What Will It Take?

What will it take for you to wake up?
What will it take for you to love you?
What will it take to create what you want?
What will it take for you to do what brings you Joy?
What will it take for you to be grateful and happy?
What will it take for you to undo all your condemnation?
What will it take for you to listen within to your own heart?
What will it take for you to be and do and give All You Are?
What will it take to realize You are the master of your own destiny?
What will it take?

Yes, Life seems challenging and sometimes like a struggle or sacrifice.
Maybe when we let go and trust, we can see that it is all in our own best interest.
Maybe when we let go and free ourselves, we will know it is about releasing our believed limitations.
Maybe when we forgive our judgments, complaints, fears and failures, we will recognize our own dams.

What if the world we perceive is of our own imagining based on judgments of our past experiences.
What if the victimization feelings are simply a product of our learned complaints and criticism.
What if all suffering and sadness is due to the regret we have in not creating the life we want.
What if our fear, guilt and judgments are keeping us stuck in continuing the same “yucky” stuff.

It is about time to wake up from the dreams we no longer want.
It is about time to get to work on clearing our own fear-based choices and projections.
It is about time to pay attention to our healthy and beautiful thoughts and erase “stinking” thinking.
It is about time to take full responsibility for the messes we have made and clean them up.

How does one go about the job of waking up, cleaning up the past, and working on being happy?
Start with being willing.
I am willing to wake up and be fully responsible for my life.
I am willing to learn, forgive and correct my errors.
I am willing to choose what is best for me.
I am willing today to be whole, happy and free to choose again!

You too can undo what isn’t true!
You too can forgive the past as you have misperceived its creator and its value to you.
You too can open your mind to listen to a deeper Truth that is loving and freeing YOU.
You too can be the channel for your own Good and extend that Good to all you encounter.

It is easy when you practice.
It is fun when you enjoy the work.
It is safe when you know what you give you will receive.
It is fun, safe and easy when you are following your heart and your Highest Desire and Purpose.

Loving us all in our awakening!

The 12 Principles of Attitudinal Healing
1.       The essence of our being is love.
2.       Health is inner peace, healing is letting go of fear.
3.       Giving and receiving are the same.
4.       We can let go of the past and of the future.
5.       Now is the only time there is, and each instant is for giving.
6.       We can learn to love ourselves and others by forgiving rather than by judging.

7.       We can become love finders rather than fault finders.
8.       We can choose and direct ourselves to be peaceful inside, regardless of what is happening outside.
9.       We are students and teachers to each other.
10.    We can focus on the whole of life, rather than the fragments.
11.    Since love is eternal, change need not be viewed as fearful.
12.    We can always perceive others as either extending love or giving a call for help.
Attitudinal Healing affirms that we are responsible for our thoughts and whatever feelings we experience.
Attitudinal Healing encourages us to re-examine our relationships, bringing them into the present by releasing past judgments and grievances.
Attitudinal Healing reminds us that perception is a mirror of what is in our mind.
