Expect More

Affirmations:

I expect the best from myself and others.

I forgive myself for treating others as unable or unwilling.

I teach, model and inspire conscious and creative living.

I expect myself to always return to love.


You Get What You Expect.


Literally, your expectations set up what you are likely to get.

So why not simply focus getting what you want easily.

Why not expect the best and forget the rest?

Why not develop a habit of editing negative expectations?


We usually expect consciously and unconsciously what we have experienced before.

Our lives are designed by our past programming.

Our defenses come up when past hurts are triggered.

Most of our habits come from what we saw, heard and felt.


Yet, we want something different and better.

How we create a better life is the see, hear and feel differently.

We need to consciously undo what is no longer true.

And if we have recreated what we don’t want, we must delete.


Delete and retreat.

Delete what is no longer our desire.

Retreat and step away from our triggers.

Erase and choose again with our thoughts, words and actions.


When we keep experiencing what is not healthy, stop the pattern.

Interrupt the program. 

Stop what is our usual and customary behavior.

Do not keep doing the same thing expecting a different result.


When our expectations become positive, our thoughts, feeling and words become positive.

When we behave in a positive trusting and affirming way, the outcome is trusting and affirming.

When we relate to our lives with the highest vision and positive words, we expect Good.

We are choosing our experience with how we think, speak and behave.


With family and guests, we must treat others with dignity and respect.

With children and elders, we must give others our best.

With those we encounter along life’s path, we can teach by example.

We can be the teachers and role models by living up to our own highest expectations.


This requires work on our part.

Be what you expect and desire others to be.

Change your mind about others and they will change their behavior.

Be the presence of healing and growth, loving and kindness.


Expecting the best!!

Expectation indicates the juncture between where you are and where you want to be. Where you want to be is your desire, and where you are is your Set-point or habit of thought. And, somewhere in there, is what we would call expectation. Expectation, whether it is wanted or unwanted, is a powerful point of attraction. Your expectation is always what you believe. But the word expectation does imply more what you are wanting than what you are not wanting. It is a more positive word than it is a negative word. But of course, you could expect negatively—and whatever you expect, you will get!

What's Stopping You?

Affirmations:

No one and nothing can limit me.

I am free to be All I Am here to be.

I forgive, erase and delete all that limits me.

I choose love (trust and freedom) in place of fear.


What’s Stopping You?


What is interfering?

Why do you procrastinate?

Who distracts you?

What gets in your way?


If you are frustrated, are you letting something stop you?

If you are afraid, do you let someone frighten you?

If you are uncertain, how are you allowing doubt to slow you down?

If you are neglectful, what is distracting or delaying your process?


Limitations are learned.

They come from those who have taught us.

We learn from the fears we have.

We unconsciously try to fit in and belong.


An exceptional few step out of the ordinary.

Some actually strive to be exceptional.

Those with no fear free themselves from limitations.

Some simply fly above all the rest.


You can look at how you limit yourself.

You can forgive yourself for letting anyone interfere.

You can release the restrictions that confine you.

You can let go of the limitations in your mind.


Exercise:

List what you currently fear.

List what and who you depend on.

Look at what you believe you need to be free.


What you become aware of can set you free.

Forgive your dependencies and your fears.

Undo what you know is simply a limiting belief.

Trust in Love that frees you to fully be You.


Life is meant to be a freeing place filled with celebration.

You are here to break the chains that bind you.

We each have a life of apparent physical/mental limitations.

We can free ourselves by forgiving our own self-made limitations.


The first step is always to forgive the delays, distractions and disappointments.

Second.  Love yourself, mistakes and all.

Third, Then you can let go and move forward with freedom and trust.

What Do You Do?

Affirmations:

I free myself to do what brings me happiness and well being.

Doing what I want inspires me to do more.

I am in alignment with what I really really want.

I know what I want and I do it!


What Are You Doing with Your Life?


How do you spend your life?

Your time can be wasted, saved or spent on what you desire.

Your time is like your money.

It is energy that creates more of where you use it.


Consider what you REALLY want!

Utilize your time on what you want to experience.

Prioritize your expenditure of time and use it accordingly.

We have infinite options for time and energy use.


If you want to build something, use time to build the outcome you want.

If you want to explore, then use your life to explore.

If you like to create, schedule time creating.

Simply plan your time doing what you love to do.


Everyday for over 23 years, I have written these Loving Reminders.

I love writing and sharing ways to remember Love.

I prioritize my early morning to write and email these reminders to you.

I am inspired, reminded, fulfilled and grateful for doing what I love.


You can do the same!

Put into a daily schedule or routine doing what you love to do.

Look within and see what it is that you thoroughly enjoy doing.

Make a daily/weekly plan to do it.


Have you looked at what you loved to do as a kid?

Have you explored your memory for what makes you truly happy?

Have you noticed what you have longed for or waited to do?

Sometimes it takes planning, more help or just the courage to do.


I often suggest a spontaneous Want List written easily without limits. (at least 20 “Wants)

Then look at what you believe you need to do what you want.

If you undo all your conditions, you will see you could do it now.

Life is not to be wasted, but focused on what we really want.


You may create resistance and fear to what you want.

You may waste your life doing what you “have” to do.

You may judge everything else must come first and block what you really want.

Life is yours to choose and use for exactly what you REALLY want to do.


Ask what fulfills you and it will bring happiness and well being.

Ask what expands your love and gratitude and it will inspire you.

Ask what calls to you and opens your heart and mind.

Whatever is attractive is asking you to begin it and find the joy within it.


Nurturing, healing, building, challenging, researching, serving, playing, exploring, fixing, imagining,

Questioning, teaching, serving, undoing, forgiving, preaching, showing, teaching, maintaining,

Harmonizing, unifying, growing, moving, thinking, seeing, believing, achieving, inventing.

These are all ways of using your lifetime to do what you love to do.


This is your time.

Use it wisely and well.

I believe you will find your happiness in doing what you love to do.

Free and Unlimited

Affirmations:

I forgive myself for limiting myself.

I no longer believe I need to be what others choose for me.

I am free and unlimited.

I am whole and happy and free.


Who Are You Really?


We are programmed to believe we are limited.

We have been taught to be what others believe.

We buy into our current perceptions and judgments.

We get confused by the world’s labels, diagnoses and beliefs.


Have you considered that you like most have copied your parents?

Have you noticed that you hold the same label as held by your teachers, doctors and therapists?

Have you lived your life buying what was sold to you by the authorities in your life?

Perhaps you are not what you thought you were.


Consider you may be unlimited.

You may be able to change your mind, your emotions and your body.

You can erase what was written on your mind and choose to be what you want to be.

Again and again we can set ourselves free of limited beliefs, patterns, habits and programs.


When you free yourself from the restraints of your mind, you can choose what you want.

No one and nothing can limit you.

There is no age, education, gender, ethnic background or religion that limits you.

You can choose to be and do as you are called and guided to be from within.


Everyone has the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

You can choose where you live.

You can choose what education you want and the job you take.

You can the songs you sing and what you read.


You are free to be whatever you want to be.

You may not give yourself permission.

You may not believe you can think and say and behave however you choose.

But you can set the stage for yourself to be all you want to be.


Yes, it requires work and consciousness.

It asks that you persist and do not quit.

It demands that we vision, desire, plan and have faith.

We must commit to the fulfillment of our dreams and take action.


We are responsible for our choices and the quality of our life.

We create the things we do and the relationships we have to be all we are here to be.

We choose the positive attitude and right action we take to accomplish our dreams.

We are totally and absolutely able to be who and how we want to be.


Love yourself into Being!

Delight in the Light!

Affirmations:

I choose to lighten up mind and body.

I feel and know this is my time to be happy and free.

I let go of all heaviness and darkness safely and easily.

My life is truly good for me and those around me. 


Light, Light and More Light!

Summer Solstice  is today.


What do you see when there is great light?

You see everything you cannot see the dark.

What you see is what you may not have noticed.

What you see may be what was in the shadows.


If your life is squeaky clean and in order, you feel great.

If you life is messy, dirty and disorderly, you may feel guilty.

When you feel guilty, you may get motivated and clean it up.

But more often folks get mad at everyone or get depressed and withdraw.


So this is a good time to get to work and clean up past leftovers.

This is wonderful time to finish projects and fulfill commitments.

It is a great time to apologize and make amends for neglecting or forgetting.

It is your best time to see where you are going and what you need to get there.


Invite in more light to see even more in yourself and your world.

Ask to see what is needed to be your best self at home and at work.

Clarify what you have left undone, unfinished, unfulfilled and unhappy.

You can use this time to make everything clear and bright and full of light.


Some folks love the light because they feel free and alive.

Some folks hate the light because they see and feel too much.

Some people close their blinds and stay inside because they don't want to look at the mess.

We can all get up, wake up, smell the flowers and fresh air and celebrate the right to be alive.


If this is your right time, use it to its fullest.

Revamp you priorities and plans.

Check in with what brings more joy.

Check out of what depresses and depletes you.

 

Lift yourself up with enthusiasm, fun and celebration.

Honor your body and mind with positive activity.

Own your environment by respecting all you have.

Let go of unneeded stuff, food and unhappy memories.


We can easily let go and lighten up our lives.

We can quickly change and undo old unhealthy habits.

We can do what we have always wanted to do with no regret.

We can claim our right to be whole and happy and free.


Enlighten your mind by releasing the darkness.

Enlighten your body by letting go of the heaviness.

Enlighten your life by undoing what is not good for you.

We ascend together by choosing a higher way in our lives.


Upward and onward.

This Is Your Life

Affirmations:

I live my life in alignment with what I value.

I choose the thoughts and feelings I have.

I am in integrity with my values and priorities.

I take back my life from all distractions, detours, fears and disappointment.

Take Back Your Life!

Who or what is leading your life?

What do you give your life doing?

Are you living the life you want?


Have you given your life over to worry?

Do you spend your life in fear?

Are you defending yourself from an imaginary threat?

Can you take your life back?


Have you given your life to regret?

Do you spend your day feeling guilty and ashamed?

Are you allowing your mind and emotions to take over?

Do you neglect doing what you love and feel right about?


Are you allowing yourself to believe you are poor?

Do you convince yourself you don’t have enough?

Are you unwilling to see that you have plenty?

Some will feel poor no matter what they have.


Are you dependent on feeling depended on?

Perhaps in your need to take care of others you have neglected you?

Do you believe your value is being needed by others?

This could be the source of your frustration and pain.


Your life belongs to you.

Are you conscious of what you think?

Do you know what you feel?

Are your aware you can change both thoughts and feelings?


You can undo anything.

You can redo what you prefer.

You can stand up for yourself.

You can live your life your way.


Your mind is not in charge.  

You can change your mind.

Your emotions belong to you.  

You can choose your feelings.

Your relationships you continue to choose.  

You can let go and choose again.

Your love or need for love is your choice.  

You can choose to love you.


Simply ask yourself:

What do I really want?

What is the life I choose?

What can I do today to have the life I truly want?


You deserve to live your highest desire free of worry, pain and disappointment.

But then again, maybe you have chosen them to learn how to let them go??
