
Let us begin to take responsibility for how we live and what we share.
Let’s recognize we have a circle of influence, which is ours to contribute to daily.
Let us begin to influence ourselves always with what we seek to learn and experience.

We are taught, imprinted, seduced and programed by the world around us.
We can delete, undo, forgive, deny and transform whatever we choose.
When we see, feel, receive anything that is not of value, we can choose again.
Our responsibility it to conscientiously transfer on what we see benefits.

We can learn to discern.
We can undo what is untrue.
We can change our mind.
We can breathe and release.

Allow what you value.
Contribute what is good.
Let go and flow what heals.
Influence what benefits all.

Be grateful for what influences our world in positive ways.
Reinforce what you know is good.
Amplify the ways you influence those around you.
Notice and enjoy all that is good, healthy and life-giving to our world.

Loving you and all of us as we learn together.

Please

Affirmations:
I please myself when I am happy.
I am a pleasure to others when I please myself.
I observe and learn how to please myself and others daily.
I encourage us all to be happy everyday in every way.

Do What Pleases You.

Do what pleases you and pleases those you love.
Do what brings you Joy and brings joy to others.
Do what makes you smile and offers smiles to others.
This is Loving and Life Giving for All.

How do you know what gives you pleasure?
What makes you smile?
What makes your heart sing?
What inspires your life?

Sometimes the Light diminishes and you forget.
At times there are dark clouds or foggy days.
Problems and challenges may distract you.
Remember to look for the ”delight” in your life.

Who do you love to please?
Do you feed others with depression or joy?
Are you aware of your influence on those around you?
How do you create more happiness in your life?

Life can be simple with peace and happiness.
Life can be complicated with conflicts and complaints.
We can give what we long to have and hold.
Or we can neglect and ignore what is most important to us.

The Choice is ours.
When we confuse what seems to be with the riches we desire, we get lost.
When we awaken to what is really good and joy-filled, we find our way again.
There is such ‘simplicity’ beneath the distracting ‘apparency’ for us to regain.

Return to the feelings of wholeness, goodness and gratitude.
Open the heart to observing and serving what is Good for all.
Align the mind with what is kind and helpful and true.
Join with OneSelf and seek only what bring Joy.

What pleases us will please others when we are honest.
What heals us will heal others when we share the wholeness.
What inspires us will inspire others when we live with our joy.
What prospers us will prosper others when we are generous in our giving.

Our best is always best for others, because we are related.
When we live with our authentic inner truth, we are connected.
As we join with ourselves, our families, our communities, we realize our gift is the best we have.
Let us deny none of our blessings, and celebrate all the Goodness we recognize.

Life is Good when we live our highest and best NOW.
Betty Lue

“And the people stayed home. And read books, and listened and rested, and exercised, and made art and played games, and learned new ways of being, and were still. And listened more deeply. Some meditated, some prayed, some danced. Some met their shadows. And the people began to think differently. And the people healed. And in the absence of people living in ignorant, dangerous, mindless and heartless ways, the earth began to heal. And when the danger passed, and the people joined together again, they grieved their losses and made new choices, and dreamed new images and created new ways to live and heal earth fully, as they had been healed.”

CHOICE

Affirmations:
I am safe when I remember to Love.
I trust my inner guidance to show me the way to be most helpful.
I am present with my sincere commitment to love no matter what.
I forgive myself for neglecting to honor me and my way to respond with Love..

How Do You Treat What is Wrong?

Is everything OK with you?
Are you still believing in Love?
Do you trust that people will learn?
Where do you heal from what is fearful?

My primary questions of myself:
What can I do to be effective and helpful?
How can I find my center and maintain my peace?
How does being angry and afraid help anyone?

I begin with education.
What can I learn?
What may be the underlying motivation?
What creates fear and emotional reactions?

How can I listen and learn?
What is my motivation for wanting to be helpful?
Is my calling to judge and blame or learn and teach?
What can I learn and do to begin within?

Can I provide answers?
Am I here to calm the fear and anger?
Is my place to reject and condemn?
Where am I called to listen and counsel?

Each one of us has a calling for which we must listen within.
Each one must deal with the insanity, illness, poverty of spirit we experience.
Each one of us must have the courage to change what we can and accept what we cannot.
We are here to learn how to deal with what appears to be before us.

Let us be present and learn to listen and understand what we can.
We are here to choose our path and our way to peace and love.

Loving us all as we choose.

SERENITY PRAYER
- Reinhold Niebuhr (1892-1971)

God grant me the serenity
to accept the things I cannot change;
courage to change the things I can;
and wisdom to know the difference.

Living one day at a time;
enjoying one moment at a time;
accepting hardships as the pathway to peace;
taking, as He did, this sinful world
as it is, not as I would have it;
trusting that He will make all things right
if I surrender to His Will;
that I may be reasonably happy in this life
and supremely happy with Him
forever in the next.
Amen.

Enjoy!

Affirmations:
I choose to enjoy my whole life.
I prefer learning from everyone and everything.
I love the life I have chosen for myself.
My thoughts, words and activities reflect my enjoyment.

Enjoy What You Do

Enjoy what you do and it will work for you!
Hate, resist and resent what you do and it won’t work for you.
When you love what you are doing, it will be fun, safe and easy.
When you don’t like what you do, it may be unfun, unsafe and difficult.

Enjoying is a choice.
Happiness is a choice.
Joy is a choice.
Gratitude is a choice.

Dislike is learned.
Unhappiness is taught.
We choose how we see what we see.
We can choose to see things differently.

Children copy parents.
Friends copy friends.
Associations tend to create similar beliefs.
Families often choose similar experiences.

When born into a happy, curious and appreciative family, children tend to be the same.
When born into an unhappy, fearful and ungrateful family, children tend to be the same.
To change our original programming, we must forgive and undo the past and choose again.
To clear away limiting beliefs and false programs, we can forgive, erase and delete.

Enjoy what you do.
Use positive languaging.
Forgive negative thoughts and words.
Change your attitude and you change your mind.

Put a smile on your face each morning.
Greet yourself in the mirror with a smile.
Give your best self to your partner and children.
What you give to others, you will receive and reinforce in yourself.

Life reflects what we send out to others.
The attitude will share will be seen in our perceptions.
Our words are heard by others, as well as by ourselves.
We hear sounds with our own interpretation of enjoyment or judgment.

To enjoy what you do, make up your mind to choose joy.
To enjoy what you do, choose it with open-hearted gratitude.
To enjoy what you do, forgive all negative thinking.
To enjoy what you do, see it with pleasure and appreciation.

Turn your thoughts to love and appreciation.
Turn your life over to joy and inspiration.
Turn your eyes to wondrous and beautiful sights
Turn your words to beholding the enjoying what is.

Enjoying loving me and you with everything I say and do.

Self- Healing

Affirmations:
Love is the way to lie in gratitude.
When we are healed, we are not healed alone.
Life is for giving, and I am the gift.
I remember love and return to wholeness.

Self- Healing

Currently we are needing  to take a “Self Healing” sabbatical.
When I don’t write and send Loving Reminders, it is because I am not remembering my true Self.
When I am unable to be with my Higher Self, I cannot remember myself with Love.
When I am not fully present, how can I remember our authenticity and inner truth?

Everyday life is filled with forgetting what is true and whole and loving.
When I am distracted by physical pain, illness or mental distraction, I forget.
I know when I am conscious what I need and how to remind myself of greater Good.
When I (We) lose our way, we must create reminders and wakeup calls.

“Bodies do what bodies do.” is what Robert, my partner, reminds me.
When I think I am a body, I allow the body to define me.
I see my body as limited and interfering with my higher intention.
I may simply need to press the “reset” button and awaken the Truth!

Thanks for loving anyone who is not loving.
Thanks for loving yourself when you have forgotten to love.
Thanks for showing us all how to love ourselves when we are sick.
Thanks for always loving everyone all the time, including yourself.

The fastest way to remember love is through forgiveness here.
The simplest way to remember to love is by choosing to love no matter what.
The easiest way to remember love is to take the time to eliminate fear and lack of love.
Our work is to constantly choose to love ourselves in everyway we know.

Yes, the physical choices we make all matter.
The body is our vehicle through which we communicate and serve with love.
The body is ours to love and care for to enable us to create more love and goodness.
The body is a tool with which we can create, build, serve and express love in the world.

Use your body well to live well and love well.
I am resting and renewing my physical, mental and spiritual self.
I am staying quiet and listening within to my inner guidance.
I am trusting my body to do its healing with my loving co-operation.

We can all give ourselves to love.
We can delete and forgive what is fearful.
We can have faith in our reason for being.
We can do our holy and healing work daily to remember.

I am loving you and me to be all we are here to be.
Thank you for joining with me in peace and trust and love.

Many in One

Affirmations:
I am playing my part and learning to Love more.
I live in the awareness I am You and You are me.
Learning is fun, safe and easy, when we stop judging.
Life is my University and I am always a student.

Many In One.

You are One.
And yet you are many.
You are created in Love as Love to be loving.
And you may not see yourself as always Loving.

So, what of these various personality expressions?
Sometimes angry, judgmental, impatient and easily frustrated?
Sometimes apologetic, compassionate, caring and accepting?
Sometimes fearful, forgetting, uncertain and full of doubt?

And do you remember what is true about you?
Are you aware of how to clear the emotional changes?
Has hunger, fatigue and pain affected your emotional reactions?
How do you change from emotional reaction to loving response?

Are there many personalities in you?
Or are there aspects of self you have learned?
Have you incorporated what is expected?
Can you sort out the essential essence of Who You Truly Are?

We have the choice to be what is familiar and acceptable.
We can choose the part we play on each stage of life.
Some behave mature when they are young
Some may behave childlike when they are older.

You may find in certain settings you take on different personalities.
You may play different parts at home with family vs when seen in public
Personality changes and emotional reactions are a choice when self-aware.
And we can alter what parts we show as preferred to serve our needs.

I play many parts of humanity.
I can see my mother and father, my child self and my wise elder.
I can choose to be a fair witness to the ways I am expressing and emoting.
When I get lost in my part as does an actor, I may totally forget who I Am.

We are all actors on the stage of life.
We reveal ourselves when we feel safe.
As we heal past wounds, we awaken.
As we awaken, we are able to choose and change.

We learn as we go, allowing ourselves to forgive and accept many differences.
As we see and feel things differently, we openly feel more accepting and allowing.
In our tolerance, patience and open0mindedness we  trust more in Love within us all.
Let us make way for what is revealing and healing and showing more acceptance for all.

Always learning to see more truly and love more dearly and be the Love I Am.
