LET GO.
LOOK UP.
SPEAK OUT.
Affirmations:
Letting go is fun, safe and easy.
I lighten my mind and body with forgiveness.
The more I let go, the happier and freer I am.
I relinquish my grievances and see the light.
Let Go for Goodness Sake!
It hurts to hang on to what troubles you.
It makes you sick at heart to deny the Good in life.
It gets you stuck in pain when you cling to hurt and fear.
It is time to free yourself from what you hate, fear and condemn.
Condemnation yields more of the same.
Painful memories cause more pain.
Blaming and shaming leave you with guilt.
Only you can free yourself from what is hurting you.
Spring is the season to plow under the old.
Spring is the time to plant new seeds of Good.
Easter is a symbol of awakening to new life.
Set yourself free to bring into being what is best for you.
Awaken the dormant Spirit of Joy.
Listen to the sounds of hope within you.
Become aware of what is waiting for your receptivity.
Focus on the coming light and delight in what can be.
Step out of self limiting shadow and fearful images.
Reach up for help and hope for new beginnings and opportunities.
Seek people and places where others need your help and encouragement.
Give your best and receive your own enhanced renewed energy and blessings.
Where you give, you also receive.
When you forgive, you stop withholding your love.
Whatever you do for another, you are also doing for you.
Life is a circle of goodness for all when you care.
Encourage yourself to share the good news.
Remind yourself to stop telling the stories of woe.
Relinquish complaining only to see more about which to complain.
Stop reminding yourself of what is fearful or lacking and seek what is abundant with Love.
See the Light in what is good and whole.
Appreciate what is and watch the goodness grow.
Listen to the lessons of love and see them heal.
Reveal your own heartsong and allow it to inspire your life.
Awaken hope and faith and love within you.
Wipe away the tears and fears and choose again.
Always in love with us all.

I woke and I saw that life is all service.
I served and I saw that service is joy.”
