How Do You Love You?

I love myself with the very best.
The more I love, appreciate and treat myself, the better others treat me and themselves.
I forgive myself for neglecting or forgetting myself.
I treat myself with forgiveness, gratitude and great respect.
Are you present for yourself?
Do you respect your own needs?
To you take impeccable care of you?
Are you aware of your body, mind and Spirit?

When you think of loving yourself, do you think of gifts?
Do you think of pleasuring your body with food or clothes?
Do you imagine inspiring yourself with meditation or music?
Do you consider loving yourself with the very best ideas and people/

When you think of loving yourself, do you keep your home beautiful and orderly?
Do you honor your rest and sleep time with a clean and serene bedroom?
Do you prepare your own ideal foods within a clean and healthy kitchen?
Do you read  the best books and and watch only inspiring and entertaining movies and programs?

When you think of loving yourself, do you treat yourself with respect and dignity?
Do you listen to your own ideas and pay attention to what you value?
Do you remember to appreciate your accomplishments and your gifts and talents.
Do you comfort, protect and provide well for your whole self?

When you think of loving yourself, do you forgive your past history and mistakes.
Do you remember what is good and beautiful and healthy for you?
Do you learn from everyone and everything with ease and gratitude?
Do you take time to listen within to what you want and need?

When you think of loving yourself, do you hold thoughts that are positive?
Do you clear your fears and drop the criticisms and complaints?
Do you find ways to give yourself the safety, security and belonging you need?
Do you free yourself from any troubles or guilt, regrets or resentments?

When you think of loving yourself, do you play and make yourself happy?
Do you work with enjoyment and feel pleased with your accomplishments/
Do your relax and rest well in the security of knowing “All is Well?”
Do you create beauty and goodness in your life and in the world?

When you love you, do you give yourself the praise and appreciation you deserve?
Do you allow yourself to learn from mistakes and laugh at foolishness?
Do you free yourself from limitations, inhibitions and harmful addictions?
Do you trust yourself to think well, speak well and do well in all situations?

Loving yourself is your willingness to give yourself the best.
Loving yourself is taking the time to listen to your own needs.
Loving yourself is putting yourself first to teach others to do the same.
Loving yourself is realizing that you are your own Source of comfort and reminder of Love.

Give yourself the Best today.
Loving you all the way home,

Who Are You?

I Am That I AM.
I am the One who explores asking “Why?”
I am the One who thinks and talks and walks.
I am the One making up my story and living what I choose.

Are you the clothes you wear?
Are you the love you share?
Are you the songs you sing?
Are you not everything?

Are you the times you’ve lived?
Are you the gifts you give?
Are you the work you do?
Are you what you choose?

Are you the beliefs you hold?
Are you the tales you/ve told?
Are you the way you look?
Are you the pictures you took?

Are you not everything?
A kaleidoscope of color and sound.
Are you not a composite of all you think?
A panorama of feelings and thoughts, words and ways you live.

If you are to uncover who you are, go deeper.
If you want to find yourself, listen within.
If you are here to discover the Real You, look around You.
If you really want to know You, be open and willing.

It takes time to find the Infinite, the Eternal.
It takes persistence to reach beneath the layers of defenses.
It takes lifetimes to really see into the Great Mystery.
And even then, there is more.

There is no limit.
There is no right way.
There is no definition.
There is only the journey home.

What are you doing the rest of your life?
Some explore what is within.
Some enjoy only what is without.
Some simply be, trusting in their reality.

There are no right songs to sing.
There are no perfect clothes to wear or bodies to have.
There is no perfect way to behave or speak or think.
There is only the freedom you have to choose as you do.

So Who Is The Real You?

What Works for You?

I do what works best for me.
What works for me inspires others to do what is best for them.
When all are free to choose, we are happy and at peace.
Life works best because we choose what works.

Some conserve and some spend.
Some withhold and some share.
Some tell the painful stories and some tell the inspiring stuff.
Some want commiseration and some want distraction.

What Do You Want?
Do you want quiet or prefer noise?
Do you want simplicity or complexity?
Do you prefer ease or challenge?
Do you choose regularity or like diversity?

Each one of us is choosing.
When we make up others have made our lives, we lose power.
When we see ourselves as victims, we feel weak and inept.
When we take responsibility, we recognize we can choose and change.

What works for you?
Do you want to be responsible for your life?
Are you able to respond to whatever comes your way?
Do you distract or detour yourself from difficulties?

When life is not working for you, do you choose again?
When you seek the problems, do you see them easily?
When you seek for the solutions, do you find them quickly?
Consider that what you seek, you find.

I ask myself to be response-able for what I see needs attention.
I invite myself to be willing to look for and find solutions in trust.
I encourage myself to be open to possibilities for good.
I am grateful I can always change my mind, including thoughts, beliefs, fears and choices.

When we learn we are choosing the experience we have, we can change our experiences.
When we realize the life comes from our perception of circumstances, we can change what we see.
When we recognize that our experience is our projection, we forgive, erase and delete finding fault.
When we practice changing our thought, words and deeds, it becomes clear we are the projector.

Like a kaleidoscope, we look through the glass and see ever-changing panorama of color and sound.
We make up the pieces to fit in the ways we choose to see and believe.
The stories we hold and the fantasies we believe all fit until we let go and declare “I don’t really know.”
When we forgive, erase and undo it all, what remains is the creative power we choose to experience.

And so it is, I Am I and You Are You, coloring the world in the way we make true.

Let us color in Love together.
Let us color with Freedom.
Let us color with Trust.

Trusting and freeing and Loving us all to choose the colors we use,
Betty Lue

I wanted to  share with you our  wonderful experience.
I love honoring the energy of the Sun!
I love sharing good ways to save money for other Good.
I love being able to experiment with what works.

Interested in solar systems!!!
Good for environment and good for YOU!
This is our second solar experience.
The first was 8 years ago in Rio Vista.
This system is much sleeker and less conspicuous.
Ecologically, we’re committed to doing what we can for our environment and solar is a great way to eliminate the need for commercially produced energy.
Having had previous solar experience, we did some “informed research” and chose Solar City as our provider.

We had the choice of either buying our system outright or leasing the system.
For financial reasons, we chose the lease.
We now have a system that produces 1½ times the energy of our last year’s consumption (we are spending more time here now, so wanted total coverage) and costs us 20% less than our average monthly bill. (I always like more for less.)
Plus, we have a 20 year guarantee of zero price increase, and I’m pretty sure PG&E will go up in that time.
If we ever move (and we’re definitely not planning on it), we have the option of selling the system with the house or having it moved to our new home.

If you have any interest at all, you can contact Tim Cali ( <> ).
Quickest, easiest, no-pressure education you can get about solar.
Let him know you know us!
If coming up our direction, you can also come see our system in action.

Are You Sensitive?

I respect myself and others in choosing what is best for us.
I trust the choices I make.
I honor my health and happiness with every decision I make.
I live impeccably to be the best I can be.

The canary in the coal mine showed when it was safe for the miners to live.
Are you the one who shows every sensitivity to your environment and the energies around you?
Do you experience negativity, toxicity, imbalance and even when it is not healthy for others?
Consider the possibility that you are the barometer for health, happiness and harmony for humanity!

What if we are stressed by unhealthy food and air, ideas and institutions!
What if we all are impacted by negative thinking, crude words and disrespectful behavior!
What if we each are polluting our environment with our fears, judgments, guilt and resentment.
What if we are killing ourselves with lack of love and trust, lack of freedom and appreciation!

Yes, I know we can do better……much better in keeping ourselves fully alive.
We can start by opening our eyes to seek what we each can do to make it better for everyone.
We can look for and relinquish all attack, all pollution, all conscious apathy and neglect.
We can seek and find places and people and ways to give our best.

Yes, I can treat my self better….much better with the thoughts I allow and the words I speak.
I can change my mind quickly and easily for the good, the highest way to choose.
I can forgive quickly any mistakes I make in my thoughts, words or actions.
I can choose everyday for the goal I seek and the ways I live and love and give.

Yes, we can see and find better ways to change the world, one mind at a time.
We can listen to and watch what inspires, encourages us and connects us with one another.
We can create and share all that is good and whole and beautiful for everyone.
We can trust each one to learn the best ways for them to heal and grow, to live and let live.

Yes, you can be the change you want to see.
Yes, you can learn from everyone with respect and appreciation.
Yes, you can step away from anger, fear, condemnation and negativity.
Yes, you can encourage others to step up with trust, freedom, appreciation and respect.

If you are sensitive…… ( I am!)
First, take care of you.
Acknowledge your sensitivity without blaming, judging or creating more guilt.
(Guilt begets more of the same.  It is not an effective deterrent!)
Begin to educate and lead the way to clear the thoughts, words, behaviors and environment.
Treat yourself and others with sensitivity, forgiveness and respect.
Handle your mistakes with gratitude and grace.
Love the one you are as a demonstration and encouragement for others.
Live your life with openness, appreciation, kindness and respect.
Be responsible for your own choices.
Ingest the best and forgive the rest.

Remember if you are the canary, it is your gift to keep yourself healthy and happy, whole and free.
Trusting your own intuition and inner guidance to make choices that serve the best for you.
Live fully and freely as you are called, fully enjoying and appreciating the good you know and are.
Let each one of us make the world happier and healthier with our own impeccable choices to be.

Loving you in loving me,
Betty Lue
