A problem is whenever you find yourself in a situation where you are not happy with the outcome.
A problem is when there is a conflict in what you want to do and what you choose to do.
A problem is when you are not making choices that are for your highest good and best interest.
A problem is when you are confused about what is in the best interest of yourself and others.
We have a problem when others treat us without respect and consideration.
We have a problem when we treat others without respect and consideration.
We have a problem when we continue to do what we know is not right or good.
We have a problem when we are too tired, too lazy, too sick or too distracted to do what is best.
We have a problem when we are stuck in what is habitual, comfortable and not helpful or growthful.
We have a problem when we have an unwillingness to change, grow or choose a better way to live.
We have a problem when we are unable or unwilling to forgive, heal and remedy past mistakes.
We have a problem when we are lost in our own self love or self loathing and cannot love others.
We have a problem when we are frightened to be in the world in which we live and work.
A problem is when your are unwilling to address or confront your challenges.
It can be growthful to have problems and challenges.
It is not helpful to deny, ignore or wish they will go away.
It is helpful to ask for worldly help and spiritual help from those who know and live what they know.
When Do You Need Help?
You need help, when you no longer know what to do to resolve a conflict or solve a problem.
You need help when you feel anxious, depressed, or exhausted by a problem.
You need help when you want a solution, but have run out of options.
You need help when you are confused, frustrated and impatient to clear the problem.
You need help when you feel a need for new ideas and creative solutions.
You need help when you cannot do it alone, from a solitary perspective.
You need help when you are caught in guilt and/or blame.
You need help when you are lost in your own mental tape loop and cannot find completion.
You need help when you are not eating, sleeping or relating well due to the problem.
You need help when you are using substances to quiet your thoughts and calm your feelings.
You need help when you are taking our your frustrations on your loved ones.
You need help when you are harming or imagining harming yourself or others.
You need help when you are acting out like an child with inappropriate anger, violence, crazy behaviors.
You need help when you cannot deal with the problems and they escalate.
You need help when you cannot relate with respect and civility.
You need help when you think you might need help.
We have a problem, when we are too independent, fearful or arrogant to ask for help when we have need.
We have the help we need, when we ask those who know and trust their knowing and make new choices.
This is our gift of love and peace to ourselves.
Recognizing and resolving our problems leads to a better world for everyone.
Blessing us all as we are willing to see and acknowledge, forgive and give to ourselves the help we need.
