Affirmations:
I am happy being happy.
I give myself the feeling I want.
I practice being truly happy until I AM.
I choose the emotional state I experience.
Don’t
Wait To Be Happy!
Some
people plan on being happy later.
Some
people plan on being happy when…
Some
people will never be happy because…..
Some
people don’t want to be happy.
Happiness
is a function of forgiveness.
When
we are critical of anything or anyone, we are not at peace.
When
we always want more or less, we cannot be satisfied.
When we think about what we wish could be, how can we be truly happy?
Can we be happy with exactly where we are?
Can we be content with exactly what we have?
Are we willing to appreciate what is are doing?
Are you valuing yourself as you are?
Many
people believe we must be in a state of unhappiness to achieve.
Others
believe that it is our nature to desire something more or different.
But
how about allowing your happiness to inspire and renew you.
Look
at what encourages you to be your best.
Ingest
the best and forget and forgive the rest.
Be
happy and you will be happy doing it.
Do
it and you will be happy being it.
Happiness
is the motivation to do the Good we do.
I
am happy with my life, my home and my self.
I
am happy writing this loving reminder for you.
I
am happy taking a 24 hour sabbatical to the coast.
I
am happy being happy with myself and all that is.
Does
this happiness inspire me to love more and give more?
Happiness
fuels me.
Happiness
is like a Geiger counter and shows me what to do next.
Happiness
is contagious and encourages others to choose happiness too.
Experiment
with your choice to be happy.
Notice
that you can choose happiness.
Notice
how you choose to be unhappy.
Notice
which feels better for you.
You
can have an attitude of happiness and feel so much better.
Notice
that your natural state is happiness. (unless you have learned the habit of unhappiness.)
Notice
that life works better when you are happy.
Notice
and choose again for what you really want.
Loving
you,
