Happy?

Affirmations:
I choose to be happy with myself and my life.
I have a right to life, liberty and true happiness.
I honor myself with happy choices everyday.
I give everyone the right to be happy.

Are You Happy?

Are you content with your life?
Are you happy with yourself?
Is there something you need to correct?
Is there something for you to do?

Only you can answer what is yours to do.
Only you know where you are not free.
Only you know how you have stalled real living.
Only you can set you free to be fully happy.

Un-Happiness is often the barometer of where you are stalled.
In traffic, in relationship, in life work, in mental wellbeing?
Are you stuck somewhere, irritated, restless or just discontent?
Time to take a look within at what is calling to be fulfilled!

The body may show up with pain, fatigue or dis-ease.
The mind may show up with worry, regret, complaints or resentment.
Finances may show up with problems, debt and or unresolved issues.
Relationships may show up with arguments, threats, avoidance or criticism.

Is anyone really paying attention to your life?
Does anyone care about your own happiness?
Are you content with being unhappy, sick, alone or in debt?
Are you willing to start attending to your own unhappiness?

When we settle for what we have, we are stalled in life.
When we accept whatever comes our way, we often get stuck in our own dilemma.
When we neglect to care for ourselves first, we may find ourselves depleted and deleted from love.
When we stop caring for the one we are here to be, we lose ourselves in misery.

Are you truly happy?
If this is the gauge of your self worth, what do you need to change.
Often you need to let go of whatever is in the way of your happiness.
You may find a need to eliminate unhappy thoughts, unhappy relationship, unhealthy habits, and more.

Happiness is our natural state.
Where we are unhappy, we have something to let go, to heal, to undo, to release or forgive.
When we have lost our natural happiness, we may need to let go of past history, memories and choices.
When we have forgotten or neglected self-care, we need to love ourselves enough to learn how to care.

When we have settled for less than our best, we need to speak up and listen to ourselves.
When we have been stalled in the busyness of everyday life, we need to stop and look around.
When we have neglected giving our life a happy make-over, we need to forgive and choose again
When we are unhappy, we need to care enough to ask and answer, what do you really need right now?

Our primary life work is to clarify, create, communicate, choose and commit to happiness!
Loving us all with happy thoughts, words and activities,
Betty Lue
