Forgive and Move On!

Are you fixated on past mistakes?
Are you confused about what to do?
Do you get what is your responsibility?
Learn, let go and begin anew.

The past is gone.
We cannot change what was.
When we get stuck, we stop moving.
When we stop moving, there is usually depression and grief.

What do we need to do?
How can we move on?
Do we quit on ourselves?
Do we stop caring?

There is pain in quitting.
There is fear in getting stuck.
There is grief in losing energy.
There is anger in being frustrated.

Feel something and move on.
Feel nothing and be numb.
Feel upset and learn.
Feel angry and do something.

Forgiveness is the key to happiness.
Forgiveness is key to moving on.
Forgiveness is seeing things differently.
Forgiveness opens the way to free yourself.

Consider how you can get going in the right direction.
Look for how you can trust and free yourself to be.
Imagine how to let go and live the life you want.
Forgive yourself for letting anyone or anything to stop you.

We can free ourselves to start over again at our best each day.
We can choose from a multitude of alternative choices.
We can ask forgiveness and love each other anew.
We can heal and learn and grow in wisdom and faith.

Our life is an example for our children.
Our choices are a source of inspiration.
Our words are teachings to better our world.
Our behavior is our best way to lead and create.

We can be the change we want to see, so let us simply move on in faith.
