What Works?

Affirmations:
I see things as they are.
I relinquish all judgment on life as it is.
I give up making myself miserable with my preconceived notions.
I now recognize all things work together for Good.

What Works for You?

What works for you may not work for me.
What works for me may not work for you.
What works for one may not work for others.
It is clear we need to find what works for us.

How do we define what works?
How do we know what works for us?
How do we let go of what doesn’t work?
How do we affirm and encourage what works?

People are happy or content doing what works.
You may feel fulfilled or enriched by what works.
You may feel more confident and empower with what works.
You may feel inspired, joyous, creative and energized by what works.

When we may be unhappy, drained, weakened or discouraged by what doesn’t work for us.
Judgmental or negative thinking doesn’t work.
Scattered or chaotic activities doesn’t work.
Meaningless conversation or interactions don’t work.

Observe your whole life.
When you list what fills you up, you easily find what works for you.
When you notice what fatigues and depletes you, you recognize what doesn’t work.
Often it is not the relationship or activity, but our thoughts that don’t work.

Watch your thoughts and words.
Be careful with how you think and what you say.
When you are hating or criticizing, you may feel anxious or tired.
When you are enjoying and appreciating, you may feel happy and enlivened.

Experiment with your life energy.
Explore the nature of your thoughts and emotions.
Change your thinking from negative to positive.
Change your words from critical to appreciative.

You may discover how many people, places and things are neutral, until you like or dislike them.
You may notice that what works for you is often based on you pre-conceived notions and beliefs.
You may experience that it is our prejudice or pre-judging that determines the quality of relationships.
You may find that work is simply work until you make up your mind it being good or bad, hard or easy.

Consider how easily you can forgive or erase and delete your prejudices and see things as they are.
The neutrality with which we see all things generates an openness to what is true for us.
Give everything an opportunity to be experiences brand new.
Open the door to allow your inner Spirit to choose to see all things with eyes of Love.

Give YourSelf to What Works for You,
