Create a Better World for All.

Affirmations: (See "12 Steps to Optimistic Living" below)

I am willing to respond to myself with Love.

I forgive myself for being negligent, uncaring and critical.

I give the very best I have to myself and others.

I know I am responsible for treating everyone with Love and respect.

Are You Able To Respond With Love?

Do you know what it means to be “Responsible”?

Have you learned "responsibility" is the burden of being an adult?

Does it feel heavy being accountable to be responsible?

Is it possible that being responsible is the fast track to being free?

When we can respond to all things with kindness, we feel good.

When we learn to stop judging others, we can be truly helpful.

When we are willing to stop martyrdom and give with joy, we are free.

When we set aside resentment and criticism, we can will be able to respond with love.

Kindness works when we listen openly.

Respect is learned when we are respectful.

Helpfulness is natural when we stop being judgmental.

Everyone is benefitted when we learn to love no matter what.

Loving comes naturally when we are willing to be responsible.

We teach with every thought, word and deed.

All our interactions are replicated by others.

When we are conscious, we give only what we want to receive.

Learning a better way requires us to be responsible to and for ourselves.

This means correcting our own mistakes.

It means apologizing when we have erred.

We can easily say: “I’m sorry” when anyone is upset or hurt or angry.

When we change how we respond without guilt or blame, we are on the right track.

Take responsibility for not being a good example.

Be responsible for being clear, concise and helpful.

Watch how responsible you can be as a role model.

Many have learned through threat of disapproval and punishment.

Most adults want someone else to do it for them and be codependent.

Many still think like children and try to get out of being responsible.

Few realize the more capable and responsible we are, the better life is.

Consider how you can clean up after yourself.

Consider finishing the project or your day with self approval.

Consider being grateful for being one who shows the better way.

Consider taking care of business in your home and at work.

Everything can be in order every morning and before bedtime..

Meals can be planned and made for the family to enjoy.

Children can be cared for in a positive cooperative way.

Finances and health issues can be resolved before they start.

Do what you can handle with gratitude and grace.

Love and respect for each step toward full responsibility.

Freedom and Responsibility grow together.

The more you take care of your responsibilities, the freer you feel.

I love being responsible for my life.

Enjoying my choices everyday,

Betty Lue
