No Need to Get Love


You already have the Love you seek to GET.
You are the Love you want to have.
You are here to GIVE the love you have.
You are here to BE the Love you seek.

Some people try to get love.
Some people try to avoid Love.
Some people try to exchange Love.
Some people try to keep Love.

Love is the life force.
Love is the creative power.
Love is the Healing Presence.
Love is the Who We Are.

Love created us as Love for the purpose of Loving.
Goodness created us Good for the purpose of doing Good.
Creator created us as Creative for the purpose of creating Goodness.
God created us as Godly for the purpose of being and seeing Holiness.

Many have forgotten.
Many are afraid.
Many are doubtful.
Many don’t want the responsibility.

When you clear the fear, you remember the Love in you.
When you forgive all mistakes, you realize you own Goodness.
When you let go of questioning, you recognize your inner Holiness.
When you free yourself from stories, excuses and seeking outside yourself, you know the Love in YOU>

The LOVE is within.
The Good you seek is there in you.
The gifts your give are to help you live in Love.
When you withhold Love and the good gifts your have, you cannot feel whole or happy or Love.

Now is the time to let go (Lent), of what you use to hide the LOVE.
Now is your moment to free yourself from criticism, blame and guilt.
Now is your place the one in which you are to Love…..You first!
Now is your truth dawning on you!

You are the Love you seek.
You are the One you want to love you.
You are the Place of healing and holiness.
You are the One calling to be heard.

Listen within and you will begin to see YOU, hear YOU and know YOU!
Your life is for giving and YOU are the GIFT of LOVE.
Only in giving true LOVE will you remember the LOVE YOU ARE.

How To Love Yourself
1. STOP ALL CRITICISM
Criticism never changes a thing. Refuse to criticize yourself. Accept yourself exactly as you are. Everybody changes. When you criticize yourself, your changes are negative. When you approve of yourself, your changes are positive.
2. DON’T SCARE YOURSELF
Stop terrorizing yourself with your thoughts. It’s a dreadful way to live. Find a mental image that gives you pleasure (mine is yellow roses), and immediately switch your scary thought to a pleasure thought.
3. BE GENTLE AND KIND AND PATIENT
Be gentle with yourself. Be kind to yourself. Be patient with yourself as you learn the new ways of thinking. Treat yourself as you would someone you really loved.
4. PRAISE YOURSELF
 Criticism breaks down the inner spirit. Praise builds it up. Praise yourself as much as you can. Tell yourself how well you are doing with every little thing.
5. BE KIND TO YOUR MIND
 Self hatred is only hating your own thoughts. Don’t hate yourself for having the thoughts. Gently change your thoughts.
6. SUPPORT YOURSELF
 Find ways to support yourself. Reach out to friends and allow them to help you. It is being strong to ask for help when you need it.
7. BE LOVING TO YOUR NEGATIVES
 Acknowledge that you created them to fulfill a need. Now you are finding new, positive ways to fulfill those needs. So, lovingly release the old negative patterns.
8. TAKE CARE OF YOUR BODY
 Learn about nutrition. What kind of fuel does your body need to have optimum energy and vitality? Learn about exercise. What kind of exercise can you enjoy? Cherish and revere the temple you live in.
9. MIRROR WORK
 Look into your eyes often. Express this growing sense of love you have for yourself. Forgive yourself looking into the mirror. Talk to your parents looking into the mirror. Forgive them too. At least once a day say: “I love you, I really love you!”
10. LOVE YOURSELF...DO IT NOW
 Don’t wait until you get well, or lose the weight, or get the new job, or the new relationship. Begin now, and do the best you can.
