Anniversary Reminders

What can we do on this day and everyday to make a positive difference?
What can I do to create a better world for future generations?
How can I respond to those around me in a way which promotes Peace, Prosperity and Good Will?
What is my part in the bigger scheme of things to bring more Love, Goodness and Beauty?

Everyday in history there has been war, violence, poverty, hunger, illness and disaster somewhere.
Everyday on earth there is someone somewhere who needs helps and prayer, comfort and love.
Everyday in this physical life there are those who come into our presence or our minds who need us.
Everyday we have an opportunity to make a difference right where we are.

So why not today?
Why not give the best we have today?
Why not love the ones we are with today?
Why not remember to love others as we seek to be loved today?

What does it take to remind us of our Highest Calling?
Do we need disaster and death, demands and threats, tears and fears to remember to Love?
Do we need to be awakened from our complacency, denial and comfortable lethargy to  respond?
Do we need to continuously worry, dramatize and emote to get our own attention?

Perhaps we are simply being called to remember.
Remember to Love.
Remember to trust.
Remember to forgive.
Remember to give.
Remember to be grateful.
Remember to be happy.
Remember to be inspiring.
Remember to create beauty.
Remember to celebrate Goodness.
Yes and…..
Remember to feed the hungry and teach them to plant crops and feed themselves.
Remember to comfort the suffering and show them how to stop the suffering.
Remember to educate the ignorant and teach them to become teachers.
Remember to inspire and motivate those who have given up on life.
Remember to forgive those who quit and love them anyway.

This is a time of remembering.
What we remember is our choice.
Remember what inspires rather than depresses you.
Remember what motivates rather than scares you.
Remember what encourages the best rather than causes you to withhold.

You are making a difference today.
