Mindfulness Empowers

Affirmations:

I wake up from mistakes and choose again easily.

I pay attention to what is good for us all.

I relinquish holding grievances and choose gratitude instead.

I attend to my positive and beneficial thoughts.

Focus Your Attention on What You Want!

Are you paying attention to your mind and your thoughts?

Are you focused on what bad might happen or on the good?

Are you defensive or proactive?

Are you closed and stuck or open and flexible?

No matter which direction we place our attention, we create that experience.

So when we are afraid something bad might happen, we experience worry, fear, and sometimes the “bad”.

When you expend energy on lying, cheating, stealing, you will most likely experience the same for  you.

The way we use our mind determines how we think, speak and behave.

We become masters of our mind when we practice mindfulness.

Using forgiveness, affirmations, choices and gratitude are an effective way to train your mind.

What we think is an unconscious or programmed choice until we develop mastery.

The way we allow ourselves to think is a tool we can use to control our life experience.

Consider changing your mind from illness to wellness.

Consider focusing on how much good you have rather than what is lacking.

Delete the negatives and change your mind to focus on the good.

Give praise and gratitude for what is working for you and ignore what is not working.

Believe it or not, we are responsible for our experiences with how we focus our attention.

Our mind is a powerful magnet, a laser which attracts what we think, see, hear, feel, speak and live.

When we have an experience we no longer want, we can learn to undo and let it go.

We can forgive, erase, delete and undo what we no longer want to be true.

Some questions to ask ourselves is:

What do I want?

What can I do?

What can I choose to have what I want?

Some healthy and clearing responses:

I want something better.

I can forgive myself and learn from my mistakes.

I can choose to apologize for my mistaken thoughts, words and behavior and choose again.

Stop blaming anyone including yourself for your mistakes.

Start appreciating your willingness to learn and forgive.

Open your mind to what is best for you and for others.

Enjoy the opportunity to learn from everyone and everything.

Mistakes are opportunities to learn.

Value them and you will learn and heal and grow.

Make the choice to be willing to let go and choose again.

Always choose to focus on what you want.

Honoring us all as we learn and choose!

Loving you,

Betty Lue
