New Again!

I am new again everyday.

I respect the evolution of my mind, body and spirit.

I trust we are all growing beyond our self made limitations.

What others think of me is none of my business!

Renew Your Whole Self!

We are not defined by our past.

We are not stuck with our diagnosis.

We are not what we have been taught.

We are beyond what can be described or explained.

Therapists and physicians want to know our predisposition.

Lovers and friends seem to value hearing our family trauma.

We may use what has been as a way to predict what will be.

Have you considered you can be new again?

Are you open to let go of what others think of you?

Can you erase forgive and create your own self definition?

Do you seek to be in a defined and predictive box?

You can be free.

You can begin to relinquish what others believe.

You are unlimited by what has been or is made up.

This is your time of self renewal.

Yes, I enjoy the many tools of self discovery.

Enneagram, Keirsey, astrology, numerology all give us descriptions.

They are meant to help us accept our uniqueness and appreciate differences.

However none can define you or limit you.

I invite us to learn more.

Seek to know your unlimited nature.

Enjoy learning how expansive you can be.

Explore the vast nature of your being.

Created to be more.

We can always break boundaries.

We can flyer higher and think deeper.

We are more than we yet know.

Consider how you may hold yourself back.

Look at the comfort zone you may have chosen.

Can you imagine you are more than you yet know?

Is there a possibility you have allowed others to limit you?

When you explore the etymology of the human species, do you see how far we have come?

How about you recognizing we are more than we yet know.

There are no limits or boundaries holding us back.

We can allow ourselves to believe: I am unlimited.  I am Free!

I know I Am.

I believe you are free and unlimited, too!

Love prevails.
