Integrity

Integrity is keeping your word.
Integrity is following your heart.
Integrity is being true to You.
Integrity is honoring your authentic Self.
Integrity is aligning with your values.
Integrity is living a principle-centered life.
Integrity is being centered, balanced and grounded life.
Integrity is knowing and living the Truth you know.

Integrity is the key to happiness, health, harmony and living in love.
When you are living in integrity with your true values, you are content.
When you are choosing what is in integrity with your beliefs, you feel good.
When you are honoring what really matters to you, you will be at peace and in Love.

Integrity provides only strength, courage and faith.
When you are living in integrity you are not vulnerable to emotional highs and lows.
When you are trusting, respecting and honoring yourself, you are invulnerable.
When you are loving yourself everyday in everyway, you feel whole, happy and free.

Integrity is learned through trial and error.
When you are don’t keep your agreements with Self and others, you feel guilty.
When you follow someone else and compromise your values, you may feel dishonorable and guilty.
When you seek outside approval and don’t listen to your heart, you lose confidence with yourself.

Integrity erases our fears and upsets, self consciousness and hesitation.
When we are living our life with our values and following our heart, we are strong, capable and happy.
When we are listening within no one and nothing can dissuade us from living our dreams.
When we are trusting, respecting and supporting our selves we are powerful and capable of success.

Integrity is being honorable and honest in all relationships at all times.
When we are honest with ourselves and others, we have no secrets, no withholds and do no harm.
When we are honorable in all our relationships, we respect everyone’s right to live true to their values.
When we are wholly in alignment with what is ours to do and be and have and live, we encourage others.

Integrity is Freedom.
When we live true to our values and calling, we feel free to explore, discover, create and enjoy.
When we are centered and balanced, no one and nothing can harm us.
When we are living the Truth we know from within, we are free to be Who We Are.

Fear comes from the vulnerability of being out of integrity.
Weakness and insecurity come from not living, doing and speaking your Truth.
Depression and unhappiness result from forsaking your self to live for another.
Low Self esteem and confusion come from denying yourself and not listening within.
Anger and resentment come from feeling guilty about not honoring our inner Truth.
Conflict and confusing come from listening to other’s opinions and truths rather than your own.

Let us live true to ourselves.
Know thyself.
Be true to yourself.
Heal your Self.
And so it is, an inside job!
Betty Lue.

Love Your Home?

(Below are some positive principles of how your home enhances or depletes your life.)

Is your home a place to rest?
Is your home a sanctuary?
Is your home in order?
Is your home a happy loving place for you?

Home is where the heart is.
A Man’s home is his castle.
Home is where we rejuvenate to go out into the world again.
Home is a safe place for all the family to gather.

Is your home is your favorite place to be?
Is your home filled with peace and harmony?
Is your home a place of respect and love?
Is your home a symbol of all you live and work for?

If not, it is time to make changes.
For some creating a place of safety and beauty and kindness turns their lives around.
For others, simply setting house rules for everyone builds harmonious and respectful relationships.
And for you, creating a safe peaceful and orderly space all your own may create more prosperity.

What does it take to change things?
What does it cost to rearrange things?
How hard can it be to undo things?
The results far outweigh the work!

Does everyone in your home have a private place to be and put their things?
Do you all feel safe in your home where you will not be hurt or attacked emotionally or physically?
Do you know where your things are and feel they will be respected by everyone?
Are you sure you can rest or have quiet and privacy when you need it?

Do you participate in maintaining and improving the quality of your home?
Do you feel chaos or peace when you walk in the door?
Do you bring good energy with you when you come home?
Are you willing to leave any negative energy outside the home?

How do you like to be greeted when you come home?
What do you want to see when you arrive?
Is you bedroom a sanctuary, a place of quiet and rest?
Do you eat in a place that creates good choices, good digestion and full appreciation?

Are you willing to be the one to make positive changes?
Are you open to offering help to others to keep the family living area in order?
Do you provide positive energy with appreciation and happy attitude?
Are you helpful, respectful and cooperative with others in the family?

Everyone in the home contributes to its energy, cleanliness, harmony and peace.
Each person copies, learns, mirrors others’ energy.
It only takes one to begin the positive changes.
You can be the difference you want to see.

Blessing you with loving reminders,
Betty Lue
(I am also a Feng Shui teacher and consultant when needed.)

When there is light in the soul, there is beauty in the person.
When there is beauty in the person, there is harmony in the home.
When there is harmony in the home, there is honor in the nation.
When there is honor in the nation, there is peace in the world.
Chinese Proverb

Basic Principles of Feng Shui

Everything is alive with vital energy, or Chi
All of the people, places and things that make up our world are have life energy. The things that surround you are alive with the associations, thoughts, memories and judgments (positive or negative) which you hold about them.  This energy can either enhance your personal Chi or drain it. Since everything is talking to you all the time, make sure they have nice things to say.

Your home (or environment) is a direct extension of you.
Where you live and who and what you surround yourself with is a reflection of your thoughts, your values, your choices and your being. The energy of your home or workplace (and each room within it) has immediate and continuing effects on your sense of well-being, your self-esteem and your health. It is impossible to disconnect your energy from the energy of your environment so it is valuable to use these connections in positive and supportive ways.
The Chi in everything is always changing.
The one constant in our world is change. It is important to harmonize the ongoing changes inside yourself with supportive changes in your environment. With consciousness and choice, you can also use changes in your external environment to initiate and support desired changes in yourself.

Practical Feng Shui

Live with what you love.
If you love something and it nourishes you (physically, mentally, emotionally or spiritually), keep it. If you don’t really love something or have an important use for it, let it go. Guilt, duty, habit or obligation are no reason to hold on to something you don’t really want. Set your energy free from maintaining or focusing on things which are not life enhancing.

Let go of environmental constipation.
Look around you and see what your home is telling you about yourself. Most homes need to be decluttered. Each of us has our own ideal level of “environmental stimulation”. Beyond that, we need to move things through our environment and out the door on a regular basis, just like in our bodies. This creates an enormous freedom of energy which has been wasted on distraction and lack of natural and easy organization.

Express your creativity.
Create an environment in which you are supported in expressing yourself. Creativity of any kind expands and strengthens your vital Chi. Make sure you have at least one room or space in your environment which fosters your full, free, fun and spontaneous expression–which stimulates and inspires you to expand and grow yourself.

Beginner’s Checklist
To enhance the health, harmony, happiness, success and prosperity in your lives, practice the basic creative solutions suggested below to benefit you and your family, your home and your business.

1.  Clear the clutter
Remove everything you no longer need. Clear closets, drawers, corners, under beds, in basements and attics and storage areas including cars, garages and file cabinets.  This is an affirmation of a new healthy and creative beginning for you.  It will energize you and create  more of everything you really want! Everything you own, owns a piece of your energy.

2.  Increase the light
Create more light, both natural and through indirect lighting.  Change light bulbs, increase wattage, open curtains and blinds, add more lighting with spotlights and halogens and under counter fluorescents.  With more light you are more awake and enlightened in your relationships and your choices!

3.  Create loving reminders
What you see and hear reminds you of how to feel, what to think and do.  So eliminate negative, dark, depressing, work or pain-oriented  paintings, posters, or photos.  Make sure you have welcoming and relaxing reminders in the entry, positive relationship reminders in your bedroom, congenial reminders in family or living room, appetizing reminders in your kitchen and dining room.  What you love will love and inspire you!

Don’t Quit On Your Dreams!

Have you compromised your values?
Have you quit on living your dreams?
Have you stopped wishing for what you long for?
Have you stepped away from being your true Self?

When we compromise in order to fit, we diminish ourselves.
When we neglect our own needs to serve others, we being to die.
When we break our own heart by saving others, we live in grief.
When we stop being true to what is ours to do, we take away from the Greater Good.

Sacrifice means to make sacred.
When we live an inspired and sacred life, we give up nothing and gain everything.
When we give ourselves the “best”, we set others free to give and be and do their best.
When we learn to think, speak and act by our own values and inner call, we inspire others.

Live like there is no tomorrow.
Give like you know who you are.
Enjoy every moment like an innocent child.
Express the song of joy in your heart.

Our culture may seem to encourage wasting and wanting.
Our world may tempt us to drown our self neglect in addiction.
Our family may teach us to look good and win at all costs.
Our providers may show how to ignore our problems and pain.

When we get real, we know how we feel.
When we express what we feel, we can find the separation from Self.
When we realize how we are betraying and unfaithful to ourselves, we can choose again.
When we choose again, we can reclaim our innocent, self respecting honor for Self.

Let us stop ignoring the obvious.
Let us stop masking the pain.
Let us stop making excuses.
Our Authenticity and Dignity we reclaim.

Listen and write down, what principles you live by.
Be clear with yourself about what needs to be  undone.
Stop waiting to complete the unfinished projects.
Keep your promises with yourself and everyone.

Take some time to remember your hopes and dreams.
Be aware of the life purpose you hold for yourself.
Give direction to each day by remembering your ideals.
Live with gratitude and enjoyment to be happy and free.

Loving you,

All Relationships Call for Love

When will the relationship end?
Has Love died or have you shut it out?
Are you at peace when you think of the other?
Do you know how to complete each day with kindness and respect?

We complete each relationship or issue in life, when we are at peace.
We have mastered every difficulty, when we are no longer afraid.
We can move on, when we are content with our part.
We have healed whatever is wounded, when we Love again.

In relationships we talk about falling in love and out of love.
In relationships we refer to love/ hate connection.
In relationships we make some people special good and some special bad.
When we can simply be Love in all relationships, we are at peace.

Resistance to simply being kind and respectful indicates lack of forgiveness.
The need to never see, hear or relate to another is a sign of being hateful and afraid.
The desire to hurt, resent or withhold love from another shows a lack completion.
When we are complete in any relationship, we have mastered the lessons of forgiveness and love.

Sometimes we have high expectations for other and are disappointed.
Sometimes we believe we need to stay together no matter what the cost.
Sometimes we wait until we are so hurt or offended we cannot forgive.
Sometimes we keep trying the same thing over and over hoping things will change.
Sometimes we grow as individuals and need to let go of the relationship.
Sometimes we foster dependencies and then resent the neediness.
Sometimes we feel cheated by the lack of intimacy, appreciation and support.
Sometimes we stop feeling the connection, because one has outgrown the other.

There are many reasons for choosing to let go of a marriage, friendship or family relationship.
There may be a need for space, personal growth, healing and for moving on with other relationships.
There may be a desire to care for oneself, to travel, to mature, to eliminate addictive habits.
No matter what the reason, there is never a reason to stop loving, respecting and being kind.

When you are wanted, respond with Love.
When you are needed, respond with Love.
When you are resented, respond with Love.
When you are rejected, respond with Love.

Love is not clinging or dependency.
Love is not worry or concern.
Love is not sacrifice and martyrdom.
Love is allowing harm or abuse.

Love is freedom and trust.
Love is freeing oneself to be fully self loving and affirming.
Love is trusting oneself to be guided from within by what is inspiring and fulfilling.
To make oneself happy and at peace yields happiness and peaceful in all relationships.

Let us stop blaming anyone for not fully loving ourselves.
The more I love, trust and free myself, the more I love trust and free others.
The more I love, trust and free myself, the more others love, trust and free me.
The more I love, trust and free myself, the more others love, trust and free themselves.

Bless us all for healing our relationship with ourselves.
Betty Lue

LOVE
There is no difficulty that enough love will not conquer;
No disease that enough love will not heal;
No door that enough love will not open;
No gulf that enough love will not bridge;
No wall that enough love will not throw down;
No sin that enough love will not redeem.

 It makes no difference
how deeply seated may be the trouble,
How hopeless the outlook,
How muddled the tangle,
How great the mistake.
A sufficient realization of love will dissolve it all.

If only you could love enough, you would be the happiest
and most powerful being in the world.

Giving Is Receiving

When you want to have more love, give everyone more love.
When you want more respect, respect all others more respect.
When you want more appreciation, give more appreciation.
When you to experience more beauty, contribute more beauty.

When we receive what we give, we have.
When we believe that we give away, we lose.
When we appreciate what we give, we have more to give.
When we appreciate what we receive, we have more to appreciate.

Until you practice these truths in your everyday life, you may not believe.
Until you give up mistaken beliefs, this may not seem so easy.
Until we forgive old attitudes and behaviors, this may be misunderstood.
Life is a learning Exploratorium to discover the truths that work.

What you give, you receive.
What you sow, you reap.
What goes around, comes around.
What you do to others, will be done unto you.

When we give ,we are blessed by the opportunity to give.
When we create Good, we are gifted by the Goodness we create.
When we serve another, we participate in what “serves us” = “service”.
When we contribute through thoughts, feelings, words, beliefs, attitudes and behavior is our gift.

When we contribute positive thoughts, happy feelings, affirming words, positive belief and kind attitude and helpful behavior, we experience thought thoughts, feeling, affirmations, beliefs, attitude and behavior for ourselves.
Likewise when we are thinking, feeling, speaking, knowing and  showing, negativity, we experience negativity.
What we give, we receive.
The cost of giving is receiving.

The lesson is to always think, feel, speak and act your Best.
The learning is to turn around negative or toxic stuff with the antidote of the positive or healing stuff.
Consider in every situation and encounter to be the one to heal with your thoughts, feeling, words and behavior.
You are creating and teaching the world around you with every thought , feeling, word and behavior.

Begin by giving to yourself to prime the pump and get the positive flow going.
Begin by loving respecting, trusting and appreciating your Self.
Begin by fully listening to, understanding and choosing only what is best for you.
Begin by living true to your values and honoring the calling of your heart.

When you have primed the pump and are overflowing, nothing you give will be a loss.
Everything you do will be a joy and encouragement to keep on living Love and gratitude.

Life is for Giving and You Are the Gift.

Giving and Taking

When we take more than we give, we are wasting our resources.
When we consume without replenishing, we are depleting our reserves.
When we ask for more than is available, we have wasted what we have.
When we constantly feel needy, it is because we have not given.

The request for “more” is usually a sign we have not appreciated what we have.
When we do not fully appreciate all we are given in life, we deplete what we have.
When we depreciate what we have, we experience having less and want more.
When we appreciate what we have, we experience having more and want less.

Humanity seems to believe we can take from one another without giving.
People often seek to “get” love without giving Love and appreciation.
People often need approval because they are not approving.
People look for what is missing and usually find something missing.

Human beings seem to take from the earth and her bounty without contributing.
People seem to think that the earth has boundless resources and they need give nothing in return.
Some children grow up thinking mother and fathers have unlimited resources and they need not give.
Some believe they are entitled to take from others without giving anything in return.

There are givers and takers.
When we give more than our fair share, we are out of integrity.
When we take more than our fair share, we are out of balance.
When we live beyond our means, we are out of integrity.

When we consume more than we need, we are taking.
When we buy what we cannot pay for, we are taking.
When we have more than we use, we are taking.
When we live beyond our means, we are not in integrity.

When we have been taught to take everything you can get, we may be taught to be greedy.
When we are taught to look out for number #1, yourself first, we may be taught to be selfish.
If we are taught to get as much as others have, we may be taught to be envious.
If we are taught to be needy and greedy, we are never satisfied.

In a real sense our “wants” are always far more than our “needs”.
We have what we need when we are living in integrity.
We have what we need when we are giving rather than taking.
We have what we need when we appreciate all we are given.

Life is out of balance, when we are consuming rather than contributing.
Life is out of balance, when we are asking for rather than offering.
Life is out of balance, when we receive without appreciation.
Life is out of balance, when we take more than our fair share.

Do you appreciate every meal you eat and those who contributed?
Do you value the earth’s resources by being a good steward?
Do you pay for everything you get with your time energy and money?
Do you make sure you give fairly to all those who give to you?

Let us seek to live in integrity.
Let us seek to balance our lives.
Let us seek to always do what is fair.
Let us seek to live and give with Love.

If It Works, Keep Doing It!

If It Doesn’t Work, Stop!

You would be amazed how many people keep doing what doesn’t work!
·     Maybe because they don’t know what else to do?
·     Or because they just get stuck with trying again and again?
·     Or maybe because they don’t notice it doesn’t work anymore?
·     Or maybe because they think some magical change will occur and it will change?

If you are one of those people who are still banging your head against the wall, stop!
Stop hurting yourself!
Stop frustrating yourself?
Stop disappointing yourself?

It is time for a change!
To make healthy changes, you must forgive, erase and wash away the past.
You must relinquish a need to attack or criticize or blame anyone, including you.
You must stop and get off the old cycle and have a fresh start, creating on a new canvas.

If you are one of those folks who stop doing what works because things are better, please continue.
Continue doing what is effective and helpful.
Continue with what works for you and others.
Continue the way that seems to make everyone happy.

It is time to persist with what yields success.
To have a good life, keep on doing good things for yourself and others.
To have a happy life, keep on being happy and making others happy.
To have an abundant life, keep on giving and receiving only Good with Gratitude and Joy.

If you feel uncomfortable, anxious, angry, hurt, guilty, upset, stop doing what you are doing.
When we are living in integrity with our highest values and best self, we are happy and content.
If you have secrets or are embarrassed or withholding, you know you are not in integrity.
When we have no secrets, a life that is lived with self respect and gratitude is a successful life.

The coping skills and defenses we learned as children or teens are not valid, as we become adults.
The behaviors and language that our adolescent society displays are not respectful nor honorable.
“Ordinary” behavior on media is not to be admired, emulated nor amusing, when seen in the light.
When we ask ourselves if we want our children to copy this behavior, the answer will be “NO”!

When we hurt our loved ones with our thoughts, words or behavior, we are off purpose.
When we intentionally use aggressiveness and power to get our way, we lose love and respect.
When we interfere with other’s happiness and creative expression, we are hurting our relationships.
When we stop people from living their dreams, because we are envious, we are demeaning ourselves.

We are given choices in every moment.
When we share toxic and inane stuff, we lost the audience and they see us as toxic and inane.
When we share kindness and inspirations, those who hear see us as kind and inspiring.
We choose what we want to sell and how we want to be seen and heard.

Simple recommendation:
If you want to be appreciated and admired, share your best ideas, respectful language and behavior.
If you have stupid, arrogant, mean or poopy stuff to express, do it in private where no one can hear or see.
If you want to feel good about you, unload the negative “Poop” alone and don’t pick up anymore to carry.
Negativity, criticism, hatred, jealousy, anger, fear, etc are too heavy and toxic to be carrying with you, Stop!

“If you can’t think of anything positive to say, don’t say anything at all.”  Grandmother’s proverb.
Loving me and you for setting a good example. Betty Lue’

Cleansing:
I am sorry. Please forgive me.  I love you. I thank you.
These are all powerful words which begin to change everything in the positive direction.
Consider using them regularly for yourself and for others.

Loving life and all its learning value,
Betty Lue

Are You Willing to Take Responsibility?

Are you willing and able to respond in a helpful and effective way?
Are you willing to learn to respond with respect rather than react in fear?
Are you willing to listen and understand before you seek to be heard?
Are you willing to be open to change what does not work rather than push your way?

You are the one for whom you are responsible.
You have a mind with thoughts you can choose.
You have emotions which you can manage.
You have energy bodies which you can use.

You and only you have the power and sovereignty to choose what is best.
You can be responsible for your thoughts, your emotions and your use of your body.
Are you willing to stop blaming anyone else for your choices?
Are you willing to stop using excuses and justifications?

You can stop giving away your power by blaming others.
You can stop weakening yourself by allowing others to make your decisions.
You can stop saying, “I don’t know” and take the risk of knowing what is true for you.
You can stop allowing past experiences to make decisions that no longer have validity.

YOU have the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
Are you living the life you want?
Are you freely expressing your truth and living your dreams?
Are you actively and daily choosing happiness for yourself?

None of this requires money or wealth.
None of this requires the approval of others.
None of this requires that you break rules or live an irresponsible life.
None of this requires absolute guarantees for success.

Life fully, freely, joyously and abundantly lived is risky.
When you are full of fear, worry and doubt, your push Goodness out.
When you are filled with Love, Joy and Peace, everything is within your reach.
You can do whatever you choose and commit to do for You.

For those who are first responsible for and to others, consider this:
When you are not at your best, you cannot give anyone else the Best You Are.
Take time daily to give you what is Good for you.
Then All the Good you do for others, fills you too!

Are you willing to be responsible for your own happiness?
Are you willing to be responsible for your inner peace?
Are you willing to be responsible for your healing and health?
Are you willing to be responsible for all you think and say and do?

Sounds like a really important and meaningful job, and it is!!

Healing

Yes, this One is for YOU!

Live it and all will know.
Share it and it will grow.
Give it and life will flow.
All the Good in You.

When we release the bad, there is only Good.
When we undo the false, there is only Truth.
When we erase the ugliness, Beauty is all we see.
When we wash away the tears, Happiness will always be.

Clinging to what was, gives it life.
Judging what causes strife, continues it to be.
Our holy healing is to undo, erase, let go, forgive, release all that is not wholly healing.
Perhaps to fun, safe and easy for you to believe…we need to forgive ourselves, erase and undo?

Do you know what keeps you sick and slow, limited and lacking, separate and alone?
Listen and learn.
Take time to listen and write.
It is not enough to just listen to the old tapes of inquiry and repetition of the same old stuff.

Spend quiet time…..
Never asking “Why?” which conjures up even more “Why’s?
It is time to ask “How?”
“How can I Live and Be, Believe and See, what brings me Joy and Inner Peace?”

The question begets the answer.
When you ask for what you really want, you get the answer, the direction, the focus.
When you want to know how, you are open and willing to learn.
When you ask what is in the way, you recognize what needs to be removed and undone.
When you ask when, you hear nothing stands in your way for miracles NOW.

Are you to be totally honest with yourself!

What do you want…really?
Are you afraid to know?
How can you have what you want?
Are you open to moving, changing, risking and stepping into the unknown?
What is sabotaging or standing in your way of living your truth?
Are you willing to let it go and live your ideal, your dreams, and be happy?

Is it possible that we get in our own way?
Is it possible that we sabotage or camouflage our own best interests?
Is it possible that we are too scared to trust again for the good life we want?
Is it possible that we are afraid to be free, because we are immature in our ideals?

Bodies show with disease and pain where we are in conflict within.
Bank accounts show where we are no longer receiving what is Good for us.
Relationships show where we have separated from ourselves and do not trust.
Dependencies and addictions show where we are needy, because we do not love ourselves.

Life is a metaphor where we can reveal and heal.
When we constantly cover up the shortfall and problems, we neglect the healing opportunity.
When we place blame and responsibility on someone or something else, we deny our own salvation.
When we start asking what we can do, we begin reclaiming our power and dignity, freedom and trust.

There is no quick fix to stop all blaming, delays, distraction and detours.
Everyday we are choosing the truth with which we align.
Each one of us must reclaim our own Authentic Self and our Sovereignty.
When we are aware, acknowledge, forgive and listen within, we can affirm, accept and appreciate.

This is the origin and the outcome of healing…. the return to SELF.
Loving us all as one,
Betty Lue

What Do You See?

What you believe is what you will see.
Everything we perceive or misperceive is originated in our beliefs.
Happy people seek and perceive happiness.
Unhappy people seek and perceive unhappiness.

It is far easier to change your mind than to change your world.
When you change your thinking, you change your perceptions.
When you change your attitude, you change your projections.
And so it is we create the experiences we have every moment.

What do you want to see?
Seek out and enjoy what you want to see.
Strengthen what you want to be by being grateful.
What we appreciate, we increase and encourage.

Everything is benefitted, blessed and increased by our energy and beliefs/
We can influence the food we eat, the relationships we have, our health and finances.
We can encourage Goodness and abundance or encourage difficulties and lack.
We can literally create the world we see with out chosen focus and attention.

Do you look at your life to find what is wrong or what is right?
Do you see things to complain about or be grateful for?
Do you look at your body to appreciate and enjoy or judge and feel bad?
Do you spend time talking about the good in your life or converse about what is wrong?

Our relationships with children, partners, family and friends are an obvious example of our influence.
When we actively seek qualities which we enjoy and obviously express gratitude, those qualities flourish.
When we are judging, criticizing, accusing, blaming and offending others, they become more offensive.
When we want our relationships to improve, our work is not to fix them, but to change our minds.

Changing our minds means changing our thoughts and attitude from negative to positive.
Changing our minds means changing our words from complaints to appreciation.
Changing our minds means changing our expression from frowns to smiles.
Changing our minds means changing our behavior from separation to interaction.

Once we realize we can be the change we want to see, we can take responsibility.
When we know we can change our minds, we can experiment with the tools we use.
When we understand we can bring peace, with our own inner peace, we can choose.
When we practice changing our minds with forgiveness and affirmation, life is fun, safe and easy.

Clearing the mind with forgiveness, quieting the mind with meditation and choosing the thoughts we hold, begins the process of aligning always and only with Goodness, wholeness and Love for our world.
Let us take responsibility for our thoughts and beliefs, our words and gratitude, our behavior and gifts.

We really can experience heaven here and now.
Betty Lue

Here is a process that works beautifully to see what needs our attention!

Write a page or more of:
The real reason I am upset (concerned, fearful, confused, hurting, etc) is:
Continue writing responses until you are empty inside, until there are not more.

Read them slowly back to yourself, crossing off whatever you know is not true.
Whatever responses are left are calling for clearing, healing, forgiving and undoing.

Look for common beliefs that infuse them all.
Ie. I am not enough.  Life is hard.  I am not capable or loveable.
Rewrite the script with a new affirmation of the Highest Truth.
I am overflowing with Goodness.
Life is fun, safe and Easy.
I am loveable and capable.

Write the new affirmation 20 times daily for 14 days or more, until there are no opposing thoughts.
If you have trouble finding the resisting belief or writing affirmations, email me and I will help.

You know you are clear when you no longer, judge, resent, blame, fear or get upset.
You know when you have healed the obstacle to peace, because you are at peace.
You know when you can easily take responsibility, forgive yourself and choose again.
This is the beginning of the end of emotional reactivity and the beginning of loving response ability.

Life is good and all is well.
Loving you,

Practical Spirituality????

(Practicing Inspiration Everyday in Everyway with EveryOne)

What can you do to give your life meaning?
How can you live an inspired and inspiring life?
Are you doing what you love and loving what you do?
Is your life happy, healthy and fulfilling for you and those you love?

Practical spirituality is living in the world in integrity with what you value.
Practical spirituality is choosing a life of purpose and meaning.
Practical spirituality is creating what is good, beautiful and healthy for all.
Practical spirituality is appreciating every encounter everyday for it teaching/learning value.

When we follow our heart , our inner guidance and intuition, we are on purpose.
When we fulfill our own dreams by making positive choices, we are happy.
When we use our minds and bodies to communicate and create Goodness, we are inspired.
When we live our highest potential with no withholds or false humility, we are living practical spirituality.

In this world, few dare to dream.
In this world, fear often inter-fears.
In this world, we may be delayed by complexity.
In this world, we may excuse ourselves with self-victimization.

We can choose to change what gets in the way….today/
We can undo what is not true, by affirming what is the Truth.
We can open our hearts and minds to listen to what supports only Good
We can love ourselves with trust  in our dreams and freedom to achieve..

What we conceive and believe, we can achieve.
What we dare to do with vision, faith, passion, strategy, commitment, action and appreciation, we fulfill.
When we live in integrity with what we value, we can step forward in faith knowing it is Good.
When we forgive, release, undo and clear all that fear, doubt,  and disappointment, we trust and encourage.

Life is an opportunity to live abundantly or to kill ourselves and our hopes and dreams.
Life is constantly presenting choices to go back over the past or step forward into the future.
Life is the chance to strengthen what works or regret what doesn’t work.
Life reminds us to remember we are unlimited in power and in peace, to do or not to do.
  • Have fun.
  • Enjoy your choices.
  • Appreciate what works for you.
  • Let go quickly and easily what no longer works.
Loving us all in being practical, helpful and considerate in our choices.

Do It Anyway

People are often unreasonable, illogical and self-centered.
Forgive them anyway.

If you are kind, people may accuse you of selfish ulterior motives.
Be kind anyway.

If you are successful, you will win some false friends and some true enemies.  Succeed anyway.

If you are honest and frank, people may cheat you.
Be honest and frank anyway.

What you spend years building, someone could destroy it all overnight.
Build anyway.

If you find serenity and happiness, they may be jealous.
Be happy anyway.

The good you do today, people will often forget tomorrow.
Do good anyway.

Give the world the best you have and it may never be enough.
Give the world the best you’ve got anyway.

You see, in the final analysis, it is between you and God.
It was never between you and them anyway.

What Works?

Are you willing to do what works?
Are you stuck in what doesn’t work?
Do you want to make changes?
Are you invested in all the failures?

Sometimes we are afraid to look for anything new, because we might fail.
Sometimes we are stuck repeating the same olds stuff because we don’t know any better.
Sometimes we are afraid to change, because we are comfortable with what is familiar.
Sometimes we keep remembering the disappointments of the past and do not think differently.

When we protect and defend ourselves by being unwilling to change our minds, we get stuck.
When we stop being respectful and responsive, we limit the possible outcome.
When we refuse to get creative and imagine there is a better way, we shut down.
When we are determined to be “right” about what doesn’t work, we make sure we are right.

Open-mindedness is key.
When our mind is full of past experiences, there is no room for the new.
When we are defending our position so we won’t get hurt, we are close-minded.
When we breathe, forgive, let go and look forward, we open to limitless good.

Fear of repeating the past is what keeps repeating what we fear.
Judging, criticizing and complaining about what doesn’t work will continue to repeat failure.
Forgiving the past and learning from everything that comes our way opens us to creating.
Being willing and able to take full responsibility without guilt or blame is revealing.

Life works for us, unless we get in the way.
Life shows us what works, when we pay attention.
Life gives us alternatives when we are willing.
Life is our mirror to show what we can change.

When blocked, upset or interrupted, ask “What can I do?”
When conflicted, uncertain and afraid, ask “How can I get clear?”
When confused by the outcome and results, ask “What do I really want?”
When you want to do what works, affirm “I choose ______ or something better for the Good of All.”

To manifest 100%, you must be 100% clear, confident and committed.
To experience more good in your life, you must be 100%, clear, confident and committed to Good.
To see what works requires recognizing what is not working without judging it “bad”.
To choose again for what works requires that we learn from everything with curiosity and gratitude.

In relationships, at work, in our family life, we need to know that everyone has ideas and input.
Changing the tone, works values and outcomes requires persistence, because others may not want change.
Be respectful and gentle in your desired changes, allowing others to learn to receive and accept.
When we consider the culture which we are impacting, we consider others’ needs and ideas.

Together there is nothing we cannot choose to change for the Greater Good.
When we are in disagreement, one person can influence the others with a positive attitude.
One individual can be inspired, wise and confident enough to influence others.
Every one wants  life to work and most are unwilling to do anything other than what is familiar.

Take your time.
Commit to everyday in everyway do always and only what works for you and others.
Be willing to fine tune your skills in vision, expression and manifestation.
You can make a difference one moment at a time.

Blessings to us all in doing what works!
