Feeling Well?

Affirmations:
I choose peace.
I choose Love and loving.
I am grateful for Who I Am and how I give.
My whole life is working for me.

Are You Feeling Well?

What is well for me may not be what is well for you.
Today I am a little “under the weather.”
Or maybe I am a little less well than I would like.
Or possibly, well enough to do what I am guided to do.

What is well for you is not well enough for me.
Or what is well for me may not be well for you.
Yes, it is all relative to what we believe, perceive and wish to be.
So we respond to our wellness individually according to our preference.

Now what about wellness?
What I experience is mine to accept, improve, deny or judge.
The world seems to set standards by which to judge, compare and diagnose.
We can observe our current state and use it all for our inspiration, edification and Good.

There is a conflict between the worldly standards of wellness and the spiritual acceptance with what is.
As I have experiences of wellness and lack thereof, I can see I try to have more and fix what is lacking.
In this there is lack of peace with what seems to be.
When I simply allow my life to be as it is, I find ease and simplicity, trust and freedom and healing love.

The usual reaction to any lack: lack of love, lack of energy, lack of joy, lack of gratitude, is to fix it.
Sometimes there is a need to analyze and diagnose, to judge and blame, to correct and make better.
Sometimes there is a desire to trust and rest, to allow natural healing, to wait until it passes.
Sometimes there is a search for outside helpers and curative agents, information and guidance to follow.

Our world has its focus on wellness and physical health, even while ignoring health in other areas.
Consider the state of our environment, finances, relationships, work life, spiritual fulfillment, etc.
When I am not feeling well, I look at what areas may need my attention and intention.
I seek where I have chosen thoughts which are about drama, judgment, comparison, past history, etc.

Let’s be aware of all that creates vitality and longevity.
Let us look at how we are living and with a sense of gratitude.
Let’s observe where we are going and what we see for our future.
All of our thinking and speaking and actions give us clues about our state of wellness.

So many factors are included in our experience of wellness.
We are sensitive to foods we eat, the energy of those who prepare our food and their thoughts.
We are influenced by the news we watch and the conversations we have.
Our being is connected with all the energies of everyone and everything.

Our state of wellness is really a symptom of where we live and how we love.
My wellness is based on my balance of all things in my inner and outer life.
I am part of the greater whole and therefore must respond to all with  positive intention.
I am hear to remember love and return to Wholeness.

With every “wakeup call” I choose to bring acceptance, trust in Good and the greatest Love I have.

I am loving us all with these Healthy Loving Reminders.

KEYS TO HEALTH & VITALITY

NUTRITION
Ingest the best and forget the rest.  Take into your body, mind and spirit only that which supports, sustains and inspires the BEST in you.

MOVEMENT
Life is flow. To move with the flow is healthy. To resist is stressful. Move with the natural inner movement physically, emotionally, mentally, spiritually, etc.

BREATH
To breathe in (inhale) fully life energy, Spirit, Prana, inspiration, is to expand our awareness to open to an enlightened mind.  To exhale fully is to truly release what is no longer needed.

TOUCH
Reaching out with Love and respect for each other opens our bodies and beings to trust in the gentleness we all deserve to experience.

THOUGHT
Choose for those thoughts which heal and free you to be unlimited in health and wholeness. Forgive (erase) the beliefs which are limiting or false.

ATTITUDE
Carry with you an attitude of gratitude and love for yourself and others.  Allow yourself to see all things work together for good.

BALANCE
Moderation in all things will bring your life into harmony.  As we give ourselves what is really best for us, the extremes are gently released.

HEALTH
What you perceive in others and the world you strengthen in your Self.  Focus on illness, disease and weakness and you actually weaken yourself.  See only health and wholeness and you move yourself in the direction you are looking.

PURITY
To clear out toxins and purify the system requires a willingness to eliminate toxic thoughts, activities, relationships as well as foods from your system.  Flushing the system clean is aided with water, fresh air, gentle movement and forgiveness.

REST
To rest and relax your mind and body are invaluable to being refreshed and revitalized. Each person has unique methods of relaxation - meditation, music, being in nature, focused simple activity.
