Happiness Is An Inside Job!

Affirmations:
I am naturally happy.
I easily clear my fears and judgments that create unhappiness.
I share my happiness with others with every thought, word and deed.
Happiness shared creates more happiness for me and others.

Happiness Comes From Within

Are you content with yourself?
Is your life working for you?
Do you value what you have?
Are you loving those you encounter?

Happiness comes from within.
Being happy radiates joy onto others.
Happiness returns to you in all you think and say and do.
Happiness is your natural state.

When you are not happy, something has gone wrong.
Thoughts have prevailed and blocked the inner delight.
Feelings emerge from dark or judging thoughts.
When we believe unhappy thoughts and feelings, we forget our inner happiness.

We choose to be happy.
We choose to listen within for gratitude.
We choose to forgive judging thoughts and feelings.
We choose to extend our happiness to others.

This may be a lifetime work.
Unhappiness may be a way to fit in.
Unhappiness may be an addiction of complaining.
Unhappiness may be what we are taught.

In a society which takes drugs to fix unhappiness, we may not realize how to realign ourselves.
When we pick up on others judgments and toxic memories, we may not know how to be happy.
For those who find sorrow, hurt, regret and resentment to be familiar and comfortable, it will feel odd.
To be happy is the choice to forgive and release what is not whole and happy, loving and true.

Our work here at this time is to clear the fear and return to love.
Our work here is to let go of what is not helpful and choose what is helpful.
Our work here is to stop pretending to like being miserable and choose happiness instead.
Our work here is to unlearn negative thinking and limiting beliefs.

If you want to be happy, but don’t know how, do the 30 day process below.
If you want to learn true happiness, associate with people who are genuinely happy with their lives.
If you are willing to return to your natural state, recognize unhappiness as a signal to stop and choose again.
If you are discontent with yourself and your life, create moments of enjoyment, inner peace and gratitude.

Within each one of us is the desire to be whole and happy and free, the way we are created to be.
When we follow our inner guidance without exception, we will have a fun, safe and easy life.
We can allow the clouds to shut out the sun, but the inner light is always shining, no matter what.
Train your mind to seek for the light and find your inner delight.

A butterfly, hummingbird, children’s giggles, sunlight on the water, trees blowing in the wind.
Let nature lead you to see beauty in everything with color, smell, taste and touch.
This is only the beginning of remembering how alive it is to be truly happy within.
Breathe deep the nectar and sweet fragrance of the happiness within you.

30 Days to Healing and Seeing things Differently!

Daily Practice:

Begin each morning with a pad of lined paper and a pen.

Write and say 30 forgivenesses as they come to mind.
Simply write “I forgive”…and let the rest just come from within.
(No need to understand or feel anything.)
I forgive others.
I forgive myself for letting anyone hurt me.
I forgive my body’s limitations.
I forgive myself for being late.
I forgive everything.

Now write and say 30 Choices.
I choose to be happy.
I choose to be free.  
I choose to do what I love.
I choose to forgive….

In the Evening (before bed)

Write and say 30 Gratitudes
I appreciate the energy I have.
I love being happy.
I am grateful I have you in my life.
I thank God.


PS Even a few of each is better than none.  
Do what you can and trust it is working.
Even when you are driving to work, you can do this process aloud.
The key is your willingness to DO THE WORK!
