Be Happy!

Affirmations:
I choose to be happy today.
My happy vibration is creative and responds with love.
The more I am grateful, the happier I am.
I freely share my happiness with those who value being joyful.

Let’s Be Happy!

Let’s be happy being here now.
Let’s be happy loving what we do.
Let’s be happy taking time to be helpful.
Let’s be happy being me and being you.

We can always find an excuse to be happy.
We can erase our unhappy thoughts and choose happiness instead.
We can reach out with love and gratitude.
We can change our mind and attitude.

We can create a healthy meal or special surprise.
We can walk in the woods and stand in the rain.
We can talk to the birds and never complain.
We can enjoy our creations, beautiful and good.

We can sing out with joy and cry happy tears.
We can have fun in daily vocation and enjoy our recreation.
We can watch the sunrise and enjoy the miracle of creation.
We can be inspiring and inspired by how amazing life is.

Happiness is our natural state.
When we think negative or judging thoughts, we feel unhappy.
When we think positive or forgiving thoughts, we feel happy.
When we allow our mind free rein, it can choose either direction.

When energy gets blocked with damnation, we get stuck in flooding of emotion.
When energy flow is open with forgiveness, we easily see higher ground.
Thoughts generate what we feel.
When we think positive thoughts, we experience happy feelings.

Simple, but true.
We are responsible for the feelings we have.
We are in charge of the thoughts we think.
When we allow our thoughts and feelings to simply be, they may go in an unhappy direction.
When we consciously choose our thoughts and feelings, words and behavior, we can be happy.

Simple tools to find your happiness…….
* Think about someone you admire.
* Sing a happy song over and over.
* Ask: What can I do to be helpful?
* Remember to follow the loving way.
* Write our what you want?
* Create something good for yourself.
* Look around and enjoy the present moment.
* Reach out and care for someone.
* Count your blessings one by one.


Writing to you everyday is my happy way to play!
