Fear Limits Everything!

Eureka!  This is worth considering.
Read the classic, “Love is Letting Go of Fear”, by Jerry Jampolsky, MD
Read “Relationship Reminders” by Betty Lue Lieber, PhD, MFT (Available at Amazon.com)

When we have more fear than Love, our life is limited.
When we teach our children fear instead of Love, their freedom is limited.
When we live in a world of fear, our relationships are restricted.
When we are afraid of each other, our Love is limited.

Is it possible that fear is the “evil” here?
Is it possible that fear is inter-fearing with everything?
Is it possible that fear is running and ruining our lives?
Is it possible the fear is creating the wars and violence and hatred and harm?

More fear creates more distrust and more separation and more lack of faith.
More love creates more trust and more connection and more faith in Higher Power.
More fear creates contraction of flow physically, mentally, emotionally, creatively and financially.
More love creates opening of flow physically, mentally, emotionally, creatively and financially.

When we are afraid we have lack of peace.
When we are afraid, we cannot think clearly.
When we are afraid, our bodies are stressed.
When we are afraid, we are conflicted, confused and detached from our True Self.

Dis-ease comes from contracted flow.
Lack of Abundance comes from contracted flow.
Fighting and anger come from contracted flow.
Divorce, rejection, hatred come from contracted flow.

When we have no fear, our natural state of Love is here.
When we have no fear, we naturally feel the Joy of Being.
When we have no fear, our inner voice speaks loud and clear.
When we have no fear, we live in Love and All is well.

Love protects us.
Love provides for us.
Love nurtures us.
Love guides us.

When Fear interferes, we feel unsafe, unloved, unnourished and impoverished.
When Love is your guide, life is fun, safe, easy and fulfilling.
When we clear the fear, we hear and know the Voice for Love.
When we see what is true, life works and we are happy and at peace.

Affirmations:
I forgive myself for being afraid.
I forgive myself for limiting myself.
I forgive myself for limiting my Love.
I forgive myself for limiting my life.

Always loving you,
Betty Lue

LOVE
There is no difficulty that enough love will not conquer;
No disease that enough love will not heal;
No door that enough love will not open;
No gulf that enough love will not bridge;
No wall that enough love will not throw down;
No sin that enough love will not redeem.

 It makes no difference
  how deeply seated may be the trouble,
How hopeless the outlook,
How muddled the tangle,
How great the mistake.
A sufficient realization of love will dissolve it all.

 If only you could love enough, you would be the happiest
and most powerful being in the world.
