What Works?

Affirmations:
I forgive and erase what does not work.
I choose again what works for me and for others.
I pay attention to what works best for the earth.
I give thanks for the good works in life.

When everything seems to not be working, what works for you?
When Mercury is in retrograde, what works for you?
When life seems to be delivering lemons, what will work for you?
When you are in a funk, chaos, grief or at a total loss, what will work for you?

I notice that folks often quit when they are down.
I watch the attitude of kids who lose, often stop trying.
I see those who are hurt or feel rejected and betrayed is to feel sorry for themselves.
I observe that the teams that lose have often quit much earlier in the game.

Are you someone who knows how to win no matter what the score?
Are you someone who quits before you achieve success?
Do you rise above what others think and keeps going?
Are you someone who gets discouraged and depressed by the odds against you?

Have you settled into making yourself comfortable with whatever is?
Do you strive for what you envision for yourself and learn what will work?
Have you learned that you must accept and allow for whatever happens?
Do you learn and earn more awareness and knowledge from all experiences?

What works for some is to simply accept and let life be.
What works for some is to keep challenging the status quo.
What works for some is to fight for everything you want.
What works for some is to forgive your own self defeating attitude?

Everyone is here to learn.
When we allow our thoughts to interfere with our choices to achieve, we get in our own way.
When we make up that we cannot have or achieve, we realize that we are doing the interfering.
When we clear our mind of fear and doubt, we begin to think about what we hold in our minds.

What works for me is to forgive and erase.
What works for me is to trust in the highest outcome.
What works for me is to believe all things work together for good.
What works for me is to waste no time complaining about what is not mine.

What works for me is to seek only the best for you and for ma.
What works for me is the see the good and the learning in all things.
What works for me is to give my best and let the rest simply be.
What works for me is to enjoy and be grateful for all the Good in my life.

What does work for you?
If you like to be blue, be blue.
If you want to be happy, be happy.
If you want to succeed, appreciate your success.

What works for me is writing these Loving Reminders every morning for me and you.
I am loving this way of Loving us all.
This is my spiritual practice and my daily reminder of what life is for me to be.
Love only Love,

It’s a Great Day Every Morning!

Affirmations:
I am true to the highest and best I can be.
I am true to loving you and loving me.
I am true to the call to love, serve and remember.
I am true to Abundant Living, freeing everyone to pursue life, liberty and happiness.

Happy Birthday to our ministry, which is lifetime call to be of service.
Happy Birthday to our ReUnion with You, with ourselves and others, with the Goodness in us All.
Happy Birthday to be forever True to whatever is Good and Whole and Loving.

Today is my Mom’s Birthday.
It happens to be the “birth day” of Robert and I, “the midpoint between our two actual birth days.”
Interesting, amazing and totally fitting with the relationship the three of us have together.
My Mom made her transition about 5 years ago and lives in our lives everyday.

Did you know that those you love and have loved continue living in you and your life?
Did you know that life goes on in you with those who have come before you?
When you receive their messages, you share those messages.
When you forgive and delete their messages, they are gone from your processing system.

We are all being bombarded with thousands messages from our culture, our memory and our body.
We receive from the unknown, the media, those we know, the thoughts everyone is thinking and more.
We have filters in place that are designed to clear what is unwanted and unnecessary.
However when we continue to listen to the fears, we receive more of the same.

My Mom, Marian A. Fisher, used to espouse NO fear, NO worry, NO guilt, NO resentment.
Her conscious focus was on being grateful, kind and helpful to others.
Her work was to be helpful, available to listen, creative and of service.
She was quietly inspiring in who she lived and loved and helped.
(Robert’s Mom,Jackie Waldon, was very similar in life purpose, with a very different personality.)

What is your focus?
How do you filter your thoughts?
What messages are you open to receive?
When do you allow yourself to listen to you?

I receive messages of hope and faith.
I receive messages of gratitude and joy.
I receive messages of freedom and trust.
I receive messages that encourage me to be all that I AM.

I delete messages that are junky and hurtful, distracting and delaying,
I let go of what is not helpful and kind, respectful and responsible.
I forgive what negates, depresses and denies the Good that always is.
I choose to receive what encourages and blesses us all in moving forward.

I choose to love you and me, all of us! to return to our natural state of Wholeness.
Loving the One We Are,

LOVE
There is no difficulty that enough love will not conquer;
No disease that enough love will not heal;
No door that enough love will not open;
No gulf that enough love will not bridge;
No wall that enough love will not throw down;
No sin that enough love will not redeem.

 It makes no difference
how deeply seated may be the trouble,
How hopeless the outlook,
How muddled the tangle,
How great the mistake.
A sufficient realization of love will dissolve it all.

If only you could love enough, you would be the happiest
and most powerful being in the world.

Start Where You Are!

Affirmations:
Everyday in every way I am better and better.
I take impeccable care of my mind and body and Spirit.
I appreciate the body and mind I have.
I always do first things first.
I am healed, whole and holy.

Are you getting older?
Are you feeling less energy?
Are you physically or mentally challenged?
Are you emotionally resentful, grieving or anxious?

Wherever you are, you can begin there.
Whatever you are doing, you can do something new.
However you think and feel, you can begin where you are.
Your mind and your health and your life belong to you to heal.

Start with a few more steps each day.
Perhaps walk around the block or around your home or yard.
Bless everyone and everything you see consciously.
Give thanks to your body for giving you the ability to walk and see and bless!

Begin to think with an open mind and grateful heart.
When you listen to anyone, simply think or say, “Thank You!”
When you see or think of anyone, think or say, “Bless You”
When you do anything for yourself, think or say aloud, “Thank You!” and “Bless You”

Changing your thoughts will immediately change your feelings.
Changing your thoughts and feelings immediately changes your physiology.
Your emotions and your body respond immediately to a change in your thinking.
If needed, practice positive thinking like a mantra or meditation.

I love, trust and appreciate myself.
Thank you body for providing exactly what I need.
Everyday in every way I am better and better.
I am happy with myself today and everyday.
I give thanks for all I have and Who I Am.
I take impeccable care of my mind and body.
I am pleased with myself.

If you find yourself in despair or depressed, anxious or afraid, give yourself comforting words.
If you see yourself as old and disabled, change forgive your thoughts and feelings.
Begin saying to your body and mind, “I am young at heart and strong in body.”
I thank you body for serving me in every way.
I thank my mind for reminding me to be grateful.

From me to you!
Sing along or create your own verses.

“Every little cell in my body is happy.
Every little cell in my body is well.
Every little cell in my body is happy.
Every little cell in my body is well.
I am so glad, every little cell,
in my body, is happy and well.

Every single thought in my mind is loving
Every single thought in my mind is kind.
Every single thought in my mind is loving
Every single thought in my mind is kind.
I’m so glad every single thought in my mind is loving and kind.
I’m so glad every single thought in my mind is loving and kind.

And that’s the Truth...I am so Glad!
