Partnerships
What is a Partnership?
A partnership is an arrangement in which parties agree to cooperate to advance their mutual interests.
Spiritual Partnership
This is two or more people who are focused on inspiring and being inspired by one another.
How are feelings associated with Partnership?
Partners are appreciative and happy when their mutual interests are fulfilled.
The attraction will be toward their mutual interest rather than each other.
Who are your partners?
Everyone is a partner who cooperates in advancing what is in the best interest of all.
Types of Partnerships:
Employer-Employee co-operate to advance the mutual interests of a successful workplace.
Husband-Wife co-operate to create a successful marriage and living arrangement.
Father-Mother co-operate to create successful parenting.
Business Partners co-operate to advance the success of their business.
Friends arrange to co-operate to share and support their mutual interests.
Therapist-Client co-operate to create a positive outcome for the therapeutic process.

What are these partnerships for?
Partnerships are mutually agreed upon by informed and consenting adults or by the circumstances.
We partner in order to create the functions needed for greater respect, responsibility and cooperation.
When partners are aware, participating and contributing fully, there is greater success in outcome.
When partners disagree or oppose one another, the likelihood of positive outcome is diminished.
Success is determined by the goals and intentions of the partners.
Success comes with Agreement on Goals, Honesty and Integrity, Equality and Respect, Commitment to what is Best for Each, Responsibility for the Outcome without guilt or blame.
Successful partnerships communicate and learn continuously with ever the natural growth and evolution of the relationship depending on individual’s personal growth.
Partners communicate their changes with honesty and respect and accept other’s changes as well.
Successful Partnerships that last are committed to an outcome that transcends their personal needs.
When there is conflict in any relationship, it is usually because one or more individuals are not living true to their own purpose.
When we do not honor ourselves, we may try to affect change in another.
When we are honoring our own calling, we respect others and mind our own business.
Successful partnerships demand that we live our life true to ourselves.
Partnerships are temporary when we are seeking to get something for ourselves rather than give all we have for the good of all.
I am in partnership with everyone I connect with.
Appreciating you,
Betty Lue
