Acceptance

These Loving Reminders now are sent to thousands of folks around the world.
Over the years, I have come to realize, everyone comes from the same Source.
We all have different beliefs, lifestyles, bodies, histories and relationships.
The value of accepting all the different perspectives is that we gain a bigger view.

Accepting ourselves just as we are is key to accepting others as they are.
Trusting ourselves in our choices is key to trusting others in their choices.
Respecting our differences is key to accepting everyone’s differences.
Believing in our right to explore, believe in and choose what we want is key to accepting others rights.

Acceptance clears fear.
Acceptance makes our relationships easier.
Acceptance brings peace.
Acceptance feels safe for everyone.
Acceptance allows honesty.
Acceptance increases healing.
Acceptance brings connection.
Acceptance offers forgiveness.
Acceptance sees what is real.
Acceptance brings more problem-solving.
Acceptance yields expansive thinking.
Acceptance is freeing.
Acceptance offers true happiness and appreciation.

Consider the possibility:
Judgment generates fear.
Comparison make relationships harder.
Criticism begets anger and war.
Judgment causes feelings of fear and lack of safety.
Evaluation causes withholding and deception.
Etc. Etc. Etc.
Judgment, intolerance, fear, disrespect, inconsideration create everything we do not want.

We can free ourselves by accepting ourselves as we are.
Let go of judging your judgments.
Let go of judging others’ intolerance.
Let go of being afraid of differences.

Let go and accept what is.
In a world of apparent intolerance, you will begin to see how you are making a difference, by seeing and accepting what is.  Beneath the upset, and lack of acceptance is always the call for love. And the release of fear.

Let us forgive our fear and accept ourselves as we are.
In our acceptance, fear is cleared, healing occurs and love is remembered.
Blessings of acceptance and love,

Betty Lue
