Integrity

I am living with integrity as I heal and remember only to Love, Trust and Be Happy!
Betty Lue

Affirmations:
Love yourself well.
Free yourself from fear.
Live your dreams honestly.
Trust your inner guidance.

Integrity

Live the way you really want to live.
Speak the truth you really want to share.
Give what feels right and good to share.
Think with a mind that reflects your values.

Integrity is the presence of being that comes from knowing oneself.
Integrity is the power that comes from living ones truths.
Integrity is learning to listen within to follow what is yours.
Integrity is owning and honoring full responsibility for your life.

When we feel upset, it tells us something is off
.
When we feel misunderstood, it tells us we are not hearing ourselves.
When we feel criticized, it shows us where we have not fully valued ourselves.
When we feel lost and alone, it tells us we are not one with ourselves.

When we are out of integrity, we have forgotten or forsaken that which is ours.
When we are not at peace, we have gotten caught in worldly conflict.
When we are not in love, we have been seduced by worldly fears.
When we are not truly happy, we have immersed ourselves in pain and problems.

Trust will settle all problems now.
Forgiveness offers everything we want.
True happiness comes when there is nothing and no one to judge.
Love is the answer whatever the question.

And yet, in the world of human personality, we fear the differences.
In the world of conflicting values, the ego fights for its our rightness.
In the world of ownership of territory, people fight for claiming what is “theirs”.
In the world of needing to express, all fight for the place and time to actualize themselves.

It is time to come to free ourselves to trust in our own self realization.
The first step to integrity is to know who we are and what we value.
The next step to find our integrity is to create a place and time that is free to express our uniqueness.
The final step is to live with the confidence that gives everyone the right to express their own.

Integrity yields power.
Integrity affects transformation.
Integrity inspires courage.
Integrity is coming home.

Know
Your Authentic Self.
Live Your True Purpose.
Honor Your Path to follow.
Appreciate
all others who walk their own Calling.

Thank Goodness there is room for us all!
Loving you,
Betty Lue

Affirmations:
I take impeccable care of myself and my life.
I appreciate my creations and learn from my miscreations.
I easily create all I need for the Good works in my life.
Life works abundantly well as I share all I have.

Do You Want More?

When you want more, you are imagining you don’t have enough.
When you think you don’t have enough, it will always feel like you want more.
When you want something better, you are telling yourself what you have is not good enough.
Is this how you want to feel about yourself?  Not good enough? And Never enough?

Do you have enough?
Are you ever satisfied?
Do you need more?
Is there ever enough for you to feel secure and happy?

I have learned “more” comes effortlessly. when you value and share what you have.
I have seen that what you need is given to you when you use everything for a greater good.
I have experienced that we are provided well for all good works for the good of all.
I have appreciated how naturally we experience abundance and fulfillment when we are grateful.

Vision inspires us to our greatest potential.
Vision shows us what is to come when we believe
Vision leads us to act with inspiration as guide.
Vision is what lifts our hearts and minds.

Do you take impeccable care of what you have?
Do you utilize everything for the good of all?
Are you aware of how much you have been given?
Do you share all you have with those who can use?

Life awakens us to see what we have.
Life reflects others to show us who we are.
Life invites us to imagine our greatness.
Life allows us to clear our self-made obstacles.

When we feel guilty, we can choose to be grateful.
When we feel uncertain, we can choose to be faithful.
When we feel lazy, we can choose to be helpful.
When we feel lacking, we can choose to see our abundance.

When we begin with gratitude for what we have, we can easily create whatever we can use well.
When we start with love and appreciation, we can envision what is next today and tomorrow.
When we are filled with thanksgiving and open-mindedness, we can easily listen to our heart’s desires.
When we enjoy, value and take impeccable care of what we have, it is easy to expand our vision.

Be grateful for yesterday.
Value and enjoy today.
Look forward to tomorrow.
Life will be fun, safe and easy.

Loving us all just as we are.

Affirmations;
I am inspired to be truly helpful.
To serve another is to serve ourselves.
Love is the answer whatever the request.
Life is for Giving and I Am the Gift.

Are You Truly Helpful?

When we give what we genuinely want to receive, we can be helpful.
When we give what we think they need, we may be judging.
When we give what we hope will fix or change them, we may be interfering.
When we give what we are inspired to share without expectation, we will be caring.

The fine points of helpfulness are intertwined with beliefs, opinions, past history and experience.

Parent and child helpfulness can be meddling.
Husband and wife helpfulness can be nagging.
Co-worker or neighbor helpfulness can be showing off.

Every form of helping can be construed in different ways by every recipient.
Some people feel loved and valued when someone helps.
Some people feel irritated and interfered with help.
Some people ignore and resist being helped.

Whether adult or child, needing help or not, everyone reacts or responds differently.
We all have experiences where help is not helpful.
We each have times when others try to fix or change us.
We may have experienced that helpfulness comes from a need to control.

Whether helper or recipient, we need to respect whatever help is truly helpful.
We need to communicate what is wanted and what is not helpful.
We need to appreciate the positive thoughts in being helpful.
We need to enjoy the connection of compassion and kindness.

Before being helpful, consider if you would want the same.
“In this situation, would I appreciate someone helping me?”
Before proceeding with trying to be helpful, ask for permission.
“May I help you?”
Before judging that the help you want to give is truly helpful, ask.
“I would like to …..   Would that be helpful to you?”
Before offering, ask if the helpfulness is coming from a judgmental perspective.
“Are you helping in a way that empowers or disempowers the other?”

Too often, parents, partners and well-meaning friends interfere without asking permission.
Often people ignore and step away from caring and sharing because they don’t know what to do.
Sometimes, people overdo, sacrifice and martyr themselves in doing for others and create guilt.
There are those who need to help, care, and do for their own self-esteem and peace of mind.

Consider if your caring and helpfulness are coming from Love, Trust and Freedom or from Fear.
Consider if you believe and trust the other or distrust and want to control the recipient.
Pay attention to your intention in helping, advising, fixing or making decisions for others.
Be willing to listen to what others really want and may be afraid to request.

Suggestions for Helpfulness:
1) Wait until clearly asked or invited to help.
2) Provide privacy and confidentiality and clarify any limitations.
3) Listen for exactly what is wanted: Listening, advice, information, compassion or spiritual support.
4) Set a specific time frame for the sharing and helping.
4) Request feedback in gratitude, compensation, application to life rather than being disregarded.

Remember to give time and energy to those who receive with respect and gratitude.
All I give is given to myself.

Loving to help, serve, guide, inspire and encourage.

Easter Reminders

"Morning Has Broken"

Morning has broken, like the first morning
Blackbird has spoken, like the first bird
Praise for the singing, praise for the morning
Praise for the springing fresh from the world

Sweet the rain's new fall, sunlit from heaven
Like the first dewfall, on the first grass
Praise for the sweetness of the wet garden
Sprung in completeness where his feet pass

Mine is the sunlight, mine is the morning
Born of the one light, Eden saw play
Praise with elation, praise every morning
God's recreation of the new day

NOW Is The Time!

Time for a new Spirit.
Time to renewed Life.
Time to remember Truth.
Time to be True to You.

What keeps us from our ever-renewing Spirit is the past.
What holds us in the grips of dying is mourning our death.
What teaches us false beliefs is forgetting what we know True.
What seduces us to cling to others’ ways, is betraying our own.

Now is our time to awaken from the sleep of death.
We can break our “mourning” and find the light of new life.
We can resurrect our selves with the freedom of forgiveness.
Our ever-renewing Spirit can rise again every morning.

Can you imagine how to clear your mind and open your heart?
Can you feel what it is to be New again and again?
Can you carry with you the song of praise and gratitude for life?
Can you see what will be when you let go and know you are forever?

Is the symbolism of Easter and springtime and Passover to be born again?
Are you here to embrace eternality in our reality?
Can we step away from the fear and attraction of ending with death?
Are you ready to die daily and begin again anew?

We can plow under old fields of consciousness each night as we sleep.
We can awaken each morning with an open field of possibility and joy.
We can forgive and erase what was and resurrect into what can be.
We can emerge from the cocoon of caution into simplicity of eternal life.

Abundance is given with full freedom of choice.
We can release the manna of yesterday to receive the fruits of today.
We can allow ourselves to live in trust in continuous provision.
We can rise in the morning and know all we need is given.

Life after life or death after death?
Each breath breathed but once and another breath follows.
Honoring the whole and forgetting the lack.
Appreciating what is and release what isn’t.

How much can we do to remember what is true?
Let go of what is stuck and lingers too long.
Get up from attachments and sing a new song.
Stop suffering and relinquish the past.

Now is our time to awaken from fear.
There is no time for malevolent lingering in sorrow and pain.
Get up from your bed and walk toward the light.
You and only you can choose what is true.

Easter is a reminder of the ever-renewing Truth.
Life is eternal.
There is no death…..unless we believe it to be so.
Forgive our misunderstanding and let it go.

Love is the Trust that set us all free.
Betty Lue
