Value What Is Valuable!
What you value will show up in your life.
What you value you give attention to.
What you value you appreciate.
What you value will become more.
What we no longer value, fades.
When we lose our focus, we let go.
When we stop valuing, we are no longer attracted.
Let go when what you valued has lost its meaning.
Often people value what inspires them, but gives attention to what they do not want.
When we give attention to what is bothersome or negative, it too will grow in its distraction.
We must learn to turn away from limiting or negative values.
We must then focus our energy on positive or inspiring values.
When you value your family, show them you love them.
When you value your work, be openly attentive and appreciative.
When you value your health, give it attention in the most healthy ways.
When you value your beliefs, feed them with your affirming faith.
What we spend time on, we value.
Where we spend money, we are showing value.
How we talk about and think about something demonstrates our value.
When you look at your daily expenditure, you will see what you spend most time, money and energy on.
This represents what you are valuing in your life.
This often is not what we really value, but what the world’s teachings have taught us.
It is essential that we get crystal clear about what we really value and want to keep.
When we can commit ourselves to what matters most, we will have it increasingly.
Consider how to step away from spending money on “stuff” that doesn’t really matter.
Experiment on how to stop thinking about getting sick, losing someone, worrying about useless “stuff”.
Let go of the focus on prevention and focus on creation and manifestation and celebration.
The negative and defensive expenditures focus energy on what we don’t want and block the positive.
What do you value?
Whom do you value?
How do you value?
Are you willing to strengthen your values?
I value Love, trust, freedom generosity, helpfulness and learning.
I demonstrate my values with what I talk about, how I live and love and give.
I demonstrate my values with what I talk about, how I live and love and give.
I believe my values inspire others to share their values.
I choose to increase my values in my world and so expand them with my attention.
Loving Reminders demonstrate that I value remembering to Love above all else.
I live the Loving Reminders I write, email, speak about and share with everyone.
I remember to Love because I share Love all day and everyday.
This is what I live for and with valuing caring, sharing, helping, teaching and learning.
My Values work for me in all I think, see, do and have in my life.
I live my values and they grow abundantly.
Loving you,
Betty Lue
