Spend Time Wisely
Listen to my audio recording at the link below.
The greatest gift we receive and give is our time.
Do you spend time doing what you love?
Do you spend time with the people you value?
Do you spend time nurturing and inspiring you?
How do you spend your time?
You have 24 hours everyday to use as you wish.
Yes, there are chores to do and duties to fulfill.
Yes, there is time to sleep and eat and clean up.
What do you do with your free time?
Work to do.
Sports to watch.
Exercise to be fit.
Shopping to enjoy.
People to visit.
Self care needs to meet.
Consider time is a gift to you.
What do you really want to receive?
Do you want to learn?
Do you want to be inspired?
Do you want to rest?
Do you want to celebrate?
Do you want to be helpful?
Do you want to be with others?
Do you want to do nothing?
Do you want to go with the flow?
Do you want to pray and meditate?
Do you want to listen within for guidance?
Do you want to create?
Do you want to get organized?
Do you want to express gratitude?
Do you want to do what you always wished you had time for?
It is possible you never have time for yourself.
It is possible you have not looked for what is right for you.
It is possible you have not shown kindness to others, because you are too busy.
It is possible you want to stay busy and avoid having time to do what you want to do.
Consider yourself first.
Fill your own needs first.
Enjoy the time you have each day.
Even five minutes can make a lasting difference.
Take the time to honor, respect and care for you.
Loving you,
Betty Lue
