Find
Your Purpose!
You
are seeking what inspires you.
You are desiring
what fulfills you.
You are aching for
what gives meaning to your life.
You are longing for
getting up everyday with a smile on your face.
You
see, when you are not happy with your life, you do not really want to be here.
When you are not
free to do what you long to do, you do not feel encouraged.
When you are obliged
and indebted, you feel pulling and pressure.
When you feel alone
or on y our own, you may feel unsupported.
Life
is a gift which we are called to enjoy.
Life is a grand
opening of possibility..
Life is a place to
fully express and create.
Life is unlimited
time and space to show up.
When
we live life our way we create like children.
What we like, we
continue to do with ease.
What we don’t like,
we change or rearrange or stop doing.
What brings us more
of what we want, we keep on doing in bigger ways.
Yes,
purposeful living is this easy and simple.
Make a list of
everything you do daily or weekly.
Grade them A, B and
C. (D is there is something you really cannot stand anymore)
A=
What you love and feel energized and inspired.
B=
What is neutral or Ok to do. It doesn't deplete you.
C=
What you dislike and it depletes your energy.
The
work in life is to eliminate all C’s.
Make the B’s into
A’s
Do more of A’s in
your life.
When everything is
an “A”, you will have the Good Life You Want!
You
may ask, “How do you do that?”
Be open and willing
to change your mind and your life.
Change your
language from “have to”, “should” and “must” to “Want” and “choose”.
You will find the
words you use can totally change the energy.
“I
love to clean my beautiful home.”
“I
really have fun being with my children”.
“I
love to pay bills and pay them with gratitude”.
“I
appreciate the money I make that provides my warm and safe home.”
Before
you revamp your whole life, renew yourself.
After years of
denying yourself, you may want to begin within.
It is time to
acknowledge and forgive yourself for not fully loving, trusting and respecting
yourself.
Then you can begin
to truly listen to your heart and find what is most fulfilling to you.
Loving you, Betty

Based
on the answers above, develop a short paragraph outlining your purpose.
Take
the three top priorities from the four areas to which you just committed
answers.
Construct
a statement that explains what you are beginning to sense in your purpose.
This
can be a work in progress. What is important is to commit to something in
writing.
Your
purpose can be anything you want it to be and it can include anything that is
important to you.
