If you are critical, you may need to change something in
yourself.

dissatisfied, you may need to move on.
If you are
bored, you may need to challenge yourself.
If you are
unhappy, you need to choose what is inspiring for you.
If you are
sad, you may need to heal something within.
If you are
lonely, you may need to find someone to talk with.
If you are
fearful, you may need to learn more about your fearfulness.
If you are
resentful, you may need to forgive the past.
If you are
manic, you may need to calm down and find inner peace.
If you are
doubtful, you may need to trust your inner knowing.
If you are
lazy, you may need to be inspired and motivated.
If you are
depressed, you may need to look for the real meaning and purpose in your life.
If you are
dependent, you may need to start taking care of yourself in everyway.
If you are
irritable, you may need to choose what you really want to do and be and have.
If you are
tired, you may want to get enough sleep, play and Self Love.
While these are just a few of what can possibly be what
you need, you will find your own.
Life is
giving us clues to unravel the excuses and respond to our feelings.
We have
ways of covering our emotional signals rather than asking honestly for their
message.
We must be
willing to learn from our emotional codes rather than sublimate them.
When we avoid our inner messages, we miss their amaing
value.
When we
cover our emotions with drugs and addition, we do not learn from them.
When we
think we should feel a certain way, we pretend rather than offend others.
When we
make ourselves right and get stuck in judgment, we do not heal and grow.
Feelings are a wakeup call.
When we are
willing to wakeup and listen deeply, we learn quickly.
When we
want the comfort of what is familiar, we try to fix the feelings.
When
we are willing to listen within and respond with love, we see and change to
what is better.
When you know you need to change, change with ease and
grace.
When you
know it is time to let go, release with blessings and gratitude.
When it is
time to challenge yourself with new possibilities, create a step by step plan.
When you
feel sad, unhappy and lonely, love yourself enough to create what you want.
When you are angry, resentful, upset, irritable with
others, forgive yourself and choose again.
The choices
we need to make are always for ourselves.
We can stop
depending on asking others to make the changes for us.
Accept
others as they are and make your own choices to be happy, healthy and
fulfilled.
Loving us all as we have need to choose and change and
create what we want in life.
