New Year’s Eve

I celebrate new beginnings and use them well.
I give my best and know it is always enough.
I love who I Am and choose to have a good life.
My life serves me with learning, choice and blessings of Good.

(See Honorable Closure below)

Dear Loving Reminders Friends and Family.

At the end of 2015, it is important that we clean up any messes we made.
It is valuable to make amends with people we have incompletions.
It is helpful to prepare the ground of our being for the coming year.
It is renewing and reenergizing with gratitude for what has been.

It is good practice to let go of what we thought should have been.
It is loving to forgive ourselves and others for what appeared unkind.
It is hopeful to choose a policy of love for all ANYWAY! ( See the poem below!!)
It is awakening to remember we are responsible for it all as our projections.

We are the ones here to awaken and learn.
We can wake up quickly and easily or sleep often.
We can wait until there is drama or tragedy to awaken.
We can stay conscious and listen to our conscience.

We can learn from everyone and everything.
We can take notes and follow signals.
We can use reminders to be fully aware.
Life is serving us with unlimited wakeup calls.

Let us take time letting go.
Use whatever ritual serves you best.
Write and burn or tear up and throw in the garbage.
Breathe and release as you undo what you no longer want.

First we must be awake and aware.
Second we must choose to release and delete.
Third we must be grateful for what we learned.
Fourth we must appreciate our willingness to learn from all things.

Remember this is your life.
Remember you are served by your Creator and the Universe.
Remember you can always choose again and create anew.
Remember you can begin again with each day, not just on New Year’s.

Many ways to begin anew are given you to use and create your own.
Use my 30 Days to Healing and Enlightenment.
Use Daily Loving Reminders from me and the resources that resonate with you.
Take time daily to stop and regain the frame in which you want to picture yourself.

Always open and willing to serve the Greater Good….and that means YOU>
Loving you now and everyday,

Honorable Closure
How do you complete a relationship, marriage, teaching-learning experience, job or friendship?
How do you know you are really complete?
People may walk away without really finishing the healing work, because it is easier emotionally.
People don’t know how to come to a truly peaceful place, where “good-bye” is “God be with You”.

When we are complete, we are at peace and in love.
We have no regrets, no resentments, no unhappy memories.

Honorable closure acknowledges:
1)   the learning and growth received,
2)   challenges and difficulties experienced,
3)   appreciation of gifts and blessings,
4)   forgiveness and amends made.

**Acknowledge within your self and with the other person all that you have learned and how you have grown and benefited from the experience.
**Honor and express the challenges and difficulties that occurred and perhaps were endured during the time together.
**Offer your gratitude and appreciation to the other for the benefits you received.
**Share your forgiveness and/or make amends for those places of unconscious or conscious errors of omission or commission.  Often neither party is aware of what went unexpressed until the two have an opportunity to talk together.  This is very valuable when done with the conscious intention for a peaceful conclusion.
**And lastly, give your full appreciation and blessings to those whom you are leaving.

Honorable closure includes a face to face or heart to heart connection so that all parties have a full opportunity to express their piece of the whole. Incompletion is never one sided. If one party loses and is in grief neither person is at peace.   If you cannot complete in person, write out your thoughts and feeling respectfully and with gratitude.
I am grateful I have learned…
I am grateful I was challenged……
I am grateful to have regrets which I can apologize for and learn from.
I am grateful to see how much I have received and appreciate……..

Do your part when you part.
When we complete a relationship, job, living situation with honor for all, we are free to choose again without being haunted by the past or unconsciously repeating the same patterns.

To move on, to create anew, to be fully inspired requires honorable closure.  Begin now!
Saying good-bye can be done with love, respect and profound gratitude and inner peace. Do it Now!

Do It Anyway
People are often unreasonable, illogical and self-centered.
Forgive them anyway.

If you are kind, people may accuse you of selfish ulterior motives.
Be kind anyway.

If you are successful, you will win some false friends and some true enemies.  Succeed anyway.

If you are honest and frank, people may cheat you.
Be honest and frank anyway.

What you spend years building, someone could destroy it all overnight.
Build anyway.

If you find serenity and happiness, they may be jealous.
Be happy anyway.

The good you do today, people will often forget tomorrow.
Do good anyway.

Give the world the best you have and it may never be enough.
Give the world the best you’ve got anyway.

You see, in the final analysis, it is between you and God.
It was never between you and them anyway.

30 Days to Healing and Seeing things Differently!
This exercise has a profound impact on how we see and live our lives.
This daily practice will heal and transform your life
With continued practice, there will be a spiritual awakening.

Forgiveness heals our perception and gives us Response-Ability.
Choice empowers us to Create our Experience Consciously.
Gratitude expands what we Choose and increases our Joy.

Daily Practice:

Begin each morning with a pad of lined paper and a pen.
Write and say 30 forgivenesses as they come to mind.
Simply write “I forgive”…and let the rest just come from within.
(No need to understand or feel anything.)
I forgive you for being mean.
I forgive myself for letting anyone hurt me.
I forgive my body’s limitation.
I forgive myself for being late.
I forgive everything.

Now write and say 30 Choices.
I choose to be happy.
I choose to be free.
I choose to do what I love.
I choose to forgive….

In the Evening (before bed)
Write and say 30 Gratitudes
I appreciate the energy I have.
I love being happy.
I am grateful I have you in my life.
I thank God.

Make the  sound “OM” the Universal sound for Love and God for 1 minute.

PS Even a few of each is better than none.
Do what you can and trust it is working.
Even when you are driving to work, you can do this process aloud.
The key is your willingness to DO THE WORK!

Loving You always,
Betty Lue

This Time in Life!

I am free to be me, the Me I am meant to be.
I love being alive with creativity, joy and appreciation.
I am open-minded and willing to transform my life.
I see and know who I AM and I love being Me.

This Time in Life!
( See the Self Discovery Process Below!)

There is a time in life when each one of us must stop and do an inventory of our lives.
New Year’s or birthdays can be just that time to ask, “What do I really want?”
We can stop even for just an hour to give ourselves open time to imagine and vision.
Even better we can go away from the world and listen inside to our heartsong.

What sings in you?
What do you long for?
How can you be really happy?
What is it and where is it that calls to you?

We may learn to deny ourselves what we really want.
We feel stuck or limited by others demands and our duties.
We feel responsible for what we have created and insist on being stuck.
Being willing to love ourselves is the beginning of honoring what is ours to do and be.

To be inspired is not about things or being rich or famous making us happy.
To be enthused and truly fulfilled is about living life our way.
For some it is simple and serene and for others it may be full and diverse.
Each one of us has a unique calling.

Tune into your true Self.
Ask within what you value.
Always write the answer,
Ponder and envision how it feels to be fully You!

We may copy what others do.
We may try to be what others want.
We may wish we could be something else.
The real question is: Who Are You Really?

When we resonate with a song, a poem  or story, we may see and feel our true Self.
When we feel free and fully happy, we may have a real experience of our Truth.
When we are most energized, creative and empowered, we may be having an awakening.
Life tends to cloak us in what is not really ours to be and do and have.

Stop and examine your Self and your lifestylye, your friends and experiences.
What sets you free?
What reminds you of you?
What inspires you to be your best Self?

When you are loving being You, the Real You, you will know your true path and purpose.
Live life following your Inner Spirit and you will be free to fully be You, unlimited and at peace.
What we came to be is not what we have learned or earned.
What we came into being to be is a life that is fun, safe and easy, because it is our True Reality.

Loving you Being You!!

Find Passion and Purpose!

I love myself and treat my life with care.
I am sensitive and responsive to my own needs.
I listen to my heart and open my mind to what is good for me.
I live with passion and purpose and have a really good life.

Find Your Purpose!

You are seeking what inspires you.
You are desiring what fulfills you.
You are aching for what gives meaning to your life.
You are longing for getting up everyday with a smile on your face.

You see, when you are not happy with your life, you do not really want to be here.
When you are not free to do what you long to do, you do not feel encouraged.
When you are obliged and indebted, you feel pulling and pressure.
When you feel alone or on y our own, you may feel unsupported.

Life is a gift which we are called to enjoy.
Life is a grand opening of possibility..
Life is a place to fully express and create.
Life is unlimited time and space to show up.

When we live life our way we create like children.
What we like, we continue to do with ease.
What we don’t like, we change or rearrange or stop doing.
What brings us more of what we want, we keep on doing in bigger ways.

Yes, purposeful living is this easy and simple.
Make a list of everything you do daily or weekly.
Grade them A, B and C.  (D is there is something you really cannot stand anymore)
A= What you love and feel energized and inspired.
B= What is neutral or Ok to do. It doesn't deplete you.
C= What you dislike and it depletes your energy.

The work in life is to eliminate all C’s.
Make the B’s into A’s
Do more of A’s in your life.
When everything is an “A”, you will have the Good Life You Want!

You may ask, “How do you do that?”
Be open and willing to change your mind and your life.
Change your language from “have to”,  “should” and “must” to “Want” and “choose”.
You will find the words you use can totally change the energy.

“I love to clean my beautiful home.”
“I really have fun being with my children”.
“I love to pay bills and pay them with gratitude”.
“I appreciate the money I make that provides my warm and safe home.”

Before you revamp your whole life, renew yourself.
After years of denying yourself, you may want to begin within.
It is time to acknowledge and forgive yourself for not fully loving, trusting and respecting yourself.
Then you can begin to truly listen to your heart and find what is most fulfilling to you.

Loving you, Betty Lue

Based on the answers above, develop a short paragraph outlining your purpose.
Take the three top priorities from the four areas to which you just committed answers.
Construct a statement that explains what you are beginning to sense in your purpose.
This can be a work in progress. What is important is to commit to something in writing.
Your purpose can be anything you want it to be and it can include anything that is important to you.
