Dare Not To Compare

The mind is trained to compare, evaluate, review and judge.
Our schooling teaches us to compare ourselves with others.
Our parenting involves evaluating our development physically, mentally and socially.
Our society evaluates data to influence decisions in every aspect of life.

If we do not compare, we see only now.
If we do not compare, we can be free of judging what was.
If we do not compare, we let go of measuring ourselves with others.
If we do not compare, we can experience the blessings of the present.

When I simply enjoy this moment, I am grateful.
When I experience right now, I feel blessed.
When I enjoy where I am and what I have, I am content.
When I trust this is my “right” place to be, I am at peace.
********************************************
Pro’s and Con’s of Comparing
I am amused by comparing what is good and bad about “Comparing”.

Comparison may have value to keep us awake.
Comparison may help to motivate change.
Comparison may be beneficial in letting go.
Comparison may encourage us to know what is good.

Comparison may help not take life for granted.
Comparison may invite improvement.
Comparison facilitates competition.
Comparison sets up evaluation of good, better and best.

Comparing may discourage those who feel less than others.
Comparing may cause emotional pain and quitting.
Comparing may increase the likelihood of arrogance or bragging.
Comparing may encourage lying, cheating and stealing

Comparing can be a way we make ourselves feel blessed or cursed.
Comparing may make individuals try to blend in and belong.
Comparing may set some apart and special, in positive and negative ways.
Comparing may be a way we use to judge where we are in life.
**************************************************
When I stop comparing you and me, I see the perfection in everyone I see.
When I stop comparing where I am, I reveal the beauty and good in everywhere I am.
When I stop comparing the best and worst, I can experience the value of what is.
When I stop making anything or anyone “wrong”, I realize how it is all right just the way it is.

Love Do’s and Don’ts

Love accepts.
Love affirms.
Love forgives.
Love encourages.
Love heals.
Love trusts.
Love lets go.
Love gives.
Love guides.
Love listens.
Love considers.
Love understands.
Love persists.
Love pleases.
Love yields.
Love allows.
Love says YES.

Love doesn’t judge.
Love doesn’t deny.
Love doesn’t hold grudges.
Love doesn’t discourage.
Love doesn’t do harm.
Love doesn’t doubt.
Love doesn’t control.
Love doesn’t withhold.
Love doesn’t mislead.
Love doesn’t shut out.
Love doesn’t make wrong.
Love doesn’t quit.
Love doesn’t resist.
Love doesn’t get stuck.
Love doesn’t attack.
Love doesn’t threaten.
Love doesn’t demand.
Love doesn’t worry.
Love doesn’t fix.
Love doesn’t blame.
Love doesn’t’ make others guilty.
Love doesn’t hate.
Love doesn’t say NO, (unless it does harm to self or others.)

We learn to “love” as we have been “loved”.
In this world of dependency on people, we may not ever experience Divine Unconditional Love.
We can learn from our experience with our Source how to love without condition.
Even in spiritual Love, we sometimes interpret Love according to what we saw and heard and felt.

Reconsider how you love.
Change to what you really want.
Forgive the ways you have loved with fear, restriction and distrust.
Give yourself the unconditional Love you truly desire.
Teach always and only the Love you really want.

Loving you,
Betty Lue

Do It Anyway

People are often unreasonable, illogical and self-centered.
Forgive them anyway.

If you are kind, people may accuse you of selfish ulterior motives.
Be kind anyway.

If you are successful, you will win some false friends and some true enemies.  Succeed anyway.

If you are honest and frank, people may cheat you.
Be honest and frank anyway.

What you spend years building, someone could destroy it all overnight.
Build anyway.

If you find serenity and happiness, they may be jealous.
Be happy anyway.

The good you do today, people will often forget tomorrow.
Do good anyway.

Give the world the best you have and it may never be enough.
Give the world the best you’ve got anyway.

You see, in the final analysis, it is between you and God.
It was never between you and them anyway.

Honor All You Have

You have a life.
Honor it by living it well.
You have a body.
Honor you body by caring for it well.

You have a home.
Honor it by using it well.
You have money.
Honor it by spending, saving and sharing it thoughtfully.

You have transportation.
Honor it by appreciating where you go.
You have family.
Honor them by loving them well.

You have been blessed in infinite ways.
As you mature in wisdom and gratitude, you will better appreciate all you have.
The simple things in life that tend to go unnoticed begin to take on value.
When we recognize and honor all we are given, we realize the sacredness of All.

To honor is to take care of what we have.
To honor is to utilize well what we have.
To honor is to value what we have.
To honor is to respect all we have.

Take time to reflect on the Good in your life.
Take time to give thanks for the Good in you.
Take time to be kind to the Good you are given.
Take time to realize the blessings of Being.

Life is short.
Moments are precious.
Every encounter is holy.
You are blessed.

Life is for giving.
You are the Gift.
It is in giving the Gifts you have, that you realize your blessings.
It is in honoring your blessings that you recognize your blessedness.

And so it is.
I give thanks for You, each On of you.
I give thanks for each moment in time.
I give thanks to be joyously giving all I Am ,All I have and All I  do.

Blessing you,
Betty Lue

I pray that you receive my love for you, in all languages and in no language.
All is good in Love with All.
The 5 Love Languages
What if you could say or do just the right thing guaranteed to make that special someone feel loved? The secret is learning the right love language! Millions of couples have learned the simple way to express their feelings and bring joy back into marriage: The 5 Love Languages, Dr. Gary Chapman’s New York Times bestseller!
Words of Affirmation Actions don’t always speak louder than words. If this is your love language, unsolicited compliments mean the world to you. Hearing the words, “I love you,” are important—hearing the reasons behind that love sends your spirits skyward. Insults can leave you shattered and are not easily forgotten.
Quality Time In the vernacular of Quality Time, nothing says, “I love you,” like full, undivided attention. Being there for this type of person is critical, but really being there—with the TV off, fork and knife down, and all chores and tasks on standby—makes your significant other feel truly special and loved. Distractions, postponed dates, or the failure to listen can be especially hurtful.
Receiving Gifts Don’t mistake this love language for materialism; the receiver of gifts thrives on the love, thoughtfulness, and effort behind the gift. If you speak this language, the perfect gift or gesture shows that you are known, you are cared for, and you are prized above whatever was sacrificed to bring the gift to you. A missed birthday, anniversary, or a hasty, thoughtless gift would be disastrous—so would the absence of everyday gestures.
Acts of Service Can vacuuming the floors really be an expression of love? Absolutely! Anything you do to ease the burden of responsibilities weighing on an “Acts of Service” person will speak volumes. The words he or she most want to hear: “Let me do that for you.” Laziness, broken commitments, and making more work for them tell speakers of this language their feelings don’t matter.
Physical Touch This language isn’t all about the bedroom. A person whose primary language is Physical Touch is, not surprisingly, very touchy. Hugs, pats on the back, holding hands, and thoughtful touches on the arm, shoulder, or face—they can all be ways to show excitement, concern, care, and love. Physical presence and accessibility are crucial, while neglect or abuse can be unforgivable and destructive.

Don’t Believe Your Judgments

We do not know all the facts.
We do not understand others’ motivations.
We have not experienced what others’ have learned.
We do not get what is going on.

We cannot see and know everything.
We cannot walk in another’s shoes.
We have not lived another’s life.
We do not experience their body, mind, relationships, environment, history, beliefs or life purpose.

How could we dare to judge anyone?
Most assuredly we must have learned from other’s judgments.
When we seek to agree with those who judge, we believe their judgments.
When we want to fit with a group, or family or belief system or culture, we buy their perceptions.

All the people we see have bodies.
Everyone seems to be going somewhere or doing something.
Each person appears to have a past and usually a future.
We all seem to have differing points of view, emotions and motivations.

We show up and when we pay attention, we perceive through our filters.
What we see and hear and feel depends on what is “Real” for us.
The “facts” are merely our perceived notions about what appears to be.
Everything is masked with our beliefs and judgments and clouded with emotion.

So what do I know?
When I see with forgiving eyes and heart and mind, I see Love expressing itself.
When I see with respect and trust in each giving their best, I see the call for Love.
When I see with an understanding that it is all Me seeing a reflection of me, I enjoy the show.

Our friendly conversations, making plans, giving advice, talking about others can be shared love.
Our demands, threats, judgments, warnings, and persuasive teaching is often about our fear.
And when anyone is afraid, they are calling for love.
When you and I are upset, we do not see clearly and cannot understand.

Let’s stop the insanity and simply respect one another’s life experience.
Let’s suspend our focus on differences and look for the sameness and union.
Let’s give up on making anyone “wrong” and look for the inner desire.
Let’s be in relationship to heal our differences and find common ground.

Forgive all judgments.
Trust everyone is doing their best.
Recognize that we all have different perceptions, beliefs and coping mechanixms.
We can only be right with ourselves!
Thank for being willing to be willing to let go of all we do not know.
Loving you,
Betty Lue

On the Road

We are in Michigan with friends and family.
Always where we are called to be.
Free to come and go as we are guided.
Living life with freedom and trust.

Are you trusting you are in your right place?
Are you doing the right thing for you?
Do you believe you are on time and all is in order?
I am in the right place at the right time doing the right thing for the right reasons.”

When we know, it is so.
When we doubt, we lose faith and trust and confidence.
What if we are always “on purpose”, even when we seem not to be?
What if every mistake is an opportunity to learn.

When we are happy and at peace, we trust all is well.
When we are upset or conflicted, we doubt and miss the message.
When we are calm and clear, we can see the turn we missed and return to trust.
When we are frantic and judgmental, we may miss the turn and stay lost.

Taking time to breathe, reflect, clarify and choose with confidence, we return to wholeness.
When we remember to love (trust and free) ourselves, we easily and quickly learn and simply choose again.
Life is not a process of finding the “right” way and sticking to it.
Life is an exploration of trial and error, learning by doing, enjoying the “miss takes”

When we respond with Love to ourselves and others, we open to what is.
When we react in fear to ourselves and others, we contract in thinking we know.
When we live with faith in the learning process, we let go of judgments along the way.
When we can be compassionate and kind with everyone and everything, we are at peace.

And so it is, I travel with love and peace in my heart, knowing All Is Well.
And so it is well with You and Me,
Betty Lue

Forgiveness is the Key to Happiness and Inner Peace

Every morning and every night, say this prayer:

I forgive everything and everyone, every experience and every memory of the past and present that needs forgiveness.
I forgive positively everyone.

God is Love.
I am forgiven and governed by God’s Love alone.
God’s Love is now harmonizing my life and its problems.
Realizing this, I abide in peace.

I am now forgiven by everything and everyone of the past and present that needs to forgive me.
I know that forgiveness unblocks whatever stands between me and my good.

I am grateful for the power of God’s Word.
Amen

Is Life Working for You?

Off to Indiana and Michigan this morning at 5AM to visit old friends and family.
We have wonderful workshops, consultations and opportunities for reunion.
Everything is a gift of Love.

Is Life Working for You?

If Yes, celebrate, appreciate and enjoy it all!

If not, stop what you are doing.
Be open and willing to learn.
Take responsibility for it all.
Forgive all mistakes, yours and others.
Ask yourself respectful questions.

·     What can I learn from this?
·     What will I do differently?
·     How has this inspired me?
·     How can I learn a better way?
·     Who knows how to live the way I want to live?
·     What do I need to clear, choose, change to improve my attitude and my life?
·     How am I off purpose?
·     Where am I stuck in judging myself and others?
·     Where am I negative or doubtful or questioning?
·     How can I be more positive, confident and trusting?

Stop and look for what you want.
Stop and choose to do what works.
Stop judging and learn what will work.
Stop complaining, doubting and making excuses.
Stop yourself from making yourself wrong.

Start finding people who will encourage help and support.
Start making choices to be wiser and more honest with yourself.
Start believing you can have a life that works.
Start trusting and respecting what you know will work for you.

Live everyday in a way that works with the use of forgiveness and affirmation.
I forgive myself for limiting myself.
I forgive all mistakes, yours, mine and ours.
I trust mistakes are an opportunity to find something that works better.
Everyday in every way I am getting better and better.
I know what I want and I go for it.
I love life and life loves me.
The more quickly I let go and learn, the more easily I enjoy the life I have.

Blessings to us all for being willing to let our lives teach us what works for us.
Loving us all,
Betty Lue

Most Important

Today is my earthly father’s birthday and my parents anniversary.  While they are no longer with me in a physical way, their teachings are taught and lived in everything I think and do and say.  I honor, respect and appreciate what they taught and lived everyday.

What is the most important thing you have ever learned?
How did you learn it and from whom?
Have you honored the teaching and the teacher?
Do you live and teach by your example what you have learned?

You honor your teacher and your teaching when you live it.
When you are willing to listen and learn, you value what is valuable.
When are appreciative of what you have learned, you respect yourself more.
When you are respectful of yourself and what you are learning, you respect others more.

Everyone is learning.
Everyone is teaching.
Everything we think and say and do teaches everyone everywhere.
When we are consistent with our thoughts, words and deeds. we are believable.

When we live our own teaching, we respect ourselves and we are respected.
When we listen and live our thoughts, words and deeds, we trust ourselves.
When we honor, trust and respect those who live what they teach, we strengthen our teaching and learning.
When we dishonor, distrust and disrespect the teacher and the teaching, we weaken ourselves.

Life is quite simple, when we clear away the complexity of the ego (fear-based) mind.
We can choose to be strong or weak.
We can choose to respect or be disrespectful.
We can choose to teach Love or teach fear.

What we give, we receive.
What we teach, we strengthen in ourselves.
How we live is our teaching.
How we respond to others either weakens or strengthens us.

When we forgive all upsets, mistakes and faulty thinking, we return to Love.
When we return to Love, we are able and willing to respond with Love, trust and freedom.
When we Love with forgiveness, trust and freedom, we live and let Live.
We Love and let Love be our Natural Response-Ability.

Today, you can choose to respect (=means to look again, to see things differently).
Today, you can choose to honor (demonstrate appreciation and respect) by living what you value.
Today, you can be consistent with your thoughts, words and activities to teach what matters.
Today, you can Love yourself and others by only and always giving and being the best you know.

Life is choice.
You are the chooser.
When you choose for Love, you win honor, respect and Love.
When you choose for fear, you lose your Self.

I choose to love, respect, honor everyone, no matter what.
I choose to forgive all errors in my mind, my words and my actions.
I choose to live the Truth.
Betty Lue

LOVE
There is no difficulty that enough love will not conquer;
No disease that enough love will not heal;
No door that enough love will not open;
No gulf that enough love will not bridge;
No wall that enough love will not throw down;
No sin that enough love will not redeem.

 It makes no difference
how deeply seated may be the trouble,
How hopeless the outlook,
How muddled the tangle,
How great the mistake.
A sufficient realization of love will dissolve it all.

If only you could love enough, you would be the happiest
and most powerful being in the world.

When and What to Let Go?

Do you know when to let go?
Is it time to move on?
Are you in the flow?
Are you waiting for something or someone?

When we are needy, we are dependent on what is temporal, temporary and transitory.
When we are dependent on someone else to choose or decide, we are open to their changeability.
When we are free of others” opinions, plans and preferences, we can listen within to what is best.
When we trust our inner knowing and flowing, we realize, we know what is best for all.

Waiting on the world may take lifetimes and eons and forever.
Waiting on our inner guidance may take one moment of willingness right now.
Waiting for human emotions, preference, planning and preparation may never happen.
Waiting for no man and listening for God and for the Highest Good is our saving grace.

If you love you, you want to be happy.
If you want to be happy, you choose easily what Loves you and inspires you.
When you choose what inspires you, you choose people and places and experiences that help you grow.
When you choose what is best for you, you recognize you inspire others and lead the show.

Life offers choice.
We have before us opportunities to suffer and linger in pain, regret, guilt and blame.
We also can choose forgiveness, freedom, peace and understanding just the same.
All it takes is for us to let go and move on.

We can take off a bandaid of dependency slowly over time and have lingering pain.
Or we can choose to remove all stuckness with a single stroke of willingness and the fear is gone.
We choose to linger in uncertainty, grief, guilt and shame or we can choose to go for it.
Let us claim our birthright, the freedom to begin our lives anew and really live in trust again.

If you are busy serving what was to try to get it back, you are living in the past.
If you are trusting your can regain the losses by wishful thinking, you are deluding yourself.
If you believe you must suffer and do penance for your former errors, you will have what you believe.
If you can forgive and learn to love you again, you will be relieved to release that which no longer is.

Time to let go?
Just do it and see.
Life will be fun, safe and easy.
Try it and you will agree.

Loving you and me as One,
Betty Lue

Writing to You Everyday!

Since 1999

Do you know why I do what I do?
Because I love me and I love you!
Love  in this world of forgetting seems to ask for reminders.
And so I listen within and write everyday at least a page for me and you.

My mission statement for the last 25 years:
I Am the space of Freedom and Trust, where Love is remembered and Wholeness restored.
Our relationship purpose (Robert and myself) is to be On Call for God, for Good, for All.
Together we give and share All we have for the Good of All, as we are guided by Spirit.

This life path fills me with joy.
When I am living on purpose and following my inner guidance, I am truly happy and content.
When I do not write to you  and me, ( for a variety of reasons) I miss our connection, our Reunion.
When there is no difference and no separation between us, we are at home and in Love.

And so I write to you to remember.
When we both remember, we are happy and at peace.
When we all remember, there is total bliss.
When we remember we are One, we love, serve and share with everyone.

Sounds like Heaven to me!
For many years, perhaps since the Harmonic Convergence, Aug. 16-17 (my birthday), I knew my function is to know Heaven on Earth.
To experience Heaven here now, we must forgive all our fears and judgments.
To experience Union and Re=Union, we are called to love everyone inc luding ourselves.

When we feel safe in Love, our wounds and healing needs are revealed.
When we extend Love to those who are hurting and calling for healing, they remember their Love.
When we all remember our Natural state is Love, we experience happiness and fulfillment.
When we need nothing, because we have, are and give everything, all are at Peace.

Life brings us to our own crossroads, where we choose Love or fear.
Life offers a crucible in which we can purify and clear all pain and past history.
Life gives us choice to be or not to be true to our inner call.
Life opens the way for us to live abundantly or not at all.

Mistakes can be corrected.
Resentment can be forgiven.
Guilt can be undone.
We can choose to reverse all laws of time and space right now.

And so it is, we can give what we want to have.
We can share what we see is missing.
We can offer the best we know.
We can plant a garden and watch it grow.

Inviting you to be true to the authentic You.
What fun we can have when we all dare to live our Highest Dream and Healing Truth!

Love is the Way!
Betty Lue

What Are Loving Reminders?

A handful of people are new to receiving these daily or weekly loving reminders from me.
I send them directly to over one thousand people and many more from your referrals.
I have been writing and sending Loving Reminders for over 11 years everyday I am at home.
They are valuable for me to receive and share and valuable for others who receive them as reminders.

When something resonates with you, you feel its truth in your heart.
When you are reminded of what you know deep inside, you appreciate and find value.
When you are touched with inspiration, you feel grateful and can choose to practice.
This is my reason for listening within and sharing the inner guidance I receive each day.

After counseling and coaching thousands of individuals, couples and families, I know the need.
After teaching, mentoring and facilitating hundreds of people for the last 35 years, I hear the call.
After listening and letting Spirit within guide my life for most of my life, I feel the importance.
And this is my way of responding to all of us for the Highest Good and finding a better way.

These reminders are intended to be practical; they are meant to be used everyday.
These reminders are intended to be inspirational; they are meant to move you into action.
These reminders are intended to be spiritual; they are meant to call you to return to what is meaningful.
These reminders are intended to be healing; they give insight, freedom to choose/change and peace.

For many, there is limited time and money, so these reminders offer help when you have need.
For some, there is hesitation in asking for help, so these reminders are an anonymous way to learn.
For others, there is denial of needing anything, and the reminders simply reawaken what is known.
For me, these reminders are a powerful way to connect, to touch you with my love for us all.

Yes, I Love You.
I love you when you are happy or sad, right or wrong, awakening or sleeping on the job.
I love you when you don’t love yourself or forget you are loveable and capable just as you are.
I love you when you are willing to do the work and when you get lazy and quit on yourself.

I am your Loving Reminder.
We can call it a Calling or Holy Assignment or just what I am here to do.
My intention is to facilitate all of us in playing our Part and living our potential in being all we can be.
Said in a thousand ways or no way at all…your healing and success and joy are a blessing for me.

So why would I sit at my computer every morning as my spiritual practice and joy…….??
Because of all this above and so much more.
You and I are One..
More than you can know, we are connected in Love.
Ask me your questions.
Give me your comments.
Share with me your gratitude.
And always know I am with you in Love.

Dream, Dare, Do and Appreciate

Do you know what you want for your children?
Do you dream about what you want for yourself?
Do you dare to write it all down?
Do you plan, prepare, practice and persist to do what is needed?

Watching the Olympics is an inspiration to those who dream, dare, do and appreciate!
The way I live my life is meant to be a living example of dreaming it and living it all easily.
There are many examples of those who dream, dare, do and fulfill their dreams with joy.
We need to envision and believe what we conceive to achieve.

Children deserve to have the joy of nature, camp, animals, freedom of play.
It is available to all kids if the adults, parents and grandparents, are willing to cooperate.
Children can have a happy childhood, as long as all of us create spaces and places where kids can be kids.
Our grandparents’ camp this summer involved a horseback camp, 5 minutes away from our Lake House.

Riding horses was a small piece of the learning and joy.
Kids experienced riding, grooming, feeding and learning to really care about their horse.
They had dogs to feed and pet and play with.
A large pig (feral hog raised from birth) wandered freely in the farmyard, making mudholes to sleep in.
Two goats were born while the kids watched and they named them and held them.
They watched horses being shod and goats being give shots.
They played on a rope swing out over a culvert.
They went on a trail ride everyday to a nearby lake to get wet.
And so much more.
Fun, freedom, friends and farm life with animals that were loved and well cared for.

Do you want a safe place to raise your family?
Do you want to buy or rent a home you can afford?
Do you want to live in nature?
Do you want to experience a simple quiet life with friendly neighbors and no traffic/?

What do you want for yourself and your loved ones?
Are you willing to write the details down?
Are you open to do whatever it takes to have what you really want?
Are you willing to dare to let go of what you have?

Are you stuck in complaining, justifying and making excuses?
Are you whining and blaming externals for not having and hiding your fearful unwillingness?
Are you scared of doing what it takes to educate yourself, prepare and move forward?
There is nothing that can stop you when you are 100% willing and committed to just do it!

Give yourself some clear goals.
Make a commitment to honor them.
Set a timeline with a step by step plan.
Begin practicing erasing all doubt and fear.
Forgive any obstacle or negative comments in your way.
Strengthen your resolve by appreciating and celebrating every movement you make.
Believe you can and you will dream, dare, do and celebrate your life!!

Loving you,
Betty Lue
“Our Greatest Fear”
Our greatest fear
is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light,
not our darkness,
that most frightens us.
We ask ourselves,
“Who am I to be brilliant,
gorgeous, talented and fabulous?”
Actually, who are you not to be?
You are a child of God.
Your playing small doesn’t serve the world.
There is nothing enlightened about shrinking
so that others won’t feel insecure around you.
We were born to make manifest the glory of God within us.
It is not just in some of us,
it is in everyone,
and as we let our own light shine
we unconsciously give other people permission
to do the same.
As we are liberated from our own fear
our presence automatically liberates others.

What Is Working?

Are you grateful for what you have?
Are you happy about what you do?
Are you appreciative for how you live?
What is working in your life?

Do you notice when you smile?
Do you enjoy what you eat?
Do you care about how you look?
What is working in your life?

Are you happy with your home?
Do you value the freedoms you have?
Are you grateful for how much you know?
What is working in your life?

Do you know what you want?
Do you have a plan for how to have what you want?
Are you willing to appreciate every step you take?
What is working in your life?

Do you feel good about all you give?
Are you positive and fulfilled in your work?
Do you make needed changes and corrections?
What is working in your life?

Are you aware of your dependencies on others?
Do you sit and wait for others to change or choose?
Are you frustrated with what doesn’t work for you?
Does this work in your life?

Do you complain about what you need and want?
Do you demand that others make changes for you?
Are you unhappy with your relationships?
Does this work in your life?
Are you resentful and blame others?
Do you make excuses and defend yourself?
Are you avoiding what you can do ?
Does this work in your life?

Is it possible that you can do what you want?
Are you willing to lead the way and be the one?
Do you want to love, trust and respect yourself?
Are you willing to be the One who finds a better way?

What works is respect and gratitude for what works!
What doesn’t work is whatever you continue to do, even though you know it doesn’t work.

Loving everyone of us for being willing and able to do what works !

Never Too Late to Have a Happy Childhood

You may wonder how memories of my childhood can be so good?
Forgiveness is the answer.
When you erase everything that is not what you want to remember, you are happy.
Forgiveness is an eraser filled with Love.

Love seeks for more Love.
Love attracts always Love.
Love extends only Love.
Love loves to be loving.

When we choose to be happy, we think happy thoughts.
When we choose to happiness, we speak only happy words.
When we value being happy, we behave in happy ways.
And so it is, we learn and teach as we re-mind ourselves with a happy mind.

Happiness is a state of mind.
Happiness is a choice.
Happiness is a gift when we have truly forgiven the past.
Happiness is our natural state.

When we are not happy, we have forgotten to love ourselves.
When we are unhappy, we have held fear, hurt, anger and suffering.
When we hold onto unhappy memories, we are abusing and confusing our selves.
It is work to hold on to misery, sorrow and suffering.

It is fun, safe and easy to let go.
Letting go is our healing work.
When we release what is unhealthy and hurtful, we heal.
When we free ourselves from what seemed to be, held in our memory, we remember Real Self.

Today you can begin to love the child in you.
Make your list of all the things you dare to dream of doing and being and having.
Affirm that list with a strong clear “YES, THIS SHALL BE.”
Give yourself everything you want to be whole and happy and free.
You are your parent when you are loving you.
You are the creator of your happiness when you remind yourself what is true.
You are the gift of play and fun and pure happiness when you release all the rest.
Undo all toxic thoughts, feelings, words and behaviors and Choose always the Best for You.

This is our healing and holy work.
  • Love ourselves well.
  • Treat ourselves with precious healthy gifts.
  • Give ourselves only and always what is for our Highest Good.
You deserve the Best.
  • Give yourself a happy childhood today.
  • No more excuses or ugly stories.
  • Love, only Love.

Forgiveness is the Key to Happiness
Every morning and every night, say this affirmation:
I forgive everything and everyone, every experience and every memory of the past and present that needs forgiveness.
I forgive positively everyone.
I am now forgiven by everything and everyone of the past and present that needs to forgive me.
I know that forgiveness unblocks whatever stands between me and my good.

You Are A Flower in the Garden of Life
If you would grow to be your best self
Be patient, not demanding
Accepting, not condemning
Nurturing, not withholding
Self-marveling, not belittling
Gently guiding, not pushing & punishing

For you are more sensitive than you know
Mankind is tough as war
Yet delicate as flowers
We can endure agonies
But we open fully only to warmth & light
And our need to grow is fragile as a fragrance
Dispersed by storms of will
To return only when those storms are still

So accept, respect,
Attend your sensitivity

A flower
Cannot be opened
With a hammer

What Can You Do?

Blue Moon  at 8:47PM PDT (August has two full moons)

The best outcome comes from giving your best.
Your best comes from taking impeccable care of the whole of you….Mentally, physically, emotionally, spiritually, relationally, financially, environmentally and All of you…
When you are at your best, you respond to everything with Love and Peace.
When you respond with Love and Peace, you are happy and grateful.

Whether resolving issues with kids, spouse or family member, your best self is most capable.
When making important decisions, you are most able when you are most peaceful.
When healing your body, you heal most easily and quickly when you are in love and at peace.
When giving to others, you are most aware, willing and able when you have given you the best.

Peace begins with a peace-filled mind.
Happiness is a choice we make.
Being in Love begins with loving ourselves.
When we are dependent on someone or something else, we will often be disappointed.

When we wait for others to change, we are foolish in denying ourselves.
When we need to fix others, we may be interfering with their process.
When we believe we can make things happen, our choices and changes can encourage others.
When we are dependent on others, we may feel weak, disempowered and victims of our world.
Time to grow up and take care of ourselves.
Time to become mature and take full responsibility of our own health, happiness and inner peace.
Time to be the change we want to see in our world and lead the way for those around us.
Time to do what we can do and be pleased with and for ourselves.

It is possible that everyone is doing the best they know.
It is probable that everyone has a learning process and a path to follow to heal and learn.
It is likely that you need to mind your own business and be impeccable with and for you.
It is helpful to listen to your own guidance, advice and stories to learn as you teach and help others.

When I am needy and fearful, I see neediness and fear in others.
When I feel capable, I foster the capability in others.
When I know what I want, I encourage others to discover what they want.
When I am at my best, I recognize others at their best as well.

What I see in others, is what I see in me.
What I want for others, is what I want for me.
When we focus  good on and for ourselves, all good follows.
Practice these four affirmations, written and spoken, until you are clear they are true for you.

The more I love, trust and respect myself, the more I love, trust and respect others.
The more I love, trust and respect myself, the more others love, trust and respect me.
The more I love, trust and respect myself, the more others love, trust and respect themselves.
The more I love, trust and respect myself, the more others love, trust and respect others.
This works, but you need to do it to know it is true!
I love, trust and respect you, because I love, trust and respect myself.
