Affirmations:
I am safe when I remember to Love.
I trust my inner guidance to show me the way to be most helpful.
I am present with my sincere commitment to love no matter what.
I forgive myself for neglecting to honor me and my way to respond with Love..
How Do You Treat What is Wrong?
Is everything OK with you?
Are you still believing in Love?
Do you trust that people will learn?
Where do you heal from what is fearful?
My primary questions of myself:
What can I do to be effective and helpful?
How can I find my center and maintain my peace?
How does being angry and afraid help anyone?
I begin with education.
What can I learn?
What may be the underlying motivation?
What creates fear and emotional reactions?
How can I listen and learn?
What is my motivation for wanting to be helpful?
Is my calling to judge and blame or learn and teach?
What can I learn and do to begin within?
Can I provide answers?
Am I here to calm the fear and anger?
Is my place to reject and condemn?
Where am I called to listen and counsel?
Each one of us has a calling for which we must listen within.
Each one must deal with the insanity, illness, poverty of spirit we experience.
Each one of us must have the courage to change what we can and accept what we cannot.
We are here to learn how to deal with what appears to be before us.
Let us be present and learn to listen and understand what we can.
We are here to choose our path and our way to peace and love.
Loving us all as we choose.

SERENITY PRAYER
- Reinhold Niebuhr (1892-1971)
God grant me the serenity
to accept the things I cannot change;
courage to change the things I can;
and wisdom to know the difference.
Living one day at a time;
enjoying one moment at a time;
accepting hardships as the pathway to peace;
taking, as He did, this sinful world
as it is, not as I would have it;
trusting that He will make all things right
if I surrender to His Will;
that I may be reasonably happy in this life
and supremely happy with Him
forever in the next.
Amen.
