Affirmations:
I do what is best for me and I thrive with health, happiness and fulfillment.
What is good for me is a gift for myself and others.
I take good care of my mind, body and Spirit.
I live and give what creates the Highest Good for everyone.
Is It Good For You?
Do you know what is good for you?
If you have doubts, it is telling you something.
If you have guilt, it is a wakeup call.
If it doesn't feel right, It probably isn’t.
Is anyone listening?
Do you really care?
Are you numb your conscience?
Do you want to be happy?
If we want happiness, we must choose what feels happy for us.
If we want peace, we need to choose peace.
If we want clarity and sensitivity, we must pay attention.
If we want to be self aware, we must listen and observe ourselves.
Many of us are doing what is expected.
Many are choosing because someone told us what to choose.
Many are opting to numb the fear and upset with alcohol and drugs.
Many are overriding what they feel and think and know.
When you leave an encounter upset, it was not handled well.
When you leave a job before you are done, you feel incomplete.
When you leave a relationship with guilt or blame, you have not learned.
When you have leftover doubt, fear, anger or “ghosts” haunting you, you have not finished.
Our work remains our work until we are clear and complete.
Our healing needs call to us until we do what is ours to be at peace.
Our loving needs haunt us until we feel good about ourselves and others.
Our life purpose is to have inner peace, feel happy and good about our lives.
We all have work to do.
Every relationship gives us clues to guide us to fulfillment.
Our thoughts and feelings show us what needs our attention.
At the end of the day, we know what is left to be done and undone.
All blame and guilt are “wakeup” calls.
All sacrifice and overdoing simply create unconscious resentment.
The emotional toxins accumulate when we do not change our daily diet.
We are here to recognize where we are stuck, blind or living with unhealthy habits.
It is for each one of us to do what is ours to do.
I can say “No” without losing anyone’s love.
I have a right to be healthy and habit.
I forgive myself for hurting myself.
I now take impeccable care of my true self, mentally, emotionally and physically in all relationships.
Observing and listening to become ever more aware to what is Good for us all.
Planting seeds of conscientious kindness and goodness.
