How do you do what you do, Betty Lue?
There is an art to doing everything you want to give and have.
Enjoy all your choices.
Where there is dissatisfaction or feeling should’s and have to’s there is slow down and split focus.
When you have made the choice and appreciate your choices, you are happy and everything flows.
Stay in present moment.
When you are distracted by other things on your to do list or unfinished projects, you waste energy.
When you are 100% with the fulfillment of each task, you give and receive your very best.
Be organized.
When you have look for things or are sitting at a messy desk or kitchen, there is confusion and lost time.
When everything has a place and is returned to its rightful place after use. There is ease and efficiency.
Keep life simple.
When you make things complicated with doubts, questioning, and conflict, time and energy are wasted.
When you keep life simple, make clear decisions and follow through with confidence, all is easy.
Stop telling others what to do.
When we are managing others activities, schedules and behavior, the less time we have for our own.
I choose no employees, but only to give others the opportunity to do what they want their way.
Choose a life that inspires and fulfills you.
When you do things that deplete, drain, distract and demand of you, you are not on purpose.
When I am not inspired by my choices, I step back and choose again for what is truly best for me.
Be flexible with change.
When you resist or resent or fear change, you block the flow of ease, safety and joy.
The more resilient and flexible you are, responding to everything with peace, you find lasting happiness.
Trust that everything is either a gift of love or a call for love.
When you feel upset, angry, resistant or resentful, it holds you prisoner of your emotions.
When you forgive, set free, let go and Love all again, you are free of limitation and lack.
Let go easily and quickly.
When you hang onto and get attached or needy people and situations, you block the flow to your Good.
When you release with gratitude and love, you feel renewed trust and total freedom to create again.
Take impeccable care of YOU.
Love yourself well: mentally with inspiration, emotionally with unconditional love, physically with healthy nurturing and nourishment, relationally with positive relationships, and financially with no indebtedness.
Forgive the past everyday in everyway.
Clear the mental archives of all that you have judged. Be free to create brand new with innocent wisdom and inner guidance.
Most of this comes naturally, so I had to ask myself to look deeply at my process.
Some have to undo all that we have done that no longer works or perhaps never did.
Loving you with a heart that is True B’Lue,’
Betty Lue
