Affirmations:
My satisfaction brings Peace to my life.
I change my attitude, and my life changes.
I create all Good and only Good.
Good begets more Good for all.
Are You Satisfied?
Are you deeply and profoundly satisfied with your daily
life?
Do you
enjoy each meal that you eat?
Are you
content with how you spend your money?
Do you
satisfied with your body and your health?
What will it take for you to be satisfied with your
relationships?
What is
being called for to change how you live each day?
Are you
at peace with how you contribute to your family?
What is
needed to fully enjoy your rest, recreation, creativity, service and
accomplishment?
Is your goal inner peace?
Do you
seek satisfaction with how you live?
Are you
ready to release what depletes and defeats you?
Is it
your time to take stock honestly and choose again?
Are you spending your energy on what others are doing?
Do you
complain about the state of the world?
Are you
dissatisfied with the government and politics?
Why not
begin with cleaning up your own dissatisfaction with yourself?
People tend to spend most time, money and energy on being
dissatisfied, critical and complaining.
Instead of
creating satisfaction within their own lives, people focus on criticizing
others.
The
projection of personal dissatisfaction blaming others is a waste of our
creative energy.
When we want
something to change, we must change it within ourselves.
With every complaint, ask “What Can I Do?”
With every
criticism, ask “How I Can I see this differently?”
With every
fear, ask “What Can I change?”
With every
judgment, ask, “What Can I forgive?
When you clean up your own life, you are in the best
position to do something beneficial.
When you
manage your own money with conscientious care and ethics, you can best teach
others.
When your
relationships are respectful and kind, you can better understand what others
need to learn.
When your
parenting is effective and loving, you can better encourage others and teach
children.
To take impeccable care of our own life is the best way
to live at peace with others.
To be
satisfied with how we live and love and give is the most sane way to effect
change in others.
To be a
sterling example of happiness, teaches our world with our thoughts, words and
behavior.
To be sane
and sober is the most positive, powerful and productive way to contribute to
humanity.
The greatest gift you have to give is your own Good Life.
Be happy,
healthy and at peace today.
Your part
is changing your world.
Blessings
of gratitude.

Healing Our
Projections => Seeing Only Wholeness
1. We perceive what we believe.
2. We believe what we think we are.
3. If I believe I am my past, then I believe you
are your past.
4. Believing in my past is to see and live it
over again in all I see and do and am.
5. Believing in your past is to remember it and
continue to blame you for it.
6. The more I feel guilty about my past, the more I
place blame on you.
7. All anger is my guilt projected onto others.
8. To forgive my past is to release it.
9. To release is to see it no more.
10.As I release my past, I release others from my projected
guilt and self-judgment.
11. As I see myself whole, I see wholeness in others.
12 .As I heal my guilt about past mistakes, I heal my fear
of the future.
13. To be in the present is to heal (erase) the past.
14. As I live in the present and love myself as I am now, I
like you in the present and see you as you are now.
15. In this present moment, there is only Love for
ourselves, each other and all that is.
Life is forgiving .
You are the gift.
It is in freeing and being the gift you are, that you
recognize the gift.
Set yourself free with forgiveness.
Loving you,
Betty Lue
