Thoughts Create

Affirmations:
I only think thoughts which lead to all Good.
I fill my mind with thoughts of Love, Trust and Freedom.
I choose the thoughts I think.
I erase all thoughts of judgment and fear.

How Do You Spend Your Mind?

Experts say we are only conscious of about 5% of their thoughts.
Some say that what we experience is a result of our thinking.
Many believe that thoughts create our emotions and our behaviors.
And almost everyone knows that our thoughts influence our choices.

So how do you spend your time in your mind?
What do you choose to think about or obsess about?
Where do you expend your mental energy?
How easily influenced are you by what you think?

Even one thought, one picture, one idea can change your whole life.
One choice, unconscious or fully conscious, can lead you to heaven or hell.
One simple choice can create greatness or nothingness.
How do you manage your own mind?

Time in the mind can be used for good or bad.
Time in the mind can be directed to inspire or shame and blame.
Time in the mind can build creativity or devastation.
Time in the mind can focus on healing or harming.

Each one of us can control our thoughts.
We can learn to discipline our minds and our choices.
We can practice clearing what we do not want and expanding what we do want.
Our creative tool is choosing the thoughts we want.

Thoughts held in mind produce after their kind
.
We can choose what we take into our minds.
As a man thinketh, so is he.
What we take into our mind, we tend to hold and reproduce.

Mental power requires discipline and conscious choice.
Mental consciousness requires forgiveness and wisdom.
When we take in negativity, false and limiting beliefs, we choose more of the same.
When we try to be right about what we believe, we reproduce what may be wrong for us.

Let go of emotional reactivity based on fear. (False Expectations Appearing Real.)
Discontinue letting your thoughts run your life.
Choose thoughts you want to think, feel and create.
Choose to use your mind for creating only what is good and whole and beautiful for all.

Your mind is your tool to be used wisely and well.
Your mind is an instrument to be practiced to play exquisitely.
Your mind is a gift to be appreciated for what it can do for you.
Your mind is yours to use with guidance and respect.

Love your mind and teach it well.
