What we believe, we shall see.
What we think, we create.
What we hold in our mind, we attract.
Why not hold the highest thoughts for everyone and everything?
I used to be told I made up my mind, so I could be happy.
No matter what I am positive and a “True Believer”.
Why not think happy thoughts and feel positive feelings.
There is always someway to put a positive spin on everything.
There is metaphysical truth to exactly that.
Believe, “All things work together for Good.”
Believe, “Everything happens for a reason.”
Believe, “Everything happens more exquisitely than I can plan.”
We really do not know anything, so why not trust in Good?
We really do not fully understand anything, so why not believe the best?
We really cannot control anything, so why not let go and let God?
We only see our tiny piece of space and time, so why not true in the Perfection of the Whole?
We choose our thoughts when we are willing.
When we choose our thoughts, our emotions follow.
When we choose negative thinking, we feel bad.
When we choose positive thoughts, we fee better.
With positive or happy thoughts, we have positive emotions and a positive physiology.
With fearful or negative thoughts. We have contracted emotions and a shut down body.
To step away from fear and negative experiences, we must change our minds.
Because we may not know what is to be, it seems important to make up positive pictures.
Somehow in this physical world, everything changes…moment my moment.
If everything changes, why not trust that the change works for the best.
If everything is changing, why not trust that with freedom, everything moves in a positive way.
Minds are healed when they trust in the highest outcome without knowing what that is.
The work of the mind is to find Peace.
The work of the emotions is to flow with happiness.
The work of the body is to be used for loving purposes.
The work of the Spirit is to be at One.
All of us are doing the same work, each in our own way.
Let us love and respect us all in whatever path way choose as we find our way home.
Loving you and all as One,
Betty Lue
