How To Support One Another

What can I do to support you?
Sometimes this simple question is enough to let the other know you care.
What can I do to be helpful?
Sometimes this little questions tells the other that you are there.

When people don’t know what to do, they often do nothing.
When people don’t know what to say, they often say nothing.
When people are afraid of what they feel, they often ignore the call for help.
When people feel inadequate, helpless or unable to help, they often stay away.

What do you do to love and support others in need?
How do you respond when you see someone in trouble?
What can you do to be truly helpful to those you hear of you are facing challenges?
How can you give to all the people everywhere who are troubled, suffering and alone?

You can pray.
You can forgive.
You can contribute.
You can believe.
You can care.
You can love.
You can trust.
You can visualize.
You can affirm.
You can respect.
You can send healing energy.
You can listen.
You can bless.
You can respond.
You can do whatever you are called to do in your heart, from your inner guidance.

Write a prayer or affirmation which can be repeated whenever you are concerned.
Give your blessing to those who are calling for help.
Open you heart and reach out with loving response.
Appreciate yourself as you give and receive that which you give.

Every gift of love, every blessing and prayer, every healing thought benefits everyone everywhere.
Do what you can do with gratitude and joy today.
Give what is in your heart with peace and love to those you encounter.
Use your life, your words and deeds, as a blessing to all humanity.

We are healing all.
We are teaching all.
We are inspiring all.
And our willingness is a blessing to ourselves.

Loving you in your Loving,
Betty Lue

WORLD DAY OF PRAYER
We are channels through which Spirit illumines the world.
Lighthouses are positioned so their light will reach the greatest distance and provide the clearest guidance. Similarly, each of us is positioned to be a brilliant beacon of the One Light, right where we are.
Spirit guides us to share love, to support one another, and to dispel the darkness of fear and separation. We stand confidently and express the light of Spirit, touching the hearts and minds of those around us. Knowing the power of Spirit to heal the world, we let our lights shine through our prayers, words and actions. In every language, in every land, the good news of peace and love and abundance is being shared. We are channels through which Spirit illumines the world.
No one after lighting a lamp puts it under the bushel basket, but on the lampstand, and it gives light to all in the house.--Matthew 5:15
