If you think happiness is the result of the right relationship, you may be disappointed.
Happiness is a choice.
It is a conscious choice to be a happy person.
Being grateful is a good beginning.
Honoring your Authentic Self is key.
If something external is needed to make you happy, you will continually change your mind.
If you think money and things make you happy, you will keep acquiring and trying things.
If habits and addictions give you temporary pleasure and artificial high, you will keep choosing more.
If people’s opinions, admiration, and approval make you happy, you will look for the right people.
Happiness is our natural state.
When we are living on purpose and in truth, you will be content with your life.
If you are trying to become and making things work for you, you will find intermittent discouragement.
When you are willing to love, trust and respect yourself as you are, you will be happy and enjoy your life.
When we step into the world of fear, judgments, opinions, we create our own self judgment.
When we allow all things to work for us, trusting we are learning, we will be content.
When we let go and let Good simply be, we will be at peace.
When we choose peace instead of what others may teach, we will be peaceful.
Happiness is being filled with Gratitude, Peace and Love.
Happiness is allowing what is to be.
Happiness is knowing all is well.
Happiness is waking up with expectancy, gratitude and wonder.
Let us choose what we want to experience and live it well.
Let us be grateful for the opportunities to heal and grow, learn and teach, love for the sake of Loving.

When people feel “good”, they do good.
When people feel good, they are positive.
When people feel good, they are healthy.
When people feel good, they make positive, healthy choices.
When people feel bad ( sad, disappointed, hurt, angry, resentful, criticized and unloved), they make bad choices.
The key is to feel good yourself and then help others feel good.
Be positive.
Be encouraging.
Be respectful
Be helpful.
Tips to help people feel good.
1) Learn.
Talk less and listen more.
Only give advice when asked.
Keep conversations private and confidential.
Ask questions that encourage them to make their own choices.
2) Be Helpful.
Ask if they want your help.
Ask what they think will be best.
Ask what they want to feel loved/rewarded.
Listen and learn from what you see and hear and feel.
